It was nice that every bedroom had a bathroom. Shower area was shared but convenient enough. Property is on a busy road, but very close to public beaches.

This was the perfect place for our entire family to get together and spend a weekend playing games, wandering to town and just relaxing. We will be back!!

A wonderful home with so much space. Loved the themed bedrooms and large open gathering area. Two large refrigerators and lots of table area to eat and visit. Great stay. !!!

Roomy, comfortable and clean. We had easy walk access to the Marina area, the parks and hiking/biking. This place was perfect! Everyone loved it.

We stayed here with 13 adults and one toddler for a family reunion. It was perfect! It's a quick 10 minute walk to the lake and just a little farther to get to downtown McCall. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and had a few spices (a little salt and pepper, etc.). We loved the layout with the big central area with plenty of dining and relaxing seating and the rooms branching off of that. The game room was well stocked, and my niece absolutely loved the cabin bunk bed in one of the bedrooms. There really was activities available for all ages. I took one star off because we had some trouble getting ahold of the property manager for some minor issues while onsite. It all worked out in the end, but we did have to get creative with some things.

We love McCall and this place was perfect for our family reunion. The dryer was unfortunately not working during our stay which made it difficult with the amount of towels provided. I’d highly suggest providing extra towels if the dryer is not working. The communication with the property manager was ok. A few times I reached out but would not hear back for 24+ hours, or not at all. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay here again if we came back to McCall for another family reunion. Thank you so much ☺️

This house was a wonderful place to stay for a group. With so many bedrooms, and most with their own half bathrooms, it worked out very well. And the open concept living in the center of the house was amazing! The only down side was that the remotes did not have batteries that worked and there was only 1 hairdryer (for 15 women) which was hidden in a drawer in one of the 11 bathrooms. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Property was perfect for our rather large group. Large main space that we could enjoy together, side rooms that were quiet with doors closed for breaks. Weather was atrocious but inside was lovely and cozy with lots of space for boardgames and hang outs. Would rent again!

This is a retired assisted living home. It was PERFECT for our family reunion. Every bedroom had wonderful, comfortable beds, and at least a half bath. The house was warm and inviting, clean, well furnished. There was a room outfitted with a ping pong table, foos-ball table, and arcade games. This room was GENIUS, keeping 4 boys and a preteen girl engaged for HOURS!! Parents and grandparents were able to build puzzles, play card games, VISIT and cook without dealing with bored kids!! They only surfaced to eat!! Every parents dream!! LOL!! Kudos to the owner and management team. Well-played! If you find any nerf-bullets.in the house....you have us to thank!! Hopefully, thats all the evidence we left of our stay!! We would certainly book this home again for our retreats!!

The rental was ideal for a large family gathering. Plenty of parking. Lots of room for eating, relaxing and sleeping. Was well stocked. Had a few issues with the shower in the large bathroom. Hard to get hot water. Probably a safety feature, but some instructions would have been helpful. Biggest issue was not being able to get into the unit for three hours. Never received the code and couldn’t get a response from the property manager. When it finally came through, was told they sent it to me in June. Checked my previous emails and never saw anything. After that issue was resolved, we all had a fun time together.

Our large family had a wonderful stay at this property. My husband and I, as well as three of our adult children with their spouses and young families had plenty of room to both spread out, or gather in the large, central common area. Check-in was easy, everything was clean and updated, and there were soft, very nice linens on the beds. The decor was so fun and creative, and added to the welcoming vibe of the house. My young grandchildren loved the fun tree house bunk bed and playing in the amazing game room! We loved having two refrigerators and two large dining tables, a huge granite countertop with more seating, so many bathrooms, and a huge comfy couch that could probably seat a dozen people. Even with 16 of us there-it never felt crowded. The one-floor ranch layout was a bonus for me as a senior with slight mobility issues, and safer for the little ones, too. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our three night stay. The location so near Ponderosa State Park and the town of McCall was very convenient, too. Road construction on the streets just outside the house made getting around a bit tricky, but we weren’t disturbed by any noise inside the house. This property was perfect for us and I would definitely look to stay there again in the future!

House was very comfortable and nicely styled. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The game room was a HUGE hit with all kids and kids-at-heart. Location was a half mile (?) walk to the lake and downtown McCall. The doors on all of the bedrooms were practically soundproof! Really great property for a large family gathering.
A couple of small recommendations that would have a big, positive impact: 1. The living room could use 3-5 floor or table lamps with warm lighting. The only lighting in the room was bright, cold ceiling fluorescent lights which is brutal in the evenings when it got darker and you wanted to wind down. I think lamps would "cozy it up". 2. The actual check-in process sent in the instructions was confusing and not current to the property. It said there was a lockbox with a key and we would receive a code to that lockbox, but the code we received was not for the lockbox but rather the key panel on the door. I would suggest that the instructions be updated for the next guests to not cause confusion/frustration. Also, there were other instructions that seemed to apply to another property.

The interior layout is unusual, but it quickly grew on us. It was probably originally a group home or assisted living facility. Every bedroom has at least a half bath, some rooms have full baths with showers and one ADA bathroom has a tub and walk in shower. The large living room, ample dining area and large, very well-equipped kitchen was perfect for a group our size. The kids loved the game room with foosball, ping pong and video games. There is a gas grill but no outdoor dining furniture. The inside of the house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and everyone agreed the beds were very nice. The property is in an older, wooded neighborhood. There's not much of a yard but the spacious interior and location made up for it. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the deer that frequented the field across the street. It is within walking distance of downtown McCall so we didn't always need to drive to have things to do. Walked to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, shopping, and the little kids loved the public beaches. Also close proximity to Ponderosa State Park and McCall Golf Club. Unless you're looking for a secluded cabin, I highly recommend this property.

Had a blast! Walking distance to Winter festival activities, awesome skiing at both resorts with 12 inches fresh powder on Monday, and the whole family was very comfortable in the home! Spacious and comfortable! Loved it!

We were a group of 7 adults and 5 kids. The layout of the house was excellent! Perfect for large groups. There was a great supply of dishes, pots and pans etc. I would have thought we’d have a few extras like tin foil, salt and pepper but we made due.
The location was absolutely perfect!
Unfortunately none of the arcade games worked so that was a little bit of a bummer for the older kids but they definitely had so much else to play with so it was quickly overlooked.
We will definitely book this house again!

We loved staying here. Plenty of room for whole group. Having a toilet with every room really made things easy. Kitchen. Was spacious and easy to cook meals and the front room had lots of area to spread out and play games. There was table space for each member with us when eating.
