Pesimo Servicio Excelentes Instalaciones

Las instalaciones están espectaculares muy bonito muy limpio y se nota que es un hotel nuevo, muy cómodo las habitaciones. También la ubicación es muy buena y el diseño me encantó..

Me robaron ya que yo tenía derecho a desayuno, según mi reservación y el Recepcionista, con poca experiencia me lo negó. Termine pagando mas de lo que tenia contemplado. Sumado a esto cuando llegué tuvimos una mala experiencia con el recepcionista por que desconocía como funciona su sistema amenos eso fue lo que nos dio la impresión.

Very comfortable and well located stay

The location in the Valle Oriente is very practical. The plus: the hotel is located in a commercial area where you can find downstairs a pharmacy, a bakery, a coffee shop and some restaurants. The hotel itself is well decorated with a large lobby from where you can work easily and bedrooms are very comfortable. You also have a large gym on the roof.

The breakfast was included but very average. The coffee tastes hot water but it's common in many places of Monterrey. At the moment of doing the check-in you need to be aware about how much they will want to charge you because they use a higher exchange rate than Booking. Hopefully I made them notice and they adjusted it to Booking prices.

Excelente ubicación, limpio y bonito.

Me gustó que es un hotel nuevo, la decoración, la ubicación esta ideal, en Distrito Armida, tienes cosas buenas cerca de ti, restaurantes, cafés, centros de ejercicio, hospital... excelente ubicación, staff amable y limpieza.

En una ocasión el room service tardó muchísimo, solo solicité un café y no me lo pudieron llevar a tiempo, supongo estaban saturados, fuera de eso, todo lo demás muy bien. En otra ocasión el room service si llegó a tiempo.

Un hotel por encima de las expectativas.

Las instalaciones, la ubicación, el cuarto, la cafetera, refri, todo en general.

En el Lobby y el restaurante huele un poco a drenaje, así como también desearía un poco más de canales deportivos en la terraza y los cuartos.

Disappointing

Around 8 am one of the cleaning personnel came into our room while we were sleeping. It woke us up and we were scared and had to ask the lady to leave the room. During the breakfast everything was dirty, dirty crockery on the food bar and there were only crumbs left. We ordered from the menu and it took almost an hour for our order to arrive and on arrival it was cold and uncooked. We talked to the manager because we were surprised to have experienced something like this at an AC Hotel and she was not there so we had to send the comments and pictures via mail. They didn't solved the issues. We're very disappointed.

Nice hotel needs a lot of improvement on service, maintenance and staff

the hotel is brand new, modern facilities look nice and chic. located inside a new plaza full of restaurants, coffee shops and places to hang around.

Breakfast was included on my rate and staff didn’t believe me, food was bad and limited options. Booking was made on usd rate, they used 19.20 mxp/usd vs 17.80 that was the official rate (company policies they explained) pillows smelled very bad, we asked for a change and they still smelled bad. by the 3rd time they changed them smell was still present but tolerable

If you put the price in us dollars, then charge the total in US dollars, not in mxn pesos.

Great hotel, rooms great. Some Staff members at front desk without any care about the customer. A men in the front desk staff was very rude and never offers me the parking service fee. There is another girl at front desk with superior customer service care. She help us with the parking fee and offers us a late check out.

Good hotel in San Pedro

In San Pedro which is the nicest area in MTY. Modern actually brand new when I arrived. It has all the facilities I needed ( working space etc ... ). Breakfast is good with omelettes that you can order, chilaquiles etc ...

Only a slight confusion as I one of the waiter wanted me to pay the breakfast but told him was already included in my price. The problem was sorted but just a slight detail.
