Tom is very hospitable and knowledgeable of area, maintains property very well. Friendly cat roams around outside. So many beautiful plants on site and he let us pick some coconuts and guanabana. Such a joy
It was windy cloudy cold for pool but that is not fault of host. Still spent the full day outside jus lounging

Sehr netter Gastgeber, toller Ausblick, schöner Garten.
was einen angenehmen Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt.

The views are amazing and the hosts are super friendly.
Location was a bit difficult to find, better to put the coordinates in google maps than the address. Bed was nice although may be too small for some.

This accomodation is part of paradise. The apartment is clean and has all amenities you need. The pool has a spectacular view of the surounding hills and sea in the distance. The owner is very friendly and always in for a chat. Can't recommend enough!

The property is beautiful with great views and the house has pretty much everything you may need. The owner is very nice and helpful!
The last leg of the road barely fits a car and that scared me the first day driving, but you get used to it fast. Also keep in mind that it’s in nature, thus bugs and especially mosquitoes are around

The pool and property have a nice view. If I was local, I'd rent the place to host small parties.

The pool was even more amazing than it appears in pictures! Tomas was also a character, and we loved having him as our host.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Check in was supposed to be at 2 pm., but our night flight made us arrive 5 am. The host woke up, let us in free of charge 9 hours before official time.

lovely host, lovely location, pool and view are beautiful. great to cool down a bit in the mountains. There is a nice little breeze so that it does not get too hot even without aircon

The location was very quite.
Too far, but manageable.

We only had one night as we had to move on early in the morning. Tomás was a great host! His home is on top of a hill overlooking the city. It was amazing. The Coqui played a symphony at night. We wish we could have stayed longer.
The city is very close but it is a little tricky to get to the house in the dark. If you stay more than one day,it would be easier. So worth it though.

Good location for day trips to south north and east of Puerto Rico. Very non touristy location with good food at reasonable prices guacamole al fresco or que barbaridad are locations to recommend. Also the breakfast stall near the gas station does a wonderful job. Good bed.
Cleanliness did not meet our standards, arrangements were different then booking. We booked an apartment we got a room with shared amenities. Apartment was double booked. Got reduction.

The setting is a tropical Garden of Eden on a hillside overlooking a lush valley with a verdant rainforest and blue-blue sea as the backdrop. We were serenaded nightly with a calliope of crickets and tree frogs -just magical! Epic pool. Studio apartment with a surround of large windows to take in the views and bird songs. It's simply furnished but has all you need with a great shower. I fell in love with the resident cat -Andy Warhol. Owner Tomas is a colorful dude and is always ready to help you enjoy the area but isn't intrusive.
The Wi-Fi only worked in the evening/early morning but I was able to use my phone as a hotspot. Was not a deal breaker for me as I wanted to unplug. Know that you will have to drive, some days farther than others, to find restaurants etc. This is not a tourist area but more residential. But as a home base it's not bad.

The view from the location.
The kitchen was dirty, the dining table had a dirty table cloth, the towels smelled bad, the bed smelled bad, the pillows werec7⅞0 dirty, the bathroom was dirty. We had to clean the entire place, wash the towels and bed sheets and buy pillows at Walmart. The entire apartment ssmelled like dog. A lot of pet hair all over the place. The host kept turning our water off and told us that he was trying to put water in his pool.
