Řekl bych vše skvělé a plně stačí.

Snídani si děláme sami, není v ceně. Přístup manažera skvělý, vždy dovede poradit i zorganizovat. Proto jsem prodloužil pobyt o 1 noc. Vše skvělé. Okolí hodně navštívit. Cítíte se jak v botanické zahradě.

Snad dodat mýdlo do sprch, případně i ručníky, ale každý vystačí s tím, co má.

Huis in Boquete

De huiselijke sfeer en Mavel en Carlos, maken dat je hier echt een fijne tijd hebt en je je thuis voelt. In de tent was het slapen prima! Goed bed en warm genoeg. Leuke plek om mensen te ontmoeten, maar ook ruimte om je af te zonderen. Je zit hier niet in het dorpje, maar ook niet nodig als je komt voor de hikes. Vanaf hier kun je prima alle hikes doen.

Fantastische mensen die plezier hebben in wat ze doen!

Het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. De tent was zeer comfortabel. Beter dan vele hostels en waar we in geslapen hebben.

Anímense!

La atención es super buena Carlos muy amable y atento con todo, asi que si hay preguntas siempre se las puedes hacer. El lugar es algo alejado pero es facil de llegar tomando los buses de la ruta, la ventaja de esto es que no hay ruido asi que se puede dormir tranquila! En general se siente una tranquilidad como si estuvieras en casa :D (encima es super barato)

Excellent hospitality and beautiful location

Very highly recommend this accommodation about 3.3 km from the main bus/minibus area and park in the centre of Boquete. The location of the property is lovely, with views all around. Transport between the city centre and the hostel is only 0.75 USD: it is a lovely walk downhill into town, though I usually took transport back up the hill! Carlos and Mavel are truly excellent hosts, going out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. I arrived on the afternoon of New Year's Eve, and had a very enjoyable New Year's Eve here. The actual dwelling has two large rooms. My room had five beds; the adjacent bathroom is also used by guests that are camping. The other room - which I only glimpsed - is similar, on the other side of the corridor, but the bathroom is part of the actual room. The large kitchen area is particularly well set up for self-catering: very large fridge, plenty of kitchen space; well-equipped and two four-hob gas cooktops and ovens at opposite ends of the kitchen. Large dining area. A relaxing internal lounge space with a full entertainment system, plus quality books, DVDs, LPs etc ... A number of comfortable sofas on the large verandah with views. Excellent wifi throughout the property. Two (?) fully equipped tents, which seem particularly comfortable based on comments from other travellers. Further space for those who turn up with their own tents. Carlos provides lots of helpful advice on nearby attractions, such as walks and hot springs, as well as on other destinations.

A tranquil sanctuary.

The terrace is nestled beneath some large eucalyptus trees and gives off a beautiful scent especially in the evening. I spotted several hummingbirds feeding off plants in the garden. The hostel is located at the end of a road making it a very tranquil place to relax. There are hot showers which are great for after going on hikes on nearby trails. Amir and Mabel are very kind, helpful and knowledgable about Boquete. I’m glad I decided to stay here as opposed to one in town. I will be back to visit next time I find myself in Panama.

The hostel is a brisk 30 minutes walk from downtown Boquete which I was aware of. There is a bus that drops you off right on road outside. A taxi to the hostel cost me 4 dollars from the bus stop, I only needed to pay this once as was able to walk this distance once I knew where to go.

Exceptional

Feels like a cosy homestay, we were basically the only guests during low season for 5 nights and were made to feel extremely welcome the entire time. It's out of town but I'd argue that's a good thing (close to pianista and piedra lino trails) as boquete town can sometimes feel like forested Florida (retired Americans everywhere). Kitchen is well stocked and shower is great.

Friendly and social environment at an excellent value

Yes the view is pretty incredible and the value is excellent, but what really makes the place special is the staff. Amir takes good care of visitors and creates a friendly upbeat social environment. Just be respectful and appreciative of the house.

No complaints, it's a bit difficult to get a taxi or make the bus from the house, but that's not the hostel's responsibility. However if some taxi numbers and bus schedule info was posted on the wall that would make it even better!

We stayed in a tent and it had super comfortable matresses and snuggly blankets. The kitchen was well equipped and Wifi was perfect. Amir was a great host and the hostel had a very family vibe, we didn't want to leave. It is a 40-ish minute walk to town or when we were feeling lazy a taxi cost us 4 USD. There is also a well stocked Mini Super about a 15-minute walk away if you need groceries

The best place to stay in Boquete :)

The place is a little further away from the center, but I personally think that's only a good thing. The place is peaceful and the staff is really nice. You can get there by taxi or local bus. There is also a shop nearby where you can buy everything you need for one night. The kitchen is really well equipped. I warmly recommend the place.

perfect stay in Boquete! best camping ever

we slept in a tent, price quality was beyond amazing! The matrasses and blankets will make sure this will be your most comfortable camping ever!! you can use all facilities from the hostel which also include cosy sofas, warm showers and a nice kitchen. staff was very helpful. we loved our 3 nights and we could stay in accommodations like this 1 year straight!

