I booked this hotel yesterday afternoon! We arrived for check-in at 12:30 at night. The reception was closed, I called the hotel phone. After 5 minutes of waiting, a woman answered me and said that there were no rooms available and in general they were checking in until 12 pm. We ended up having to sleep in the car!!! Never book this hotel!.

Due to my asthma i chose this place as there wasn’t carpeting. Flooring was nice. I also liked I had a small kitchen which is another reason I booked this room.
No breakfast, $100 damage deposit was charged to my credit card unknown to me until I checked credit card account on my phone. this is an extended stay hotel which I was not aware of when I booked the room, because of booking through an on line site no discounts were eligible.Calling this hotel direct is best option for booking. Kitchen without plates, utensils, cooking utensils. Could have bought a pkg deal which was more expensive than if i bought each item at a store! No TP holder as a previous customer broke it and it wasn’t repaired.

It was close to where family lives.
We were not able to check in till hours after the check in time. The host said they were short staffed. We were repeatedly given times the room would be ready but had to keep waiting.

Location
It is an assistant living facility at best not a hotel. They don’t provide the amenities of a hotel such as a coffee maker or iron that you don’t have to leave collateral for. There is no night staff working but can be found out smoking! Room not clean with hair on floor and beds!

The young man who checked me in was friendly.
There were several things I found displeasing with my recent stay.
1. My room was assigned next to the side door and there were people going in and out of this door ALL night long. The door slammed multiple times throughout the night, and this kept me awake the majority of the night.
2. Upon check-in, I asked if there was a coffee maker in the room. The young man who checked me in stated, "No, but you can purchase one for $25." I then commented. "Are you serious?!" His reply was, "Yes, very serious!" He also informed me that there would be complimentary coffee from 6a.m. to 9 a.m. When I arrived to the lobby at 7 a.m., there was coffee, but no creamer available.
3. The walls are thin and at 6:51 a.m. the housekeeper was vacuuming in the lobby and again I was awakened.
This is an extended stay "hotel" and it seemed there were more long-term residents than just people like me who were there for a few nights.
Overall, I was not pleased with this room or my stay. There were a lot of what I would classify as "shady" individuals at this hotel which made my stay a little uncomfortable as I am a single woman traveling alone.

The location is great. Close to down town Littleton and close to restaurants.
I was awoken by the person in the room above at 2:00am and 4:30. I could also hear people slamming doors and talking loudly in the hallway at 6:00 am.

Looked like a nice new place
Waited for 15 minutes for someone to assist meThere was no toliet paper in my room, room looked like they used a blower to clean it. There were cockroaches on the wall they charge a 100.00 incident fee which I was not told about what is this only colorado does this. And it takes forever to get my money released this is not ok. Does not serve breakfast either.

It was close to the hospital
The quality of customer service we received was abhorrent. It started at check-in where Silas at the front desk took thirty minutes to check us in despite no one being ahead of us in line. At no point were we greeted. There was no hello, sorry for the wait, welcome, enjoy your stay, zero warmth, zero eye contact. Instead we got ignored while the two house keeping staff, also behind the desk, kept talking about a room that needed all three of them to be inspected. He rolled his yes and typed on the computer while ignoring us. Then he informed us that our room WAS NOT CLEAN AT NINE PM so we might have to wait. He gave us keys and we went up. We think, maybe after all that time it took to get to our room that housekeeping would be finished. So we tried to open the door to our room and housekeeping slammed it shut and yelled at us to wait. We waited in the hall for several minutes and they emerged only to block the door and glare menacingly at us while rudely attempting to explain the hotel's cleaning policy for some reason, that 2 people needed to inspect the rooms etc. They were HOSTILE and tried to make us feel bad for trying to enter our own room. The interaction stretched on for entirely too many minutes. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HOTEL'S POLICY. I care that my room that I reserved well in advance wasn't clean at 9pm when I arrived, tired and ready for bed. This is the basic function of a hotel. We realized the room they were hounding Silas at front desk about while we were trying to check in, was in fact OUR room. What happened in there? What was so bad that that housekeeping hadn't cleaned our room in time? Was it blood or feces? The women alluded to it being really bad.
We were uncomfortable after the hostile encounters with all of the staff. Husband needed ice for his injury so I venture back out to find the ice machine. Couldn't find it. Reluctantly went back to the front desk and no one was around. I rang the bell. I waited.

We had a very nice stay. It was very clean and nicely located for us in the Littleton area. Staff was very polite and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend too my friends. Also the noise level was much lower that I thought it would be sitting next to Santa Fe.

Terrible experience, in a bad neighborhood/part of town. Staff is rude.
I got to the hotel and immediately didn't like the area and people staying there, I canceled my room. I was told I would not be charged but they still charged me.

If you know the area, it's a great location. The room was comfortable, large, had a great heater! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Only thing we could have used was eating utensils.

Great deal offered as a new construction hotel for a week stay. Room is decently equipped for extended stays with 2 electric burners and one of the larger fridge freezer combos I have seen in an extended stay hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Not sold on the light switch motion sensors, fortunately they have a manual button. Was also hoping for a better showerhead, or maybe just a stronger water pressure, but it was still enough to use.
