A spacious Queen bed with an added 3" memory foam mattress pad that will give you a good night's rest. There is a full bathroom with a medicine cabinet, space for towels, a stand-up shower separate from the toilet, and an outdoor shower too. There are lots of comfort features to make your glamping experience comfortable and safe. At night, enjoy the outdoor ambient LED lighting under the awning. I include an outdoor carpet and a couple of camping chairs so that you don't have to be on dirt. Plenty of privacy with tinted windows and privacy shades throughout. Windows open also to take advantage of cooler nights. There is an AC, but you must be hooked up to a generator or 30 amp hookup for it to work. This coach is very comfortable! There is a small closet and plenty of storage space for clothes and travel items. 2 Solar Panels, Satellite TV with DVD, On-board WIFI (repeater for local WIFI), Bluetooth speakers inside and out, radio, slide out with couch that converts to a bed (2 little children or one adult), Full kitchen includes 3 burner propane stove, an oven, sink, microwave, and a large refrigerator. Coffee maker, dishes, cooking and eating utensils, potholders, table, a small charcoal grill, etc. There are plenty of AC outlets and USB charging ports for electronics. Sheets, towels, and bedding is included, but feel free to bring your own special blankets, towels, or pillows. 2 on-board propane tanks so that you have hot water and heat if needed. A generator can be included for an additional cost. The camper has a weight distribution hitch with sway bars to make your pulling comfortable and safe. All fresh water and gray water hoses, water filter, 30 amp power cable with surge protector, leveling wedges, blocks, and wheel chocks in the storage compartment. You will need a 7 -pin connection for the trailer brakes. An app can be downloaded for the Bluetooth enabled brake controller. I prefer you stay in state parks or campgrounds that have full hookups and sewer dump stations. There will be a $50 fee if the gray and black water tanks are not empty on return. Please allow at least an hour to get briefed on the trailer before picking up.
