This tastefully refurbished villa has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The accommodation is very comfortable and luxurious. The "Penthouse" bedroom with 360 porch offers even more incredible views than all the other rooms in the villa. The main porch is a lovely breezy spot to relax and have dinner, with amazing views of forests, mountains and Caribbean sea. The pool is refreshing and well kept.
Overall highly recommended!

Gorgeous and modern are the best words to describe this property! But first, ill begin with my experiencing booking. I found this property on another booking site and ended up going with booking through vrbo due to less fees. I contacted the property team and booked seamlessly. We had a couple who was staying in the cottage next door (which really looks more like a little house) who requested to stay an extra night, and they were able to accommodate their stay without issue. A few days prior to our arrival, Brendan messaged me with a chef and driver contact info - both were incredibly responsive. The chef even changed his flight from Trinidad to a day earlier to accommodate our late dinner request (and the food was great). When we arrived, the place was spotless, modern and exactly as pictured. Wifi worked excellently, towels and bedding were comfortable, and the grounds (including the pool area) were picturesque. The one "con" to staying here is that its pretty remote - its at the top of a winding hill so if you're renting a car and driving at night, you definitely need to be super careful (our driver had no issue navigating the area). Along with the remote location came 2 power outages, however when I told Brendan about them, he had already contacted the electric company and power was back within the hour (the second time it took only 20mins). There were lanterns available also which easily lit up the room just by using one. All this to say, the power outages were to be expected in this part of Tobago and despite them, my friends and I (All 10 of us) plan to rebook this property next year when we return to Tobago. Truly one of the nicest places we've ever stayed :)

The Mahogany Estate’s unique selling point is its position high on a hilltop with spectacular 360-degree views. From the first floor wrap-around balcony to the north you can see pool and gardens, forest, the town of Plymouth and the blue Caribbean; to the east, the mountains of the Main Ridge stretching far away into the haze; southwards, a tree-clad valley and finally, to the west, views of the Lowlands and, on a clear day, distant Trinidad.
Inside this lovely house there are all possible comforts and security features. The interior has been fully modernised and decorated with super-comfortable ensuite bedrooms (especially the majestic one occupying the whole of the upper floor) and a vast airy living area and kitchen downstairs. Outside there is a beautifully appointed breezy verandah and, down the grand staircase to the garden, a pool.
Throughout the building there is hi-speed Wi-Fi we can only dream of at home, a vast TV with everything available on it, washing machine and drier, and a dishwasher. Most of the above also applies to the magical little self-contained cottage in the garden which sleeps another two.
Considering its position at this more populous end of Tobago, the property surprised us with a considerable number of bird species easily photographable, and endlessly watchable. We counted thirty-three over a seven-day period, including raptors and hummingbirds.
I cannot recommend the Mahogany Estate too highly.

Breathtaking views!
House had a very modern feel, very spacious, clean, great architecture and decorative.
All amenities for a comfortable, stress free, and relaxing vacation, and the staff was easily reachable, warm, and extremely helpful.
It was one of the best villas I've ever stayed at.
