Compared to the other hotels in the area, it is quite fine. The problem is that there is a strong smell of sewage, the staff at the pool do not know the menu and their English is not very good (we ordered something from the menu twice and something else arrived). The people at the front desk were really nice and helped us as much as they can. Overall, not recommended on honeymoon.

We stayed for only 2 nights. But the overall experience was so amazing. Perfect view, a luxury feeling type of room and a very helpful and friendly staff. Free Breakfast buffet is a feast from 6am-10am. Safe and quiet environment which you can chill and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay here, we had the family suite and my kids and granddaughter really enjoyed the bunk bed. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast were really good and changes everyday, there’s always tricycle available which is so convenient. They have the kiddie pool, and 2 infinity pools one of them have the bar, so awesome. Well maintained, please keep up the excellent job! Kudos to all the staff and management

The property is one of the rare modern building in Coron. Service at the Resort is top notch. Being in an island is not easy but even indoor is very damp. Pool area always smell of sewage. Addressing this will move them to the best!

I was delayed but the rest of my party had arrived, the resort allowed them to check in at my request and were taken care of decreasing my stress of traveling. Once I arrived I was well taken care of and enjoyed the facilities and views. Breakfast was delicious and the variety amazing. I cant wait to book another stay in the future.

My husband is a paraplegic so we needed a wheelchair accessible room. There was only one accessible room on the property. It had bars in the bathroom for people that had difficulty walking or standing but was not sufficient for someone who could not walk at all. The shower was not a roll in and we had difficulty maneuvering the shower with the door. Staff tried to work with us by removing the door and making a ramp to go over the door rail of the shower. They were really trying their best to accomodate us. There needs to be ways for someone in a wheelchair to navigate the stairways to the facilities like the spa and pools. Once again, staff was great in assisting him by carrying him and his wheelchair up and down the stairs. Aside from that, our stay was great and services were awesome.

Great customer service from every staff in Zuri Resort. Clean and Good condition rooms. Cons: Non-Potable water. Ocean water shower and faucet. Salt water not good for the body i.e. skin and hair.

Don't stay here if you want a quiet holiday, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything and i mean everything your neighbors are doing! Doors slammimg the bed shakes, people in the halls talking echo so loud it was like they were in your room. They have music playing under your window from the pool area that you can't get away from and thats just to name a few things. Food isn't very nice and its over priced along with the drinks compared to anywhere else in Coron. Our shower was blocked and overflowing asked twice for it to be fixed, never happened, moved room, shower worked fine. Towels were old and falling apart and nearly see through, lamps broken, i could go on. On a positive note most of the staff were helpful and friendly and it looks good from the outside.

Overall our stay was outstanding. Very comfortable, excellent staff friendly and accommodating, very good breakfast. The only negative was for some reason there was a lot of moisture in the room. Our clothes were always damp and we could see a thick layer of moisture on the floor. That maybe because we were right next to the pool and Busuanga is surrounded by water. However we would stay there again.

Food was excellent. Staff was even better. View was very nice. Only criticism is the Wi-Fi. In and out frequently. Be sure to request a 72 hour voucher for the Wi-Fi. Without a voucher the Wi-Fi is horrendous. I know it’s poor Wi-Fi on the island. Zuri gets Wi-Fi from Singapore, which is a necessary evil in Coron I’m afraid.

Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast options There is room for improvement in AC system in rooms (very noisy and without de humidifier) and restaurant, being a bit outside Coron city you'll likely eat there for dinner and the kitchen is not top choice in my opinion. Liked the breakfast buffet options, room condition and decor, bell staff, cattleya spa. The view was great if you ignored the 50 metre stretch of reclaimed land between the hotel and water. The pool looks good but is always crowded with little area to relax in shade. Did not like the Wi-Fi signal. Maxed out at 4mbps download. I had a lot of GoPro footage to upload and had to wait until we were back in Manila. Very disappointing for a new hotel in this price range. Also did not like the lack of espresso coffee for breakfast. They could be purchased for php210 when the machine was working. Otherwise, revolting brewed coffee. Once again, if you want to market your hotel as premium you need to fix this. Overall it was ok but we would stay somewhere else if we returned. We like real coffee and FaceTime

Zuri is the biggest building in Coron according to the locals. Serving amazing and beautiful views of the bay. Their pools are temperature controlled therefore never too cold but still refreshing. The staff are polite and friendly, they are also very helpful. A wide variety of food for breakfast and a games room is available. Their spa services were worth the price we paid for. We booked a tour through reception and the company they partner with have the best tour as they guarantee comfort, safety and top tier service. I would reccommend Zuri in all aspects, and would love to return on my next trip to Coron.

Honestly not the best experience here. During our stay, one of the pools was unusable due to a sewer smell nearby. The second pool became unusable because it turned a toxic green color. The rooms are large but also smell unclean, particularly the bathroom. The WiFi is slow and disconnects every hour or so and we had a few power outages. The food is not great. The buffet breakfast is ok, but a lot of the items taste stale. You’re better off going into town and eating somewhere else. Service is slow and only some of the employees are polite.

The hotel is really nice and has great amenities. I think it is one of the best you can get in Coron. The only caveat would be the food offering. While the breakfast is good, the rest of the menu is not as good and might be a little bit pricey versus its quality. Overall, would recommend this place and would come back.

We loved the Zuri Resort Hotel very much. The hotel are very cleaned, the service staff are very nice. Their breakfast buffet are delicious, their are so much variety of food to choose and all are delicious. I like their swimming pool and entertainment. It’s wonderful experienced.

The hotel restaurant was mediocre. We ordered spicy spare ribs and there was no meat; it was all bones. There are better options in the town. Breakfast was just okay. The bar at poolside was great, l rooms were nice.

Zuri is perfect getaway. Rooms were clean, beds comfy. Great view from the lobby and our room. Staff is excellent. They made sure my disabled father was well taken care of. Would highly recommend this hotel and I hope to return again. BTW, if you book a tour, ask for Johnel as your tour guide. Best guy ever! Not to mention he takes great photos.

This was a great property thats just outside the main town. If you need to get into town, there are tricycles lined up waiting just outside the hotel. I really enjoyed staying here. The Welcome bag of local treats was fantastic. It had some of my favorites that I wanted to eat while I was in the country. The service was great and I liked my premium room. My only complaint is that on my last day, the main pool was green. I didnt get in that night.

Surely one of the nicest, perhaps the best place to stay for your activities in the island. Cant say flawless but given the other places i have seen around the town, it could definetly be the most suitable option for a pleasant stay. Easy to get to town for dining options. Smooth aiport transfers, ok breakfast, spacious rooms, friendly and attending staff!
