About this house rental
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Bring your family to relax and enjoy Florida’s tropical living in this exquisite 4 bedroom house with a private pool. Enjoy the indoor entertainments with smart TVs, pool table, foosball table, indoor basketball arcade or dart game. The house is centrally located mins to golf courses including popular Westchase Golf Club, airport, Busch Gardens, aquarium, downtown, convention center and popular beaches.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Please do not let your children swim unattended even if they are good swimmers. We’re not liable for any pool related incidents.
The whole property is available for your stay. You don’t share anything with anyone.
Whether you’re interested or have booked with us you have our full attention. We’ll be available at anytime before, during and after your trip. We’re just a text or a phone call away should you need us for anything.
This home is situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhoods.
There’re supermarkets, Starbucks , Costco and restaurants within one mile or less.
The driveway of the house is good for two cars. Street parking is free. Please restrict to maximum 4 cars at anytime.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit and payment are handled by Airbnb. We don't have your payment until you arrive. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT
CHECK-IN IS AFTER 4:00 PM. PLEASE PLAN YOUR VACATION ACCORDINGLY. We will text you a key code and other access information around 9:00 AM on the day of arrival to the number on file when the home is ready. We kindly ask that you not arrive at the home until your check in time or we let you know the home is ready for you. In high season early check-in is usually not available. If the home becomes available sooner and we wish to grant early check-in, we will let you know. On the day of check-in please have access to your email and/or a phone to receive texts in the US. International customers can receive access info by email on the day of check-in. Check-out requests after 11:00 AM are usually not allowed and will result in ½ day's rental rate only with prior approval. Any late checkout without host approval will occurred a $50/hour penalty after 11:00 AM.
RENTAL RESTRICTIONS
Renter must be a minimum age of 25 years to secure and check in to our properties. All guests must be 25 years of age unless they are family members of the renter and accompanied by the renter.
GUESTS
GUEST AGREES THEY ARE A TRANSIENT TENANT and a TEMPORARY guest in our properties. In the unfortunate event, rules are not followed and/or broken or the guest creates a disturbance, or in the sole opinion of the owner or owners' agent that the guest's continued stay would be detrimental to the home the guest agrees to vacate the premises immediately upon written or oral notification.
Failure to do so is a crime and the Sheriff will be called to evict everyone. All monies paid to date will be forfeited.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property.
REFUNDS
No refunds should be expected for mechanical breakdowns. Major appliances such as AC, washer, dryer, and others are maintained regularly, but mechanical breakdowns are possible at any time in any home. In the event of a breakdown, the guest will inform the HOST in a timely manner. The owner or owners' agent will expeditiously repair items in the best interests of the property and in a timely manner to minimize the inconvenience to guests whenever possible. The owner and owners' agent at their sole discretion will schedule and be afforded access during normal working hours 8:00 AM to
6:00 PM to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance. In the unlikely event a home becomes uninhabitable we will refund any unused nights at our discretion.
PROPERTY CARE EXPECTATIONS
Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Indoor and outdoor furniture are not to be moved or relocated except for sun lounge chairs. All outdoor furniture is to be put back in place as found prior to vacating the premises.
SMOKING
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the units at our properties. Smoking outside away from the unit is preferred. If evidence of smoking is found or the property smells of smoke a $500.00 fee will be reported to Airbnb or VRBO and demanded by the guest for payment.
PETS
Pets are NOT allowed. Violation will be fined upward $200/day.
HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING FEE
There is no daily housekeeping service, however, for long-term stays, we offer additional cleaning charged at the cleaning fee per request. At our properties, one set of linens, bath towels for the maximum guest count.
Additional towels can be brought by the guest and are the responsibility of the guest. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. You are responsible for the condition of the towels and/or loss. Your cleaning fee covers washing all linens, towels, and wiping down all the surfaces.
All dirty linens and towels should be placed in the laundry room. No need to strip down the pillow and mattress protectors. DO NOT WASH decorative pillows or pillows. Cleaning for these pillows will be handled by our professional cleaners.
We appreciate your thoughtfulness with this item as it makes a tremendous difference in getting the unit ready for the next guest who may be checking in a few hours after you depart.
PAPER PRODUCTS AND CLEANING SUPPLIES
We typically provide 3 rolls of toilet paper for each toilet and 2 rolls of paper towels. There are usually garbage bags, cleaning detergents, and dish soaps in the home for a few days. However, this is done as a courtesy and cannot always be guaranteed. We use generic brands for all the products. Guests are responsible for additional garbage bags, paper products, toiletry items, soaps, shampoos, cleaning agents, etc. during their stay.
KITCHEN SUPPLIES
This property is stocked with plates, cups, bowls, and utensils for the maximum guest count as a rule.
A selection of spices and cooking oils are usually in the unit and often paper plates/napkin products.
However, neither can be guaranteed as this can fluctuate due to loss of use. We require guests to understand that all efforts are made to ensure sufficient kitchen supplies but on rare occasions, there could be loss or damage that is not immediately replaced by the cleaning staff or the owner.
STORM AND ADVERSE WEATHER
If there is a storm or adverse weather, no refunds will be given. We encourage travelers to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance at the time of booking. However if a hurricane is forecasted to hit our area we will issue a refund for the days the hurricane is expected.
PARTIES, AND OTHER EVENTS
No parties or events are allowed at our properties. Holding an event or party without approval is grounds for immediate eviction and loss of funds.

