the bed was comfy
There are several things that were not satisfying:
1. There was a weird smell in the room, though it seemed like it was clean. The windows were dirty.
2. The AC in the room could hardly be regulated - when turned off, it was too hot, when turned on it was too cold.
3. The rooftop swimming pool is much smaller than it seems - 10m in length, 2m in width. It was late (8pm-10pm) and there was no one there. But they made my friend pay as well though she said she would just sit at the pool with a drink from the bar. Given that it was chilly and windy, and that there were no other ppl, they could have made an exception and earned our sympathy. But no.
4. We paid 7$ for a plastic cup full of ice and sangria. Never saw sangria be served as coke in Subway - there was so little of it and watered down, that it felt like a bad soda.
5. BUT, nothing compares to the breakfast - the dullest breakfast we’ve had in a hotel. Very limited food, sweet omelet, store-bought muesli, no meat or desert. I ended up eating a hard boiled egg, a bit of miso soup, a bit of muesli and paid 20$ for that. When asked why the price is not as advertised, they said because it was holiday times (Chuseok).
Overall, I wouldn’t come back. For the 110$ a night there are much better places in Busan.

Lovely property. Well fitted with great views over the harbour and back towards Busan.
Quite a way out of Busan. Not much around.
4.2
Clean facilities, comfortable, pretty new. Swimming pool. Good view.
A little far and shuttle service is only offered on the weekend. Pool has to be reserved (and costs 20,000₩ extra)
4.2
Everything good, clean, quiet with beautiful view and surround by delicious local food.
Unfortunately, it was typhoon

You have to visit the small bakery on the second floor. The owner is so great and kind and very helpful. She has the best sandwiches (sour dough) and coffee. She speaks English perfectly. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious.
Keep in mind that you have to pay extra for using the pool.

The hotel is very new with very clean and nice rooms. It is located just next to the water and offers a great view. If guests are willing to stay a bit outside of Busan centre (about 45 min with bus from Busan Station and 30 min from Nampo subway station) they will have a great stay.
At first, the card reader at the reception did not accept my credit card for payment. As I didn't have sufficient cash, this caused a bit of stress. After several trials they figured out to use another card reader, which worked. So maybe the staff should be a bit better trained how to handle non-Korean credit cards or update their payment facilities.
Als the communication in English was a bit difficult.

Quite and distant place
No one speaks English. No means of transpotation useful for a foreigner

I booked for free breakfast and was told only once there I would not be getting it.
No breakfast. Cost money to go to the pool (which it was ice cold and unusable) so I wasted my money for nothing.

Everything in the hotel was great, seaview from the 18th floor was outstanding !
The only little minus would be that the A/C was way too cold and we couldn't adapt it to a better temperature
4.2
Beautiful property in a very scenic area. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist with the questions I had. Breakfast was also outstanding and I would highly recommend it.
Everything was better than advertised, and there was not a single thing that I would change.
4.2
Breakfast, view and bar
Noise around window areas when wind was strong

beautiful hotel, comfortable beds and the staff were very helpful
a little far from the attractions in Busan

Generally the hotel looks nice and the staff is helpful and definitely tries their best. There is nothing really bad about the rooms, but can be feeling a little small. The surroundings are quiet and empty. With a few restaurants close by it is pretty perfect if you don't want to be in the middle of the crowded city.
Well.. where shall I start? I hope this was Murphy's law, but the first room we got was simply dirty. Sticky liquid all over the floor. The bathroom had a whole bunch of dirty sticky yellow stains. After notifying the reception we got a new room, but... Again sticky liquid on the floor, several dirty spots, hairs all over the bathroom and the little inside balcony had never been dusted. We were tired and asked them to at least clean it again while we went out for dinner. Lets say we came back to... A cleanER room, but that was the best that could be said about it.
So, we decided to finish our day with a swim in the rooftop pool, guess what... We had to reserve it?! It was empty.. then we were told we had to pay an insane amount of 20,000won/person for a swimming pool that is INCLUDED on Booking.com. It took a visit to the reception in my bathrobe to clear that error.
So, let's hope this was a Murphy's law moment, the hotel on itself definitely not bad. But this kind of behavior does make it a little troublesome. Especially because no English communication was possible.

I stayed on the 18th floor. The view on the harbor was so beautiful. Everything is new and clean, toilet with bidet, convenience store on the 1st floor.
4.2
Very nice hotel with lovely staff. The location is quiet and a bit far from other attractions. But close to a bus stop that can take you to most places. The hotel room and facility was very nice.
Major tourist attractions are at least 30 minutes away.
4.2
The staff were helpful and friendly. I also liked the Mischka Badgley hotel amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion).
The proximity/ location of the hotel is far from the xity center.
4.2
The staff were very helpful.
Although the place is accessible via taxi/ bus, it is far from the city center.
