About this apartment rental
This property sits on a hill, just 1,700 ft (0.32 miles) off Grace Bay beach, which is regularly ranked the best beach in the world. It is also centrally located, close to Providenciales’ most important services. Just 780 ft (0.15 miles) away is the largest supermarket, and it is within a five minute drive of everything else: Graceway Plaza is a five-minute walk, with two dozen or so businesses, including a bank, a liquor store, a café, a phone company, and a bookstore; within a minute’s drive (or a 13-minute walk) are several beachfront resorts (with in-house restaurants), TCI’s National Environmental Centre (with exhibits on local animals and flora), and a beachfront park. The same park is home to the popular Thursday Night Fish Fry, celebrating local culture and cuisine. It is a must attend event for tourists looking to experience local culture, or if you just want to have some fun.
The Regent Village and Saltmills shopping centers are a five-minute drive, while Turtle Cove Marina, with a number of restaurants, is less than a three-minute drive. We strongly recommend a car rental for a broader, more authentic, and more fulfilling Island experience, and it is a must for guests choosing a villa over a beachfront resort experience, although a handful of guests chose not to rent a vehicle and still enjoy their stay.

Our accommodations
This property enjoys ocean views from the living area and the balcony. It is tastefully furnished with a full kitchen, full size front load Samsung washer/dryer, Kohler fixtures, air-conditioning and Hunter ceiling fans throughout, and an outdoor terrace with a pergola. It represents unmatched value.
This property is unique because it is more private than a resort (it is enclosed by a four to five-foot wall with gated access), but there are multiple villas adjacent to each other, ensuring that there is usually someone on site. There is also a caretaker and concierge generally on site to assist, from 8 am to 6 pm, an unheard-of amenity at this price range. The property is also well lit at night, with an array of security cameras and motion sensors at strategic locations throughout the grounds. We put a strong emphasis on your safety and security.

A great location, can get most places on the island in under 11 min. Everthing worked great. Will definitely stay here again.
8.0 / 10.0
Easy access to main roads, 10 min drive to shops and restaurants, property was clean and everything worked. Communication w property manager prompt, had a great stay, plenty of linens, comfortable king bed, and pleasant patio, outside road noise from leeward Hwy but quiet at night
8.0 / 10.0
Second floor rooms offer a much nice view of the ocean off in the distance. Drive to beach which isn't anywhere as nice as Grace Bay beach which we thought was worth the extra 5 minute to use. Overall a good value stay if longer than the two nights we were there because of the high cleaning fee.
10.0 / 10.0
Nice location, you can walk to beach. Not much of a view, but close to all the important spots we wanted to visit.
8.0 / 10.0
The unit itself was nice, but it’s pretty far from the beach, and the main picture depicting the location is deceptive.

Not as in picture
The property was not near the beach, but at least a mile away. The boxspring by the head of the bed was broken and caused me neck pain. It was fixed after 3 days. It was missing the 3rd remote control to make the TV work, although we were told there were only 2 remote controls. The bedroom and kitchen
shutters could not be open, so it was dark. The blender was broken when we got there, but they did give us another one.

Property located by beach and grocery store (everything else a bit farther)
Loved that this location was right by the beach but everything else was at least 20+ min walk away. Would recommend if you have a car, otherwise prepare to walk and taxi to get to restaurants and other points of interest. I had a hard time reaching the property manager via Vrbo before the trip but once I got the direct line, communication was smooth and responses were quick. They provide basic home starters (toilet paper, soap, paper towel) but the expectation is to replenish once used. Overall good experience.

Wonderful Family Vacation over Christmas 2020
My family and I (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed in Villa # 3 in late December and we had one of the best family vacations we have ever had! First off the villa itself was absolutely spotless - incredibly clean! The kitchen appliances were all modern and worked perfectly (seemed like brand new washer and dryer). The villa is well stocked with high quality sheets, towels etc. The grounds are beautifully tropical and incredibly well maintained (the groundskeeper was working on site most days keeping the landscaping looking very nice). To us, the location couldn't have been better (5 min drive to the supermarket, about 5-10 to great restaurants, Grace Bay shopping area, Marina, beaches). I believe other villas on site were occupied during most, if not all, of our stay but you'd never know. Incredibly peaceful and tranquil both day and night. If you're looking to spend a week on Turks and Caicos for a very reasonable price without sacrificing quality of accommodations or a less desirable location, Paradise Villas is for you! Hope to go back soon. Thank you to all for an incredible vacation (definitely welcome after a crazy 2020).