It was a beautiful home! Lots of space and beautifully decorated! I would stay again when I’m in the area. It’s close to literally almost everything. Nice neighborhood. Tons of food and shopping and Clearwater beach is about 40 min away.
The pool is very nice! Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in this area.

This house is great and the owner if very nice and attentive. We had a plumbing issue while staying and he was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Would definitely stay here again on our next Tampa stay. House is great and the location was perfect

Villa suited us for a 4 day stop over in Tampa, super clean, had all the basics you needed. Value for money. Any issues that arose Tommy quickly communicated back. The pool was out of action on our first day but was up and running as soon as it was filled the next day.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Tommy’s place. My sons (age 5 & 4) loved the Panda room as it was decorated great for kids their age. The game room in the garage was a nice touch and my oldest absolutely loved the basketball game!
The house is conveniently located to grocery stores & restaurants. I highly recommend checking out “Fords Garage” to eat, which is only a mile away.
We ran into a few issues but Tommy was always quick to respond & nothing that would dissuade me from returning.

We had a lovely Thanksgiving in this home! It was clean and VERY spacious! Any issues we had (which were non-emergencies & very minimal) were answered by the Host VERY quickly. In most cases within minutes. They checked in on us by email mid-week just to make sure everything was good. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located to ANYTHING we wanted to do with our family. Thank you for a beautiful stay!!!

4 close friends have discussed a golf, NFL & NHL trip for the longest time. We finally did it! We came to Tampa for this special trip.
Booked a 4 bedroom home that was close to the airport, Raymond James stadium and Amalie Arena. Chose Tommy's home.
Tommy was great in communication. Checked in with us to make sure that we were all comfortable and if we needed anything.
Will definitely booked from Tommy again when I'm back in Tampa!

The property was clean and very inviting with nice furniture and decorations. We had plenty of space for 8 people ranging in age from 15-45. The pool area was clean and the shaded area was a great place to hang out together. We had a great 3 day stay and would definitely stay there again.

We rented this house for my nieces wedding in Ybor City. The location was perfect for both the wedding and Busch Gardens. The house is modern, in a quite neighborhood and very clean. The kids loved the game room and pool. We messed up and didn’t realize it was a no pet property and we allowed my daughter to bring her dog as she lives in Tampa. The dog was there 2 days out of the four and we paid the $250 pet fee as we were in the wrong and felt bad. The owner was very responsive and attentive every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this property!

This lovely home had plenty of room for 3 teen boys and their moms, for spring beak. Location is within 30 minutes to hockey arena, Busch Gardens, beaches, etc. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Tommy (the host) was quick to respond and provide any assistance.
