The view from the property is great. But the service is off. After hours couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Had no coffee cups for the shared coffee press. Room with fridge and microwave had a single fork and knife and spoon. Rooms are styled well but bathrooms are untouched. Not sure I would stay again for the price and odd service setup. Maybe try other places first.

No human at check-in. There’s a sign that says call a telephone number if need assistance. No one answered our phone calls or the messages we left. Another couple was unable to gain access to their room because they never received the email with the code that allowed entry. And no one responded to their multiple phone calls and messages, forcing them to find another hotel. The room is charmless, cold and antiseptic. Could have spent a few extra dollars for some kind of decoration. The bed squeaked and sagged in the middle. And given no breakfast, a coffee maker would be nice in the room.

Hard to find. No front desk or coffee in the room. Overpriced for an updated motel room. Lights outside the room all night made it hard to sleep. Can hear through the walls. Kitchenette in room was not necessary or useable. Outdated bathroom. For the location and the price, you're better off somewhere else.

Was not a fan of the lights outside the windows that did not shut off. Made it difficult to sleep.

Visiting Leadville for a couple of days; location was a short walk to restaurants. Room was exceptionally clean and bed was super comfortable. Really liked being able to park right in front of our room. Online check in was convenient and easy. Room was a little expensive for what it was, but would definitely stay here again.

Not what I expected. We were the only ones there it seemed. Would’ve like my coffee in my room. Some string lights outside to add to the charm would be cute. Overall it was a sweet little place. Wish I’d taken advantage of the hot tub that was basically in front of our room. Had problems getting tv to work but called Nandy had quick resolution. Liked the ability to log into room with a code as our planes were delayed and we checked in late. Like that. It’s a very cute town!!

As always I enjoyed the place. But this time there were a few issues. 1 the Hottub was very dirty. And the toilet in my room kept getting plugged so we had to plunger it a number of times.

Nice Mountain View, but very small and no where to sit outside and enjoy the mountains.

The shower head was unscrewed and water sprayed the room until I tightened it.
The bathtub drain is slow. Standing water on the tub.

This place is not on Elm Street.
It’s right on the highway.
Very noisy and car lights.
No front desk person.
No ice.
No cups in room.
Not one chair or bench to sit on outside.
Parking lot is gravel…motorcyclists beware.
No sign. I drove past it multiple times looking for it on Elm Street.
It is a basic room. Nothing more.
There was trash in the trash bin.
Way way over priced.
Will never stay here again.
I don’t know how Expedia rated it as 8.
Maybe a 3 but that’s it and only because it was relatively clean.
Photos of place very deceiving.

Convenient location

Nice and clean room. Comfy bed, fast internet, lots of blankets and towels. Did not have a portable fan when we arrived but after notifying the staff, they quickly remedied this. And I greatly appreciated it.
Very happy with the walking distance to restaurants and bars.
Hot tub was a little too green looking for me to get in. Not sure if its just stained.
Overall a great stay.

Hot tub had no sign on it about the musty smell and slightly green water

This was a beautiful room to stay in. The deep soaking tub was exactly what I needed. The property was unassuming, which made it difficult at first to find it, but the GPS was on target. Everything was done via my phone, and I did not have to seek anyone for anything. There was a code emailed to me for room entry and I even paid for the room the day I checked in. The microwave and coffee pots were in a communal area and not in the room itself. It was very cold when I stayed but the Hot Tub was a nice surprise even though I was not able to partake. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking lot is too small, had to park illegally until another guest left and took their spot… also, if free wifi is advertised why isn’t the password written somewhere in your room?
Community fridge and coffee maker… they appeared clean but who knows when it’s in a public-access breezeway. No switch to turn on the fan in the bathroom, very few amenities. Perfect for people looking for only a bed before spending the whole day out and about.

Limited parking on site, no thermostat, room was a bit cold, microwave and frig is shared in hallway.

The unit was surprisingly nice and well kept. We found the last parking space so were concerned how to contact someone to find parking.
But no issues….great town, great unit, great hot tub!

Better than I expected. The hot tub didn't seem that clean but I did see some folks in there. Kinda seemed like the thermostat didn't work? It got pretty warm in our room but we opened a window. The curtains need to be longer so the room can actually get dark. Overall good stay and I'd come back.

Easy Check-in, easy to communicate with! Comfortable beds and convenient location to town! We were able to walk up to enjoy dinner and shopping each night! Only 17 minutes from Ski Cooper! We will be back again next year!!

The room was without and cup for drinking water, brushing teeth, nothing. The motel.com said there was a breakfast included, there wasn’t. The Delaware Hotel has a hot tub, it was not available for, as nor was a continental breakfast. On the second morning, I am a 71 year old woman, the manager at the Delaware told me “no breakfast and talked down tone as though I was a homeless person trying to get a free meal. He was very unkind and challenged me to show him where the reservation stated anything about breakfast. At that point, I was in tears.

Super-comfortable, ultra clean room, looked new, minimalist decor. Very comfortable bed. The windows open for fresh air! Couldn’t ask for more.

It was adequate. Was hard to find with NO sign, address on the the wrong side of building to park, NO reecepption and no signs to help get in. So first part rocky, the rest was adequate.
6.0 / 10.0
No ice machine, vsaid there would be microwave and coffee pots but not in the rooms external and uninviting.
Room was clean and large with nice table and chairs and two reading chairs.
2.0 / 10.0
The Inn is poorly constructed and hard to locate due to a no street signage. Despite the trendy decor, the furnishings are very cheap The bed and pillows are uncomfortable, and the sheets are made of cheap synthetic material. The price of $160/night is not justified, especially when Leadville (for most of us) is a quick stop on a roadtrip.
4.0 / 10.0
Room was clean, check in was fine, but I did not receive the email with the room information. Would have been nice if the room had a microwave or a refrigerator.

This hotel gave us the wrong room and a couple walked into our room as we were undressing and the staff was unapologetic and blamed us for being in the wrong room!! So do all rooms have the same code??? They told us that was our room. How could we make up the correct 6 digit code? You’re more likely to be eaten by a shark. Then they continued to lock us out of our room by changing the code with all our belongings inside. The bedspread had wet blood on it when we entered the room for the first time. Were the previous guests attacked?? Terrible response from the hotel - an $800 stay where we had to barricade the door and remove the bed covering for our safety and they only refunded $200. And no A/C in Colorado in the middle of summer. I’m a platinum member so needless to say I have stayed at far safer and cleaner accommodations in my 20 years of business and leisure travel. I will never stay here again. Very expensive for terrible customer service. They care more about your money than your safety.