Beautiful location, amazing staff, fast internet, warming people, and an otherworldly landscape, I stayed there for 2 weeks and every day was a unique experience, I met awesome people and I enjoyed being around the amazing nature and garden the hostel has to offer.

Superb

I had a wonderful time here at the Hostel. Amir really puts in a lot of effort to make sure everybody is having a good time and feels well. He even took his time to show us some really nice and unique local spots, we had interesting conversations and the Hostel does feel like a big shared community apartment. I extended not just one night but a couple more. And so did many others. Highly recommended - was the best I have stayed on my trip so far :)

Great stay in bouquete. Amir the host is a very caring for all guests. His mother showed us traditional rice recepies, making it a very great stay there. The hostel is in a very quiet and scenic area with great views from the hangout area.

Superb

The location was beautiful and surrounded by nature ! Agartha Hostel is a small but cozy hostel and the owner really makes an effort to make everyone feel welcome and at home. He is always there to help and answer questions when you need or just to have a nice conversation.

I believe you pay for what you get and this isn’t a luxury hostel ! It’s friendly and welcoming but don’t expect extreme luxury or too much privacy because from the rooms you can hear some noise coming from the living areas.

Very nice and quiet location, close to the hiking trails. From the moment I arrived there it felt like ‘a home away from home’. Amir and his mother really go the extra mile for their guests and do everything they can to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The beds were comfortable and the warm showers very welcome after a long day of hiking. Furthermore, the atmosphere was very relaxed, we eat together, watched movies and listened to some great records :) Would definitely stay here again!

The tents are really surprisingly comfortable, in particular if you are alone. Great staff and comon area. The staff is often there and interacts with guests. More a friends place than a hostel. When they had no beds available they helped us out at a different place.

Only two bathrooms for everyone. I gave the owner my valuables to keep while I was hiking but when I came back they were just laying on the table (nothing was missing). There could be a sign at the door

Kitchen was a but chaotic at times and a few basics could be added but nothing serious. Food storage maybe a bit tidier, but then that's also to do with fellow travellers.

The warm atmosphere at this hostel makes you feel like you are part of the family. Amir and his mom always go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay. The place is surrounded by nature and it’s close to some of the hikes around the area.

Great place to rest and start some hikes.

Quiet at night with very comfy mattress, beautiful views and garden in day, a spacious chill area with comfy sofas and a big screen, fast Internet, hot water, laundry service also which was economical and easy to arrange. The kitchen is a family kitchen so it has everything you need. We've stayed in the tent which had comfy bed, extra blankets although wasn't cold at night and beautiful view from inside the tent to just relax with a book. Hikes near by and the centre is a good walk away but not too bad with big shop for 7 min walk in a safe area to walk late at night if you like. The host was over the top, we've extended our stay and spend the Xmas here and they've invited all of us that were staying at at lush dinner which felt cosy and familiar... Thank you Amir and his mother Mavel you've welcomed us like friends and we'll always remember you candidly. Bogdan and Yasemin from Romania and Turkey.

Amir, the host, is truly such a nice person with a big heart. He actually really care about the guests, how is their expirience, how they feel etc. He would do anything he can to help with whatever is needed. The hostel has a nice view, and its in a quite area

The best !

I love coming to Amir's place as he and his mum make people feel like at home. They get out of their way to accomodate their guests. It feels like being at a friend's house. It is my second stay at Agartha and I will come back ! Each time i met very friendly and interesting people, international crowd. We had a bbq, shared beers and had good conversions all together with Amir. The matresses in the tents are sooo confortable ! The blankets warm and soft ! First time I like sleeping in a tent 😅The best service, best people, for an incredible price !

Amazing experience!

I stayed at Agartha Hostel for about 2 weeks. The vibe is a mix between a home stay and a hostel. Much less "corporate" of a vibe. Amir and his mother are too much. They really go the extra mile with hospitality. I can safely say that they are my friends. The sense of community in the place is wonderful. The showers are great, the location is out of town, but it is walking distance of 2 nice hikes. There's a much better sense of peace and quiet from the relitave hustle and bustle of the town center. And it's a great place to make friends.
