Spacious and Prestigious penthouse with terrace 180 degree view of Porto Santo Stefano.

The penthouse consists of 3 double Suites each with private bathroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, in total 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen equipped with every comfort and a magnificent living room with a breathtaking view.

In each Suites, room, living room and kitchen there are air conditioners

On request possibility of private chef.
On request aperitif on the terrace.

The Double Suites are composed as follows:

1 Double Suites with direct access to a main terrace consisting of a double bed, a smart TV, a desk, a large full bathroom with shower stall and window.

The living room, which is the heart of the apartment is a real gem, very bright and elegant. There you will find a large table, chairs, a fantastic horseshoe-shaped sofa.

Thanks to a Smart TV you can spend an evening of entertainment.

The living room provides direct access to the terrace where, thanks to an outdoor lounging area, you can have breakfast or relax on deck chairs smelling the sea and admiring the fantastic view of Porto Santo Stefano and its fantastic sea where you can also admire a glimpse of Orbetello with its two tombolos and its fantastic lagoon.

1 Independent and windowed kitchen complete with every comfort to prepare your favorite dishes.

In addition to the Welcome Kit, you will find towels of various sizes, sheets, pillows, a small bottle of water for each guest, a fruit basket and a bottle of sparkling wine.

This place, called The View ought not be rented out to anybody ever again. There were so many little things not appropriate for a paid rental. The actual view was beyond stunning overlooking the bay area. Absolutely gorgeous and we spent much of the time outside on the patio. As for the challenges, the listing was incorrectly labeled on numerous items. Property advertised as 10 rooms, but only had five rooms!!! I believe there must have been a challenge with the translation. Five rooms, sleeps ten, but they advertised it as ten rooms. The water pressure was so low that taking a shower was nearly not possible. Water was literally just trickling out of the faucets. Much of the time, the water came out of the faucets as brown. We sent a picture of this to the property manager and neither of the two even responded. There was no coffee machine in the place. Imagine being in Italy and no coffee machine ! The manager said there is an Italian coffee machine, which ended up being a hot water heater to which you add instant coffee. It was bad! There was one garbage bag available for trash, so we felt bad but could not remove our trash properly. Upon arrival, we were told to go find paid parking somewhere else but not near the property for our rental van. This would have been nice to know ahead of time that there wasn't parking available. The place was advertised with a hot tub, but no hot tub was in sight. Total deception!! Do NOT rent this place.
