About this house rental
Come and recharge in this magnificent restored 18th century mill. This building is a true haven of peace with its feet in the water, from the garden you have direct access to the foreshore! An ideal place to spend an unforgettable family or friends holiday.
Before entering this exceptional waterfront house, with direct access to the beach, you will be charmed by the lovely south-facing, sheltered terrace.
On the ground floor, you will discover a beautiful living room with an equipped open kitchen opening onto a spacious living room, with a working fireplace available. All the ground floor rooms have a unique view of the Portsall bay that changes with the tides. A TV is present, but you will probably prefer to enjoy the view!
On the 1st floor, there are 2 beautiful bedrooms for adults, each equipped with a quality double bed of 160x200. On this floor there is also a large shower room, a separate toilet and an office, ideal for teleworking in this peaceful environment. Wifi internet connection is available throughout the house.
The 2nd floor consists of 2 double bedrooms (each equipped with 2 80x190 beds, joinable into a 160 bed). You will also find 2 adjoining bedrooms with a single bed (80x190) each, as well as a small shower room. This attic floor, accessible by 2 staircases, is ideal for children, but one of the 2 double bedrooms has a breathtaking view of the sea and can very well suit adults!
This house is also equipped with a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as an outbuilding for storing bicycles, paddles, kayaks, windsurfing boards,...
A mooring buoy is also available in the Portsall bay if you want to come with your boat. However, the draft is low, the mooring is rather suitable for a semi-rigid. A partnership with the Crapaud shipyard in Lanildut allows you to rent a boat and the shipyard can even take care of towing it to the mooring.
The GR34 hiking trail (coastal path) runs next to the house. By taking it, you will quickly reach the small port of Portsall which has many shops (Portsall fishery, Proxi, bakery, restaurants...). For water sports enthusiasts, the Portsall sailing club is in the immediate vicinity. The surroundings also offer magnificent spots for windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, wing, paddle... If you prefer beaches, beautiful white sand beaches are quickly accessible. One of these beaches is directly accessible on foot from the garden.
The little extras you won\'t find elsewhere? Bed and bath linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, bath towels, tea towels), a 100% local welcome basket, a digital welcome booklet explaining the functioning of the house and advising you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!
In less than 30 minutes, you can discover the most touristy places in the Pays d\'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest fine arts museum....
For children, you will also find nearby: the récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are located nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.

Super WE dans ce petit coin de paradis breton. Séjour en famille où tout le monde a pu se ressourcer. La maison est très bien restaurée et l'on s'y sent vite très à l'aise.
