The rooms did not have windows so the AC was constantly on during the heat spell. The restaurant Adelaide was terrible from the get-go to the last day. Delivering cold food to the table on two different days. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

This property is truly A The décor is elegantly chic and I really liked the attention to details in the rooms. It's a twist of mid-century modern with a millennial touch. I truly liked the small detail of the nightlight in the bathroom coming on when your feet touch the carpet in the middle of the night. It keeps you from having to fumble about to see where you are going or what you are looking for. The rug is soft and luxurious under your feet as well.

The restaurant service was terrible. We asked for maintenance to fix something in the room and they never showed up. The pool area only has 3 lounge chairs ??? Why ??

Loved this place

There is no fridge and you have to pay about $22 for parking. Also, the rooms are not as nice as they look in photos. The only plus of this hotel is how close it is to the Delta Center.

Amazing. Ultra modern, clean room. Great amenities. Friendly staff, excellent food at the restaurant on the main level.

There are few kinds of breakfast, no fruit and no coffee.

Great location

Kids party for non guests (I overheard the attendants and they were not staying at the hotel), seats for hotel guests on top of the noise/ bike got stolen whilst car was in the car of the valet/ no compensation or responsibility from the hotel.
Hotel was fine but basic requirements of enjoyment of facilities and safety of possessions were not met, the management was ’unable’(

Loved this hotel! Pool smaller
Than expected but still great. Van Ryder was cool and delicious. Even though they were busy, we were sat right away. They seem to share all amenities with the hotel The Element…
Staff was great! Rooms were nice but smaller Than expected. Overall would come back but for the price, I did expect more…

Cool style, pet friendly and clean!

We prepaid our room and then arrived at 12:30 am after a much delayed flight to be informed they had given our room away. The stated reason was that we had booked on Expedia and they had to prioritize “Loyalty Club Members.” They did arrange a reservation for us at another hotel but the hassle was incredible. Avoid.

So so clean and luxurious!

Modern, and clean. So many interesting pieces of art and design to appreciate. Pool is small, and fills up quick. Not a lot of places to sit around the pool.

The stay was nice right next to the delta center where we had a concert that night only a few minutes walk. Lots of food options near by. The room and hotel were nice and clean. Was a great stay

Nice room and very comfortable.

The rooftop bar had the most amazing sunset views.

Property was great, surrounding area was a bit iffy

Both the restaurants and their staff plus the manages Dave and Jackie were fantastic. Wouldn't say the same about the front desk staff and the manager Jacob. Just coz of that reason and their attitude towards us will not make us come back to this hotel. We will not refer any of our friends and family to stay there either. We would absolutely recommend them to visit Van Ryder as well as Adelaide though.

Hotel is amazing. Definitely would try additional Le Meridien hotels int he future, however the area around the hotel is suspect. A Rolls Royce parked in the adjacent hotel parking lot with ten homeless people sleeping not eh curb. Area is a good lesson for the kids regarding the haves and have nots!

This was a good property. Within walking distance from our venue, which made it very convenient. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful styling especially in bathrooms. Upscale chic

One of the nicest new hotels in town. Lots of great restaurants and not get life nearby.

House keeping woke us up at 9am despite having a privacy door hanger

For a new hotel was surprised that the toilet was seperate but no door. Makes it very hard when someone wants to use the bathroom and others want to get ready. Seriously they could have put a door

Everything was wonderful! I don’t have a single negative thing to say.

Wonderful stay! Staff was incredible. Will def stay again

The hotel is clean and conveniently located downtown. But, if you like Element, AC or Kempton, those are better prices for equal accommodation.

The property and rooms are nice. However the communication with staff re: late check out is terrible. Requested a late check out upon arrival knowing I had a late flight back home, was told to call the next day to confirm. When I called at 8am, I was told could only arrange late check out if I paid $50/hr. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of. Instead of providing late check out as a courtesy to guest, they want it to be a profit generating scheme.
And to make matters worst, no compassion/human-ness from front desk staff.
Never staying at Le Meridien again.
