Great location and easy to find. I would recommend summer time visits. Located in a very quiet area.
Self catering. Bring your own towels and toiletries

The caravan was absolutely spotless! The pitch is nice and private and the site itself is quiet. Plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen for family cooking and lots of storage throughout.
The site is well located for lots of places - Burnham-on-Sea is a few minutes away, as is Brean, and Weston-Super-Mare is about 20 minutes. Access to the park is also nice and easy and the van is easy to find.
The beds were really comfortable, even the sofa bed was comfier than we were expecting (based on past experiences elsewhere!

The caravan itself was great for our needs (we are a family of 5). We were visiting the area to spend time with family who live near by.
We had fantastic weather and so actually spent very little time at the property itself.
It is in a quiet corner spot at the top end of the site.
Collecting the keys from the safe box was smooth and easy for quick check in.
The inside was cleaned to a good standard.
We took our own teatowels and washing up liquid as it is advertised as a self catering unit however were pleasantly surprised to see both were provided.
The fold away table was great for breakfast time.
We did not cook in the caravan as we spent such little time there so cannot comment too widely on the kitchen set up.
The shower was nice and powerful with no leaking through the glass screen. And contrary to previous reviews we had read, there was hot water on tap.
We took our own bedding in its entirety (duvets with covers, own pillows in cases and fitted sheets) so cannot comment on the quality of duvets or pillows that belong to the caravan.
There is a charge if you leave rubbish in the caravan on departure but this is not an issue as the grundon bins are located just 5m from the caravan. We only located one swing bin bag (already in bin) so make sure you take more with you for a longer stay.
It would have been handy to have a vacuum or a handheld vacuum in the property to allow a more thorough tidy by guests on departure, however, there is a mob, broom and dustpan provided for use.As expected in a self catered unit: don't forget to take your own toilet rolls!
We did not use the facilities on site (there is a bar/restaurant called The Boathouse) so I cannot make any comment in relation to these.
There were some ducks wandering around outside our caravan which were a highlight for the kids!
Good location for a 5 mins walk to the beachfront/town.
The outside of the caravan needs some tlc.
In the plot there were lots of cobwebs and bird poo everywhere (which are specific to this caravan and not anywhere else on the holiday park). The garden area was unattended and overgrown except a tiny strip that had recently seen a mower but with grass cuttings left. This lets the caravan down a bit.
As a family of 5, 1 person slept in the living area. We could not locate any curtains or blinds aside from the light voile netting in the windows which meant this room remained very light throughout the night (from external light coming in). This wasn't ideal. However it wasn't issue enough for us to contact the owner to query. We were so tired after a busy day that we probably could have slept anywhere!
The radiator in the bathroom was quite rusty (so is unsightly) but still worked without problem.
We stayed on an exceptionally hot weekend and with the amount of glass, the caravan was VERY warm when we got back from a day out, and was difficult to cool even with every window open wide. Might be handy to have a couple of plug in fans for this. Although I accept that this weather is very unusual for England!!
Note to property owner: the knob on the far right of the oven was broken when we arrived but as we didn't cook this didn't affect us and I think it was probably for one of the hob rings so plenty of others to use anyway. It appeared to still be usable just loose. Just want to make you aware, if you're not already.

The caravan was was lovely and in a lovely area but there was no hot water for a shower that was the only downfall

Caravan was local to facilities and local to town centre
Small site so entertainment and GameZone wasn't much but ok for a short stay, shame the pool was not available too

Nice caravan overall in a quiet corner of the park. Within walking distance of the beach, swimming pool and a children's play area.
Although basically clean, the Venetian blinds were really dusty, there were lots of nub ends outside by the patio and the TV remote didn't work. All reported back to them but clearly no-one had checked it before letting it out.

right by the lake and in a nice quiet spot
I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like