Great Place to stay
Everything was like the description on airbnb. Only the noise of the street was a little bit disturbing. Roger and Enal were very friendly and helpful. The beach (Bight) is very close and amazing. We can absolutely recommend the Paradise Villas!

Paradise Villa # 3 is a bit of Paradise
In fairness, for a long term stay such as ours, it would be better if space were better utilized. The table was to big for the dining area, the sofa is on the large side as well, if these two pieces of furniture were smaller, this 800sq ft villa would be perfect. Shante the booking person is very helpful, Roger, the manager on site is a gem, as is Enal. The villa was cleaned every week by very good staff. And everything (almost) that is required in a residence exists here. Except good wine glasses. We loved it, we would recommend it to all couples, and we are coming back next year

Well kept. Very clean. Friendly and courteous staff. Location is a bit out of the wayfrom Grace Bay Area but for us that was a huge plus.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was super clean, comfortable. well stocked with everything we needed, less than five minutes away from the Island's largest supermarket, and central to everything.

Turks and Caicos Anniversary Trip
We planned this trip last minute to celebrate our 30 year anniversary. The villa was very nice inside everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided; plenty of towels and linens, beach chairs, umbrella ( I would recommend replacing soon), cooler, and snorkel gear. Highly recommend renting a car. This place has a ocean view and yes you can walk to the beach but I would not recommend not having a car. One of the neighbors started off not having a car by day 2 they rented a car. Remember food is expensive we used the IGA on Leeward for our supplies. We left our empty gallon jugs for water behind for the next person you can go to the water refill stations and fill up for 50 cents a gallon. Shante responded immediately and kept in contact with us the first few days to make sure everything was good. Our TV in our villa the TV screen went out the second day and Roger one of the care takers got it replaced immediately. The one thing I would recommend is to have the safe secured to the floor or a cabinet. It is not secured to anything. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay
The villa was very clean and modern. I was impressed with the appliances. Being in the pest control business I was glad to see no issues. An occasional ant but that is to be expected. As others have said, the bed was very comfortable. Since it is centrally located, exploring the island was very easy. And the Thursday night fish fry very close. In my opinion a rental car was a must. The car wasn't much but for under $200 it was a great value to our stay. We did not have a lot of contact with Roger, grounds keeper, but he was easy to find and attentive to our needs in quick order when we needed him. The villa is not ocean side.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay again.

Villa #3, this villa does not have a fold out couch as stated, sewage issues, listed items missing
day 1/no fold out couch as stated. I brought a friend and needed the couch? Advertised, villa sleeps 4? No. Roger brought a cot.My whole stay I had a cot in my kitchen.
Day 2 :washer broken/ I sent an email and got one back stating basically it won't be fixed during my stay because it never broke before and would take a long time to get a part. Oh no! I only brought a few items because I expected a washing machine. I asked if I could use a machine of another villa to at least wash the clothes and towels sitting in water. She said no, all the villas were full. They didn't all seem full.
Day 2 (again) toilet won't flush. I panic! I send another email suggesting they might have plumbing issue that might also effect the broken washer. They come out, pump full septic tank. Problem fixed,Right? No. The smell of raw sewage filled the villa. I sent an email to ask if they have another property I can stay at. She said no, she offered a refund. I looked there was no place to stay on such short notice. Day 2, the villa was unusable. Between no toilet and the smell of sewage. The smell seemed to go away after leaving windows and doors open all day. We went out
Day 3/ smell was back, I sent an email. I soon realized, they didn't care my villa smelled like sewage. I stopped emailing and tried to enjoy my trip. There was no place to go, at least the toilet flushed and the washer worked. Right?
Day 4/5/6/7 every time we or anyone else in other villas used water the smell of sewage came up the shower drain and filled the villa with the smell of raw sewage.
Summary: villa beautiful . They keep it very pretty. Some stuff was missing off the list. I missed the bullet blender they said they had :( I really missed the fold out couch! I only had 2 or 3 wash clothes? I could have over looked that stuff. Grounds were perfect! The two men were so great, I would have lost my mind without them. Close to the beach. Keep in mind it's very close to the only highway;so, you do hear cars at all times and construction. You need a rental car. I LOVED the island and the natives! I had to go to the hospital to the ER and they were great! Bakery next to IGA on leeward hwy is a must for breakfast :) Im adopting a Potcake puppy!I actually would have come back just not to villa #3. Villa 3 has sewage issues. I was sad that paradise villas erased/hid my reservation probably to avoid a review:( I would have come back.I should get a credit or discount for another stay. That would be fair.

