Located in the heart of Småländska Höglandet, House Viola is conveniently located for work projects in Bodafors, Nässjö, Grimstorp, Sävsjö, Eksjö, Malmbäck, Fredriksdal, Sandsjöfors, Norra Sandsjö, Stensjön, Björköby, Ekenässjön, Aneby, Vetlanda, Landsbro and Jönköping (Torsvik, Stigamo, A6 and ELMIA etc).
We welcome company stays, locums, tradesmen, contractors and business travellers in need of temporary accommodation, mid-stay rental or long-term housing. (No tourists, families or leisure stays.)
Long bookings several weeks or months are preferred.
Rosendala by House Viola is 2 houses located next to each other in Bodafors, fully furnished, perfect for max 12 persons who will each sleep in their own bed or sofa bed. 5 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 small toilets.
The entire houses are available for your team and the rent includes:
- bedding (including duvets and pillows)
- kitchen fully equipped for self-catering
- living room with sofas and TV with Chromecast
- fast WiFi

House Viola is a cozy, warm and welcoming alternative to a hotel. It lovingly blends treasured original features from 1895 with modern comforts such as TV with Chromecast, fast WiFi and comfortable beds for a unique stay. Bedrooms have a writing desk and chair for home working. Kitchens are fully equipped for your cooking needs.
Living rooms have comfortable sofas and armchairs.
Relax, we are not in the middle of nowhere :)
House Viola is only 15 minutes walk to Bodafors village centre with pizzeria, grocery store, news agent, pharmacy and doctor´s surgery so you don´t need to drive far for your food shopping. Yet, we are situated in a very peaceful part of Bodafors with walking distance to vast nature areas and small lakes.
A scenic hiking trail runs near House Viola for fitness and wildlife experiences. Then you can wind down from a hard working day with a tasty BBQ in the private garden.
Please note that the rent and the number of houses your team will access will depend on the number of persons who are booked to stay with us. It will also depend on if your team are happy to share bedrooms with 2 individual beds in each bedroom or if you prefer that each team member has their own bedroom.
When making your booking request, please let us know how many persons are happy to share bedrooms and how many persons prefer their own bedrooms so we can provide you with the best quote and allocate the correct number of bedrooms and houses for you.
