It was a great stay, very relaxing and comfortable for our family of three and a place I would highly recommend!

It was nice to have a facility all to ourselves that was quiet, comfortable and spacious. The beds were soft, but supportive. Use of the washer and dryer was a definite plus for the three of us. And the quiet was relaxing after a day of packing for moving.

Master bath needs some updating, the shower especially. And the lights over all needed to be checked for working condition. A short handyman visit would really help to tighten faucets in kitchen and baths.

Great family and dog friendly home

The house was nice and had everything for a family. When we arrived it was 100 degrees and it was so nice to arrive to a very cool home. Back yard with fire pit was a plus with area for pets and grass in front. Everything was great about this place. The only recommendation would be to make the TV in the master bedroom a smart TV. The TV did not work and if I would have know to bring a firestick or device to hook up I would have.

I loved everything about my stay. Very comfortable and clean. Perfectly stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Beautiful backyard. Nice and quiet. Close to restaurants and stores. I will definitely book again when I return to Medford.

quick stay close to a lot of stuff.

the property was a great location for us. We were visiting from out of town with family for a early Christmas gathering. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. the backyard was great area for if u have dogs ( we don’t) the house didn’t smell like dogs which was a plus. the kitchen has almost everything u could need. The backyard also has a cool area for gathering with a fire pit.

The fridge in the kitchen was absolutely dirty. The master room bathroom shower was a bit dirty. The house needs some work inside throughout the house. We thought the apartment in the back was not attached to the house but it is. shared laundry room leads to it from the inside of the house. that was a bit weird for us. The kitchen window has no curtain and the people walking by to go to the back apartment could see right in. we didn’t like that. also we thought it was a bit weird there is a camera not only watching the drive way area but the door had a ring doorbell like camera so ur being watched as u come and go. we didn’t like that at all. we have stayed at a lot of houses and never seen this before. we coulda help but feel like we were being watched. The couches also in the living room were very uncomfortable.

Excellent price for family vacay, good location, easy to work with host

Great place for family to meet for grandson’s 5th birthday. Spacious, clean, great location with restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Can lights in living room non working. Living room furniture looks good but VERY uncomfortable. Only 3 dining room chairs. Limited television, antenna channels only. At least add basic cable.
