Clean classy hotel, restaurant, and bar on a beautiful stretch of beach. Great staff. Comfortable bed. Excellent stay.

The hotel is well located right opposite the beach. It is newly renovated, very nicely decorated, very comfortable with spacious rooms and bathrooms, and had a beautiful outlook. It did not feel overcrowded despite (I think) being fully occupied. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts had a good spread of different foods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- thank you!

The beach is right across the street and it is a beautiful, clean, sandy beach with a promenade.
The hotel pool is great, usually enough loungers and parasols. The restaurant and bar food were very tasty and well presented. Reception staff wonderfully friendly, smiley and helpful. English is good. The hotel is very clean. Our room had a balcony with comfy chairs and a little table, and the room itself has a comfy chair and a sofa, also a little fridge and a coffee machine (we managed to make tea with the water and it didn't taste like coffee).
We found a nice walk at the end of the beach among trees which was nice and cool.
Restaurants on the beach front were more miss than hit in terms of quality and service and most restaurants don't open til 8:30 PM, but we took a taxi to Vigo £12 and had a beautiful meal at El Poblo Bar- specialises in seafood (as does everywhere around there) but we had veal which was gorgeous. They don't take bookings but many people queued up for it-- always a good sign.

A fabulously luxurious and relaxing break while walking the Camino.
Breakfast was really good.

I love this hotel, the staff is great and we found treats and beds for our dogs in the room upon arrival which was adorable. I lost my credit card somewhere during the trip and they were accommodating, which I appreciated it. I didn’t like the breakfast at all. There are not enough options for vegetarians like me, simple things like mushrooms or potatoes were nowhere to found. The churros were always cold. I asked for warm churros and they couldn’t accommodate me. Which is unacceptable when you are paying €400 per night. The staff at the breakfast buffet also gives you attitude for some reason. And what I really did not like was at the check out no one helped us with our luggage, because even thought check out is at 12pm the person who help with the bags start his turn at 1pm.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Attica 21 in Vigo in order to rest from walking the Camino. The comforts of this hotel were exactly what we needed to heal from the strain walking the Camino does to the body. From the moment we arrived and we were greeted by Gonzalo at the front door we felt welcomed and at ease. We realized just a day or two here would not be enough. Shortly after arrival we added an additional three nights to our stay.
The room overlooked Samil Beach and with the patio door open you could hear the waves crashing on the shore. The negative ions from the ocean definitely helped in our recuperation.
The spa offered a wonderful hydrotherapy that was such a fun experience for my husband and me. From the 4 different specialty showers, a sauna, steam room, jacuzzis, and a pool that had more gizmos and gadgets, you couldn’t help but leave relaxed.
The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job of refreshing our room every morning. The room service was quick and presented beautifully. Drinks from the bar were boozy and just what I needed to relax by the pool.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Vigo area! Thank you to everyone at the Hotel Attica 21 for helping us heal from our Camino.

Some points that I didn’t like ou agreed:
-Paid Parking lot
-Too noise inside the room
-Not so many queen beds…

Amazing stay. This was the second time for us and we will definitely be back. The staff are very professional and took great care of us. The restaurant serves amazing food and the spa despite being on the small-side has everything you need to relax. Massages are highly recommended. PS: please, bring back the mini-burgers :D

I stayed for 3 nights on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised at the first class standard of the property itself and the friendliness of the staff. My room was amazing with a glorious balcony overlooking the sea, well worth paying that bit extra for! The pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds with waiters/waitresses non stop going round checking and attending on peoples needs. The breakfast was AMAZING, there was so much choice it was incredible and the freshly squeezed orange juice was unreal. The onsite restaurant was again beyond expectation's with views and service. The friendliness of all the staff really makes this hotel, they are so attentive and polite and really make you feel welcome. I will definitely return one day and highly recommend for a business trip/family stay or even a couples treat. Keep up the good work!!
