About this house rental

This spacious, recently built home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 separate living spaces and ample outdoor entertaining with a huge backyard and putting green. This luxurious home is perfect for all types of stays from a romantic weekend, to multiple families and large groups of friends - sleeping up to 17 guest (up to 15 adults).

The beach, Rosebud Pier and cafes are just a few minutes drive, or a pleasant walk away. The home is also central to wineries, golf courses and the hot springs.

This modern home is fully equipped with entertainment and relaxation options for all ages.

On the lower level you’ll find the main lounge, entertainment and dining areas, a gas log fireplace, dining for 8 and an open plan kitchen.

Enjoy three separate living rooms, two with smart TVs and one that can be closed with a sliding door.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a semi commercial oven, butler’s pantry, large fridge, a full suite of kitchen appliances - including an Aldi Pod Coffee Machine and breakfast bar with 4 bar stools.

Indoor dining for 8 opens onto a covered alfresco entertaining area, with a BBQ, dining for 8 and outdoor lounge area. The large deck steps look out to the putting green (clubs and balls provided), huge grass area and firepit with seating. A selection of outdoor lawn games including Jenga, Finska, Cornhole and Ring Toss are available to keep guests entertained.

Walk upstairs to another comfortable lounge room with smart TV, the main bathroom (with separate toilet) and 5 bedrooms with built in robes. The spacious master includes a beautifully presented ensuite.

For more entertainment options step through to the double garage and have a game of table tennis, or darts.

Adrian is an excellent host, quick to respond, honest and accommodating. The place was huge for a group of 11 adults and 1 two year old. It was so well equipped for kids—toys, dinnerware, furniture, general safety of the home. We had everything we needed to entertain and have a great weekend away.

The house was impeccable and everything you need is there. It is very spacious for a group of 17 people and the kids have plenty of space to run around. Adrian and Carly is very responsive and very accommodating. This will definitely be our go to place for a holiday from now on.

We (a group of 8 mature aged gents) were visiting the Peninsular for a golf weekend away. Beach House 39 is a wonderful property providing all the amenities required for an enjoyable stay. The house is extremely spacious with loads of comfortable furniture. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, crockery and glassware to ensure your cooking and dining needs are catered for. We also utilised the outdoor BBQ area along with the putting green that provided us with plenty of fun. Adrian was very responsive in all communications and facilitated our request for an early check-in. Highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property! Our kids especially enjoyed the lawn game options. The layout of the house gave all of us options of where we could be. We also really liked the bath in the master ensuite! The location was fabulous and also in a quiet neighbourhood. We hope to come back and stay at Beach House 39 again! We also valued the use of natural products for cleaning, washing and hygiene.

We had this trip organized for awhile now, our accommodation fell through and glad that it did, as soon as we arrived it felt like a home away from home, very hospitable and comfortable indeed! Plenty of space with majority of the rooms used including the outdoor bbq and deck. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the house, where do I start entertaining area outside on the deck was great, mini golf course and fire pit was a hit with the kids! You seriously didn’t have to think of anything it was there. From Wi-Fi to streaming apps and even a cocktail shaker came in handy when making margaritas lol! Rooms were nice beds were comfortable. Great location not far of a walk to the shops. Would definitely stay at the house again. Lastly the hosts Adrian and Carly were awesome. Whenever I had a question they replied so quickly and very friendly

I would like to say that the boys had a wonderful golfing weekend away. The property is spacious and well presented with all the mod-cons. The owners were very helpful from the booking process through to check-out. The property is well located; with the shops a short walk away and Golf Courses less than 10 minutes away. I would recommend this property for 3 group of families and larger groups.

This was the perfect place for me and my friends to stay whilst we played some great golf courses. The house was fitted out with everything we needed including plenty of comfy bedding , multiple living areas and big tvs.The rear yard was fantastic with a putting green and bbq the highlights. We will definitely stay again !!
