We all enjoyed the location on the lake, complete with fire pit to enjoy the cool evenings, plenty of seating, wi-fi and smart tv's, large, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with their own bathrooms, space to spread out or get comfy together. We all agreed we'd come back.

I have zero complaints. It was better than I hoped for. There was a ton of room, everything was clean. Lovely place and I'd love to stay here again.

I should have been texted or called that the refrigerator was broken , instead I was sent an email. By then I was out food and rushing to the store to buy ice for my coolers. finally I called and was told about the email and there was a second refrigerator down stairs. So had to carry everything up an down the last two day. but house is beautiful, just really inconvenienced. Rented a platoon boat and was gone the hole day and forgot about the broken refrigerator that would have ruined the trip. Was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience
The house is worth the trip would it again

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. It was in the perfect location. The back porch overlooked the lake and was where we spent a lot of our time together. We cooked in most every night. The home was very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Had everything that we needed.

Overall it was a great time, but I had an issue with a few things. There were several open bottles of condiments in the fridge and I didn't like that. The fridge should have been empty and clean, also frozen food in freezer. The oven wasn't very clean and the toaster oven was awful . Upstairs shower in master bath looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about 6 months and sliding doors were not secure at bottom. The towels were also folded damp . Not completely dry. But the place was very nice and relaxing. My friends and I had a great time.

Property is exactly as decribed-but better! Beautiful and well taken care of! No one had a chance to get bored between boating (rented), pedal-boating, fishing, kayaking and firepitting---we stayed busy every single day! The quiet you experience at this place is something that cannot really be described. Our one rainy day was spent putting provided puzzles together on the large screened in back porch. Coming from a large city-this was exactly what our souls needed for soothing. Peaceful and tranquil-we will absolutely be return guests!

The house was great, very big and on the lake. It's kept very clean and well stocked with all of the necessities. Teresa was easy to communicate with and prompt with responses prior to our arrival. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at this house with four couples enjoying a weekend getaway. Communication with the owner was wonderful and the property was as described. The only suggestion I would make is to include a larger table inside the home that can accommodate a large group for dinner. The dining table in the porch works, but when it is cold outside, a larger table indoors would have been nice. But everything was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.

Property is great! The house was perfect for 2 families to get together and play. Having the kayaks and other water toys was fantastic, even in November.
The beds were comfortable. A couple more than others, but we had no complaints. Nice towels available for use.
I'd come stay again.

We had a great weekend with friends. The property was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for both watching football and enjoying other activities. We cooked out on the grill and enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night. We went into Reynolds Plantation for the morning. Everything was as described in the VRBO board.

My husband and I took our daughters and some friends to enjoy some relaxation time and this home was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had our own quiet space upstairs while the kids were more than happy to have the lower level all to themselves. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed and more. The host provided coffee which was a huge bonus as well as basic supplies (some of which we had forgotten). They communicated effectively and efficiently and were wonderful to work with. The location on the lake and the yard with the fire pit and the dock was absolutely wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and look forward to going back soon!

We rented this house for my husbands birthday and invited friends join us for the weekend. I liked that for the most part the property was very clean and well stocked with basic things that some other properties I've stayed at would not have included. They had plenty of toilet paper (we bought extra), some paper (we brought our own), k-cups coffee as well as tea bags, creamer, Smores supplies(we bought our own) as well as some toiletries. The towels and washcloths were luxurious and plush. The house smelled clean upstairs and main level upon entry. The screened in porch was a great feature that we really enjoyed as well as the dock for fishing. The outdoor cooking area was good once my husband and cousin cleaned all of the rust off of the built in charcoal grill.
One of the two things that was a negative was that there were only 2 TVs and 1 was occupied my the husbands because of College football and the kids had the other. The other thing is that the owner does have a Ring doorbell and she texted me said one of my guest came in with a cigar in his mouth and reminded that there was no smoking on the property to which I replied not even outside on the porch, firepit, grill or dock area and assured her noone would be smoking inside. I dont smoke so no problem. She responded it was okay at the firepit. Just something to be mindful of when renting this property. All in all we all had a great time.
