Needed a weekend getaway to relax. The home is very tidy and fuully stocked with anything you may need to feel at home. Had issues with the smart lock but property manager responded very quick to help get us in the home. Definitely recommend and will be back.

The stay was great but had no dishwasher soap or laundry soap. The neighbors were very noisy all night Saturday.

Enjoyed our time at this property. It was perfectly located for our in town activities. We enjoyed the pool. The host was quick to reply to anything we needed. We would stay there again need be while visiting family. Kitchen was fully stocked- easy to cook in and love in.

Nice place. Great location. The pool needed some attention but it was cloudy and raining the last 2 days we were there, so I didn't make a fuss about it. Overall the kid's loved the place and we had a great stay.

I widh the weather would have been conducive to utilizing the pool. It looked very inviting. I wasn't crazy about the app for the door lock... and the main bath could use some maintainence on the shower head. Otherwise it was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood!

The are was really nice and quiet, the pool was refreshing and the hose was very clean. You do have to watch out for the master bedroom platform bed. Your toes will be a little sore. The master bathroom doesn't have a door and its real tight to use the toilet. Overall the hose was okay.

We really enjoyed the spacious room and pool. When family came over the kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed the pool. At first glance it appeared very clean. However, we are believe in no shoes in the house... shortly into unloading and putting everything in its place we realized that the floors could not have been mopped as our feet/socks were literally black. We also noticed and odd smell but brushed it off until a couple days in we started seeing ants in the kitchen and found ant/roach spray under the kitchen sink and realized that was the odd smell we noticed the first day. Not a huge deal as it is Southeast Texas in the hot summer, ants happen. Would stay again but would be sure to ask about mopping and ants.

It was a wonderful house for my husband, kids and parents to stay while attending a graduation at the Montagne Center. The house was clean and spacious and the pool was a hit with everybody.

The house great!! We were in town for a baseball tournament. The location was perfect.

We rented the house for our daughter's graduation. It was only 10 minutes from the university. The pool was nice and clean. The only negative is that there was no laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent. This is the 1st house we have rented that didn't have at least enough for 1 load. It was a minor frustration, everything else was great.

The house was exceptionally clean and well organized. The bedding is 5 star and makes the temporary house feel like home!!

Great for our group, but pool was not running and could not be used. No laundry or dishwasher detergent provided and garage could not be used (door broken). Internet access unexplained until we called. But clean and very comfortable otherwise.
