Old and run down with poor service and not worth the cost. It was noisy and poor value.

Location was okay, but noisy and not as advertised.

The room did not even have clothes hangars or a clothing bar to hang things on. It was difficult to get towels - the hotel did not seen to have enough. The stay was just barely adequate and I would not tell anyone to stay at this dive.

It was okay. I liked my second room. The pool and lobby were very nice.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to accommodate me when I asked for help or information. And, that they tolerated my Spanish.

The noise from the street and a nearby bar/restaurant was terrible. After 3 nights, I asked to change rooms and I was able to move to one much quieter. I could still hear street noise but it was muffled.

O hotel é simples, porém com uma ótima localização e muito confortável, com um excelente nível de limpeza. O moço da recepção (Ricardo) super educado e prestativo, ele conseguiu adiantar o meu check in o que foi incrível pra mim depois de um voo longo.

O elevador precisa de maneira urgente de uma atualização, senti falta de uma melhor qualidade de amenidades no banheiro (shampoo/condicionador) e o wi-fi falhou em algumas ocasiões durante os 2 dias que estive.

No tiene estacionamiento, es segura la zona pero es una zona muy transitada y con afluencia alta de turistas por lo que se complica que los huéspedes no podamos encontrar un lugar de estacionamiento cerca

The pool

We paid for the loft with a living room, balcony and kitchen and ended up in a cell with 2 full size beds, no balcony, only interior facing windows, a mini fridge that shocked me, a wobbly table & a bathroom. It was not as advertised. Pets were $200 pesos each with a $500 pesos deposit that they tried to keep because there was dog hair on the sheets. Meanwhile the dogs slept on their designated blanket. Felt unwelcome. They blamed booking.com.

Que casi no le hicieron servicio de limpieza a mi cuarto,la comida bueno el desayuno que esta tal cual separado solo para gente americana eso la verdad se me hace muy ridículo, debería de dar más variedad y opciones. Si la gente americana viene a México pues que se adapten a nuestra comida.

Bon choix qualité / prix

La chambre louée était vaste et propre malgré des installations pas si récente. Un déjeuner américain peut être servi moyennant des frais ( autour de 10$ canadien) Table de pool à la disposition des clients, eau et café en tout temps. Bel accueil chaleureux et beau hall d'entrée.

Un peu bruyant puisque notre chambre donnait sur une intersection assez achalandée. Pas de stationnement pour cet établissement, prévoir arriver tôt pour stationner près de l'hotel.

This hotel has a thief that cleans the rooms I lost my pure gold earrings with diamonds.

Hi I stayed this hotel. And it started off great. I asked them not to clean my room for 3 days. To save towels etc. it did not need cleaning. On the day before I checked out they cleaned my room because I was out diving early. When I returned my gold earrings given to me from my mum on my wedding day were missing. It’s partly my fault because I did not leave them locked away. I did not need them as I was diving. They were tucked away in my backpack in a pocket. So when I returned, I noticed they were missing. I searched my room for more than an hour in every pocket in every bag in every jacket pocket and then I went downstairs to make a complaint.. I went to the reception and made a complaint and the receptionist guy whose name was Diego told me he’s going to send a lady up to my room with me to complete another search and we did do another search in my room both the lady and I we still did not find the gold earrings I came back downstairs and Diego said he is going to speak to the manager and follow the procedure. I waited for more than 45 minutes and nobody came and asked me anything and the next morning it was late I went downstairs and asked Diego that is there any way I can speak to the lady who cleaned my room there refused to tell me who cleaned my room, and they refused to even get the manager to come to meet me to talk to me about it. I had to check out the day after that, and when I came home in the evening, I brought a friend who speak Spanish, and we spoke to Diego again, but they did nothing , all the receptionist said to me was it’s a shame too bad there is nothing we can do. It was really obvious that my gold earrings were stolen so I believe this hotel has a thief cleaning the rooms very disappointed with this. I have travelled all over the world, and have never had anything stolen .

