Meadow House is centrally located in the Bitterroot Valley just minutes from downtown Hamilton. We are a max of 2 pet(s) friendly home, fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath home including garage access. There is a little community park just minutes away for your kids to enjoy and a quaint backyard (fully fenced) for your pet as well as a covered patio and BBQ. This was our second stay. I purposely looked for a time when it would be available, then planned around that. The hosts are easy to work with. It happened to work out that we could check in a little sooner than normal check in. We love the area, and the neighborhood is very nice. The home is very well designed and comfortable. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Fully stocked and above and beyond what other owners do as far as cleanliness, kitchen stocked (helllo keurig pods!). They didn’t have to have shampoo and coffee and all the things, but they did anyway! Host was quick to respond. Easy check in. Great neighborhood. We’ll be back!

My wife and I along with our dog Pete enjoyed our stay very much! We’ll probably stay here again when we come to the area to see our grandkids. We were joined by a couple of other family members and had plenty of space. The fenced backyard was great for us to hang out with Pete. I highly recommend this property!

Absolutely perfect! 3- 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Room for everyone to feel comfortable. New appliances. Wanted to book again soon, but it is popular and booked up most of June.

We had a wonderful stay in Hamilton. The home was clean, comfortable, and charming. It is centrally located and only minutes away from great places to eat and wonderful walking locations. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to others. The host Valerie was available and helpful. when needed. Hamilton is a charming place to visit and relax.

We chose this house bc it was near the relatives we were visiting and allowed dogs. Throughout the process, Valerie kept us well informed and answered any questions we had. The house far exceeded expectations and is better in person than in photos. Recommendations for owner: a garage door opener would be awesome, softer pillows, and sturdier nightstand in guest room (from 85+ year old mother who has a lot of pills and creams to put on her nightstand).

Adorable house! Very clean and comfortable! All the amenities you would need, and close to town. We were able to park our cars in the garage as well, which was nice so we didn't have to pack and unpack day trip equipment! We would definitely stay here again!! Great hosts!!

We came to town for my sons high school graduation and were not disappointed by this location. They had everything you could need, great location and the house was so clean and plenty of space. It felt like we were at home and we hope to book it again for future visits.

Great location, meticulously maintained, and well stocked rental. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. We have stayed in other rentals in Hamilton and this is definitely our favorite! Hosts were very responsive and thought of every detail.

A wonderful home to celebrate our family's winter get together. The location was easy to access yet quiet and comfortable. The home was well equipped for families (including small children and furry friends). The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay here again.

This is one of the cleanest VRBO’s we have stayed at. Valerie was highly responsive from the very beginning of the booking process. We were traveling with our 4 week old for the first time so it was certainly an experience. They have a pack n’ play which we did not use, but knew was available while we were there. It’s in a great, quiet neighborhood. Valerie went over on the first morning to shovel snow from the driveway which was very nice. Everything in the house is clean and pretty much brand new. Beds are comfortable. While we were frustrated about what happened while we were there, Valerie and Mark made it right. My in-laws arrived on 1/17 and found the house to be about 55°F inside. The house is equipped with a Nest thermostat, which can definitely be tricky. They thought it was user error and dealt with the cold through the night. When I got there on 1/18, it was obvious there was an issue with the furnace still blowing cold air. Mark immediately sent over an HVAC guy who fixed it within about an hour from me speaking with Mark. House warmed up no issues. Unfortunately, the heater broke again Thursday early morning. We ultimately made our own decision to leave (we planned to leave Thursday anyways, so we left hours earlier than planned), but I notified Mark of the issue again and he was immediately working on getting the HVAC guy back out there even though it was 3:30am. He was on it immediately. Stuff happens. Household appliances always go out at the worst of times, and it was no fault of the property owners. They made it right with us and apologized many, many times. They are nice people who go above and beyond, even in the midst of frustrating costly HVAC issues. We will definitely be back knowing that Mark and Valerie were working to permanently fix the issue.

All was great, EXCEPT the house and bedding had a strong perfume smell. The smell was so strong that on the first night I started having an allergic reaction with coughing and itching. I got up about 1 a.m. and started washing all the bedding on my bed. I slept on the couch with blankets I brought from home. I washed all the bedding twice w/o soap and still had trouble the next night. I even slept with the window open. My daughters arrived the next day, both commented on the strong perfume smell when they walked in the door. That night my daughter Laura ended up having an allergic reaction also and slept in a sleeping bag she brought with her. Laura and my other daughter Rosie left Saturday morning because the smell in the house was causing an asthma attack for Laura. I was going to stay although they had to leave, I wanted to have a few quiet days. As I was sitting on the couch itching and coughing, I decided had had enough of this! I packed up and returned home. When I got home, I notified Valerie about what happened and why I left. She said she only uses tide pods on laundry and could not understand our problem. I asked her to go to the house and smell the bedding. The smell was more than tide pods! She did go a day or so later and said she could not smell anything. There was a problem with the perfumy smell, my, and daughters' reaction prove that! I think rentals should be more aware of this. I am sure we are not the only ones who have this kind of problem with washing and cleaning products. I do not think I should have to pay for the days I did not stay. I left on the 17th. and I had paid through the 22ndof of December. Please let me know what with this. Frances

This is a nice, comfortable, house in a new neighborhood of Hamilton, that was pasture when I first started vacationing in the region. There has been a lot of development, but the town retains its charm, and the beauty of the natural surroundings is undeniable.
