The first thing you'll notice is the family-friendly atmosphere that surrounds you. Unpack your gear and settle into the cozy ambiance of the condo. The living space is designed for relaxation, complete with a fireplace that adds a touch of warmth on chilly evenings. Sink into the plush couch and unwind after a day of skiing or exploring the mountain trails.
Amenities and Activities: As you step outside, you'll find that convenience is at your doorstep. Indulge in the convenience of an on-site restaurant and café, perfect for satisfying your cravings after a day on the slopes. Forgot your gear? No worries! Equipment rental is available right on the premises.
For those seeking relaxation, there's a pool*** and hot tub***, as well as a fitness center adjacent to the condo for a nominal fee of $10 per day per person (Children 8 and under are free). Your well-being is our priority, and these amenities are the perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. ***Pool and Hot Tub are out-of-order and under construction until mid-December.***
Silver Creek Amenities: Silver Creek, located at the entrance of Granby Ranch, features multiple hot tubs, an indoor/outdoor pool, and an arcade room. Passes are available at the front desk of Silver Creek.

A dedicated ski locker ensures that your equipment is safely stored when you're not on the slopes. Parking and Recreation Center: Parking in the secured garage is FREE for 1 vehicle. There is a parking permit located in the unit. Please use the provided dry erase marker to enter the dates of your stay and place the permit on your vehicle's dashboard. Parking is monitored daily (the Host is not responsible for damaged or towed vehicles). Remember to return the parking permit to the unit to avoid any fees.
ALL guests must purchase a $10/day pass via credit card (NO cash) at Ranch Hall to use the recreation center. Children 8 years old and under may use the facility for FREE. Purchased passes are good for the entire day. Guests must present proof of their stay to purchase a pass. An Airbnb, VRBO, or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home is sufficient proof.
Location and Convenience: For added convenience, a grocery store is located across the street from the community entrance, ensuring that you have easy access to essentials.
