A gorgeous Shepherd’s hut overlooking an organic farm and only 1 miles from the beach, a perfect retreat!. All on the Ground Floor:

No smoking. . Welcome to Fig Tree Shepherd’s Hut, a beautiful retreat finished to a high standard, nestled in the corner of an orchard overlooking an organic farm, peace and relaxation are the order of the day here although it’s an easy walk into Bridport town centre. Inside, you have an open plan living space, which also incorporates the bedroom area. The kitchen has a 2-ring hob and microwave oven plus a fridge, and the bedroom area has a comfortable double bed and vintage G Plan oak chest of drawers. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Outside, is a lovely private garden with seating area overlooking the orchard where you can relax in the evenings listening to the wildlife and sheep in the fields.
Fig Tree Shepherd’s Hut lies in the charming village of Bothenhampton a mile from West Bay and the World Heritage Jurassic Coast which offers access to the southwest Coast Path’s stunning scenery. Fig Tree provides a perfect holiday base for exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Discover old farm tracks and byways or explore local harbours and Chesil beach nearby, the location is perfect for walking, swimming, or fishing. Fossil hunt at nearby Charmouth, walk along the famous Cobb at Lyme Regis, or spend a day at Abbotsbury Swannery, the only place in the world where guests can walk alongside the swans.
