Wonderful stay. The location is tremendous for sightseeing, walking the city and enjoying great meals. We arrived early in the day and staff was extremely helpful in their communication, holding our bags and arranging a taxi to the ferry port upon check out. The view from the rooftop is stunning (see photo).

This place was an easy check in. We received an email with the code to get in the front door and room. There was no issues. We never did see anyone man the desk but that wasn’t a problem for us. The location was perfect. Easy access to the metro, which we took to/from the airport. Walking distance to so many restaurants and little shops. The room was perfect. The only thing was they provided plenty towels but no washcloths. Still, I would highly recommend!

This was a lovely place in an amazing location close to the all the major attractions. Right by the city centre streets and good bars, restaurants and coffee places and 5 min to the acropolis entrance. The rooms were really well appointed and modern. They had all room amenities and a brilliant rooftop terrace.

This is a great property! It’s in a terrific neighborhood just adjacent to the Acropolis. It’s small, but very chic, charming, and modern. The staff had excellent communication before and during the day. Manager was very friendly and gave us excellent dining recommendations. The rooms were cute and had everything we need. There was even a rooftop terrace overlooking the acropolis. It was perfect and every way!

A winner. Plaka central but taxi accessible, quiet street, around the corner from my favorite coffee stand.... Super entry system by customized keypad. An elevator, in this small building-- no dragging suitcases up stairs like other similar small boutique places Room is compact but has all we (2) needed

Perfect location to the bustling suburb of Plaka, ideal location to walk to the main sites and attractions, so many dining options. New modern rooms, easy after hours access, transfer to and from airport organised through hotel. Perfect!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Her warm welcome made our day. Our room was right next to the reception desk. It was very noisy. Not any place to hang used towels. No hooks etc in bathroom. Doors were noisy.

This adorable space is tucked nicely into the Plaka neighborhood, walkable to everywhere you want to be in Athens. Customer service was amazing; they truly want to customize your experience and provide recommendations for all of the places to go and eat. We stayed in the Hera suite, which was very nice. The only problem is that it is right next to the reception desk and on the ground floor. The sound echoes pretty badly as people are walking in and chatting at night, plus in the morning when the reception desk opens. Otherwise, it was an absolutely great experience!!

This hotel was in the perfect area to visit the acropolis and in the plaka area near plenty of restaurants and shopping along with being close to a metro station. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially Mandy! I would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing experience during our visit to Athens, it was our first time to visit Greece and we had a wonderful time there there and our stay in City Zoe was fantastic. The location was excellent, close proximity to the Acropolis, restaurants and bars. Mandy, the hotel’s concierge is so helpful, and she gave us tips where to go especially restaurants nearby. She has a very good personality and she made sure everything went well. We will definitely stay in this hotel again soon. It also has a view of the Acropolis on the rooftop. There’s also a metro station just a couple of minutes away right by the Acropolis.

Mandy was a wonderful person and a great help on our stay. Rooms are cozy, intimate and clean. Area around the building is meh, but that’s nothing they can change. 10/10 would recommend if they have any of their limited rooms available, claim them immediately.

Very central to Plaka and had a side view of the acropolis from the balcony but perfect view from the roof. Room was clean and everything worked. TV stations with channels that didn’t need local language! Mandy was very helpful with information. Didn’t like: no usb ports. No facial tissue. Small space means no place to open larger suitcase. Except on the floor. Metro from airport to Acropoli station and less than 10 min walk. That station has escalators for luggage! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I would HIGHLY recommend this as a place to stay - lovely & clean rooms, very friendly staff, a short walk from literally everything! The rooftop terrace with a view of the back of the Acropolis is fantastic.

The hotel is located at the center of Athens, it is incredibly convenient. One can walk to every attractions Athens can offer. Shops and restaurants are all around you, a number of them are less than one hundred meters away! Yet our hotel room was extremely quiet. The staffs of the hotel were very nice, very polite, friendly, and very helpful! The room was very new and very clean. We certainly highly recommend this great hotel!

Location, location, location! CityZoe is right in middle of the historic area, we were able to walk to every site and we were surrounded by restaurants and shoppes. Communication was great thru the Expedia chat, they were very helpful and attentive. They have a cute rooftop which is barely used. Rooms are very modern with a nice view from the balcony. Only Netflix and prime available but who wants to watch tv when you are in the middle of Athens.

Perfect location - only 5 mins walk to the Acropolis! Room was very clean and spacious. Concierge was very helpful with recommendations. Will definitely stay there again!