Peaceful and excellently kept
My girlfriend and I had a very peaceful stay at the property. The property is very well maintained and has first class amenities, in terms of the TV, appliances, security, fans, etc. Shante and Roger are extremely friendly, professional and responsive, and always around to help, which really makes a difference. I don't think we could have had a much better stay.
The property is removed a bit from the main centers of the island, which allows it to be peaceful, but alos close enough to some resorts and restaurants. ITs a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, which is amazing. Ideally it would be slightly closer but this doesn't lessen the experience in anyway. We were there for 4 days - if I were staying for more than 4 or 5 days, I'd probably rent a car to be able to get around the island more, but we definitely didn't need one for 4 days. Also, its very convenient to the Fish Fry on Thursday nights, which was a cool local experience and great food.
Overall, highly recommend the property to anyone but in paritcular if you're looking to get away for a peaceful, high quality and affordable vacation.

AMAZING 1ST TIME VISIT TO TURKS & CAICOS!!!
Home now from our Amazing stay at the Villa in Turks and Caicos and what a great place to stay! I could walk down the road to a beautiful beach and having the bikes avail were also a plus! Turtle Cove was a bike ride down the road and the snorkeling was great! The Villa was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy too! We loved having the beach chairs and coolers being we enjoying checking out the Island daily. Long Beach was a Beautiful Beach and we were the only ones on it! Sapodilla Beach was were we went to watch the sunset and you could rent beach chairs. This was a small beach however very pretty. Grace Bay was so AMAZING! There is public parking down the road from the main hotels and the beach path was easy to get to. Go to the Conch shack (Great Ocean Views and tons of conch shells everywhere) and Da Conch Shack for lunch/dinner (you can sit in the water and eat). Great Conch Fritters! One day we took the Ferry over the Middle Caicos' and we LOVED that! We rented a car at the ferry terminal and that was only a 15 minute ride from the villa. Once again the Beaches were breathtaking and we had lunch at Dragon Cay (Blue Horizon Villa) The restaurant is small however the views are Breathtaking and the food was exceptional! My husband had the best fish ever and my conch fritters were amazing! We sat on the beach for an hour or so and we also snorkeled. We also stopped at Indian Cave which was a great stop! Road signs are not readily avail so keep and eye out for anything! Everything seem to be a 15 minute ride of so from the villa so we were very happy with that. I would suggest renting a car if you want to experience the island. The host were also very pleasant and attentive! We would stay again!

A touch of paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas. The property is well maintained. Unit 3 has plenty of space and is quiet and peaceful. Centrally located on the island makes it easy to get around. Helps to have a car. Roger is readily available to assist with any needs and to welcome you. We came in for diving and snorkeling. Snorkeling at Smith's Reef is amazing to do on your own. Fun to attend the Thursday night fish fry.

This property is very well maintained and secured
The villa met our expectations, it was fully stocked and clean. We were met by Roger when we arrived and he showed us around and filled us in on the place. The bed was comfortable and the area was enough spacious for four of us. We happy with the accommodations. Roger was there everyday and kept the landscaping and property beautiful. If we needed anything he was there to assist and to watch over the property. The view was very nice, we could see the ocean from our patio and feel the breeze as we set outside and enjoyed the weather and view. We rented as car which turned out to be good idea. We drove around and were able to site see and visit the places that were on our list of to do's.

Amazing amazing amazing....
It was my first time inTurks and Caicos, and it was a little overwhelming trying to figure out where to stay because there are so many options, but I am so glad we picked these villas. It was a perfect! The location is pretty amazing, and you have a view of the ocean. You can walk to the grocery store, beach, bank, and to the fish fry on Thursday nights. If you get a chance make sure you make it to the fish fry, awesome live music and amazing food! We did have to take taxis to a few places, but that wasn’t a problem at all. The villas are kept super clean, and you have so many supplies like extra towels, soap, etc. It was also so great being able to wash and dry clothes specially after a day at the beach. I hate packing dirty clothes in my suitcase after a vacation so that was convenient. If you choose to stay here you won’t regret it .... ohh and the bed .. heavenly, one of the best beds I’ve slept on in vacation . The property manager is prompt on emailing back on any questions you might have, and the other workers were very friendly. Great place!

Great Property
Our home was clean, quiet and relaxing. The team here was responsive and helpful with our wants and needs. They brought us beach chairs and extra beach towels. Having a washer, dryer, and grill was great. I would recommend staying here. This is not beach front property, but there are ocean views and about a ten minute walk to the beach. I would recommend renting a car if staying here.
