Doors and Windows are to remain closed at all times. Especially while AC is on. Please maintain; front, side, back doors and windows closed.
If you are caught violating any of the house rules, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and you will loose your reservation and security deposit. Use common sense, please!!!
It would be greatly appreciated if shoes were not worn in the house. Host request shoes off at the door. Keep shoes in the door entry or place in closet. Socks available upon request.
Signs to conserve energy. This will be enforced. This is your sign & warning. Utilization of electricity and water is reviewed like a car per mileage at the rental company. Please turn off all lights, fans, and electronics while not in use. Including, lights outside.
No loud, loud music or excessive noise.
Garbage collection is on Monday and Thursday. Recycling collection is on Thursday only. Please put the cans by the curb to assist with garbage removal.
The green bin is for trash & the blue bin is for recycling ♻️.
Please be mindful of the furniture or any other thing included in the rental: beds, mattresses, comforters, sheets, couch, chairs, etc (accident or deliberately). Breakage, rub marks, little scratches, scrapes, scars, dents, discoloration, stains, things of that nature can be costly for the guest. Furnishings are checked for damage—and repaired or replaced at the guest expense. DO NOT use white towels to clean up spills, remove make up, clean shoes, etc. We provide disposable paper towels for your use. There will be a charge to replace damaged items. Please be responsible with stains and wash them out immediately to avoid them becoming permanent. We understand things happen but your help is greatly appreciated.
Do not alter the property in any way. Ex: Taking down pictures. Hanging a personal item to the wall. Guest will be charged for damages.
There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guest and staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to clean and disinfect all areas and surfaces between reservations. This is the initial $100 cleaning fee.
However, guest may be assessed several cleaning fees throughout their stay if deemed necessary.
Failure to vacate premises by 11:00 am will result in an additional cost. Please adhere to this strict policy. If late check out is not prearranged and confirmed, there will be a $250 penalty applied.
I wouldn’t want to affect your credit due to having a great stay at a great place. Every guest is different, but renting a property to someone means that you have to ensure that your property is taken care of and that you have respectful visitors coming and going from it.

Exiting the unit:
Please, pick up after yourselves. Leave the property AS FOUND. Clean before checkout. Take all of your personal items. DO NOT take items that don’t belong to you from this rental unit.
Remove any food or beverage from the refrigerator, cabinets; that you have entered the premises with.
Guest should clean all used dishes.
All appliances are cleaned and functioning with no missing or damaged parts. All kitchen utensils and appliances must be washed and placed back in its place before check out.
Grill is cleaned and jacuzzi is cleared and cover replaced.
All devices are logged out of personal accounts.
Laundry machines are cleared, and lint traps emptied.
Remove all trash from inside the rental. Garbage cans throughout the house; Bathrooms and kitchen and exterior of house. Garbage is placed in reciprocals outside on the east side of the house. Green for trash and blue for recycling.
Everything inside and outside placed back in its place before check out.
Leave the key on the end table with the TV remote and Fan remote if applicable. The door will lock in 20 seconds after closing.
We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. Any items left behind will be subject to a minimum of $50 handling fee and cost of shipping.

The property was nice. The inside was very clean. The only issue we had was the AC. It didn’t seem to work it was really hot at night.