God beliggenhed og værdi for pengene.

Beliggenheden var god, faciliteterne og fællesarealerne var gode. Imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Fin værdi for pengene. Tæt på offentlig transport.

Wifi-signalet var ikke godt på 3. sal, man hører en del fra gaden, gangen og naboværelserne. Køkkenfaciliteterne manglede tallerkener og bestik.

Not staying there again,,, run away!

Location was good, nice restarants close by

Check in,, the girls working there,, three people,, we asked for three towels, we were told no,, no facecloths, we asked for extra pillow,, were were told no,, when checking in the girl asked for vaccination card for dog,, language barrier and I did not understand her,, she loudly said JESUS CHRIST,,, and had to ask her coworker to help explain what we were asking for.. after asking for pillows and towels, she said again Jesus Christ,,, very uncomfortable check in,, we thought we had a kitchen my mistake as the pictures are not what the room looks like,,, very rude to us as we thought we had a kitchen. We had food with us,, so I asked if I could get some utensils was told NO…. Very rude… asked if any Restarant in area, was told you have to go downtown,,, only to find the next day, all types of great restaurants in the area.

La limpieza dejó mucho qué desear: había tierrita en el piso de la recámara y del baño, en las camas había cabellos y también como polvo en las sábanas. El lugar está extremadamente viejo y le falta demasiado mantenimiento. Las toallas súper delgadas y despintadas

Realmente solo me gusto que sea un hotel pet friendly

El hotel está en muy malas condiciones, no cambian sabanas ni toallas y hay que estarlas pidiendo en la recepción y nunca tienen, las habitaciones parecen compartirlas con las demás habitaciones ya que entre cada habitación solo las separa una puerta no hay privacidad, las cortinas no cierran bien, su internet es decadente, en la alberca el agua es súper fría, y una de sus únicas amenidades que es su mesa de billar te cobran extra por usarla, toda la noche hay ruido, no hay nadie que ponga orden, su personal nunca resuelve nada, no volvería a hospedarme en el hotel Soy Local Puerto Vallarta

Overall pleasant stay

The breakfast was quite nice, and the pool and entrance area's vibe was pretty cool, with nice music and decorations, and lots of plants. The room was as shown in the photos. We had an issue with the toilet flush not working but the hotel staff was friendly and efficient in helping us solve it quickly. There are some good, super yummy local food places nearby!

The wifi was not always working, we could mostly only use it downstairs in the sitting area but not in the room. A bit far from the area of el Malecón, we walked most of the time but it was a long, tiring walk in the heat.

The pool is so romantic in the evening and the location of the hotel is perfect. Not far away from the beach and restaurants

I was stay solo, and because I do not want to live in the room that connected to another room by door (like family option), my room was with out windows outside. All my windows was with e view for the hall of the hotel, which was very strange because everyone could just look at me going through the hall

Ummm. Hot water…that’s it

Dirty. Towels had white paint on them. The shower did not drain properly so you get a foot bath as well. No windows to the outside. The windows I had faced the hallways and elevators so I could not open curtains unless I wanted everyone to see inside my room. The list goes on.

Los baños muy viejos, les falta remodelar, olían mucho a drenaje y en una de las habitaciones jamás salió agua caliente y tampoco la tv. La alberca estaba heladisima. Las camas estan muy duras, parece que duermes en el piso y se escucha todo el.ruido de la calle porque el cancel del balcon no cerraba.La recepcionista me hizo esperar como 3 horas a que según su sistema arrojará que si había reservado por booking

Todo estuvo mal, baños tapados, habitaciones sucia, encontramos sabanas sucias dentro del frigobar, el baño tapado, desayuno frío y austero, todo te querían cobrar, agua piscina helada, agua regaderas de habitación helada, personal del hotel poco amable, a excepción de recepcionistas, no hicieron limpieza nos dejaron las mismas sabanas sucias y toallas. En fin algo muy decepcionante
