Just as advertised. Very clean. Nice place to stay. Everything was there that we needed. Had a hard time finding it since it sits off the road and couldn’t see the house numbers. Be nice to have an address sign near the road, but overall nice place to stay and would recommend it.

We went to spend a weekend with family at the lake. I highly recommend this place! It was cute, nice and quiet and clean. The air also worked great! I was a bit questionable because it is July. I was pleasantly pleased.

We had a great time here and had everything we needed for our lake trip!

This house was perfect. Clean, stocked, super comfortable and well decorated. The outdoor area was great with the fire pit and deck area. Fun games outside and plenty of parking for our boat. Docks to fish at right down the road and boat ramp at state park the other direction. Highly recommend and hope to go back.

Super cute and cozy. Very clean. Highly recommend

Such a cute home, decored tasteful, and close to snake Creek Marina. Quiet, Comfortable. Great outside area with chairs, fire pit, bbq, corn hole. Lots of nature at your finger tips. Some bugs inside but nothing to major.

We had an enjoyable 2 day stay. The gas grill probably needs its burners replaced. The heat was uneven and a little difficult to grill with. Bugs and spiders are getting into the house, but that is probably expected this time of the year and where the house is located in the woods. Thank you... we enjoyed staying in your cabin.

Great property for a quick weekend getaway.

Easy to find. Host very responsive. Check in smooth. Cabin is clean and has everything you need for a getaway. We loved the outdoor space.

My husband and I took our kids. Ages 15 and 11. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The cabin included bean bag toss and horseshoes, which the kids loved. The cabin is so adorable. Modern but still feels rustic and cabin-like. We will be staying here again!

This cabin offers a cozy atmosphere with tons of stuff to do nearby. The problems we had were with the accuracy of the online listing. Online the listing had 2 sets of bunk beds in the upstairs room. When we found out that there is only one we contacted the host who then offered a refund. However it was too late to book anywhere else so we elected to take cots and just make the best of it. The cabin was not clean when we arrived. The floor had dirt and per fur on it. There were numerous beer bottle cabins littered about outside. The fire pit is in poor repair and the grill was dirty. There were also no extra trash bags for the big can in the kitchen and the outside dumpster was full upon our arrival. All of that being said, the cabin is a nice building with ample room for a party of 5-7 people if they share beds.

Came from Idaho to run the Vian Hilltop Marathon. Richard was so great and even offered a late checkout so I could come back and shower after the run. Super cute and super clean cabin. Quiet neighborhood. I wish I had more time to walk down and take a look at the lake.

The house was nice, and the area seemed to be nice. Had a little difficulty with our door code working but overall it was nice!

I had a great short stay, the cabin was very nice and clean! I enjoyed my time there, will stay again.

Everything was great, except the mattress in the master bedroom should be replaced as it rolls you to the middle. (We ended up sleeping one in the bed and one on the couch.)

Great place to stay for our fishing trip.

We loved out stay at the Cookson Cabin! It was comfortable and clean! Great location! Wonderful Host !

The stay was relaxing and comfortable. The only draw back was the tv kept buffering so much we were unable to watch it.
4.7
Nice quiet retreat. Just what we needed for a relaxing get away. Everything you could ask for just pack your bag, great proximity to State Park, Lake and excellent fishing, outdoors activities.

The cabin was beautiful iside and out. Hosts were very responsive. We had an issue with 2 of the 4 A/C units and hosts had someone out to fix them on the same day. There were a few issues with the cleanliness of inside of cabin. I sent pictures to the host, and i feel sure that the issues will be addressed with the cleaning service and rectified. Overall, i hgjly recommend.

My friends and I really enjoyed the coziness of this place! After our annual float trip this was a great place to decompress, take showers, clean all our river stuff and grill some burgers and brats! The doors were a tad difficult to open but other than that it perfect suited our needs.

This was a very cute little house. Worked perfectly for our weekend getaway

Nice place

The place was super cute and cozy for our small family. I do not recommend arriving at night because it can be difficult to find in the dark. The only 2 issues we had were an abundance of flies in the bathroom and kitchen area, and the TV streaming. It was impossible to watch a full show or movie. The cabin was very clean and loved the area. This made for a very peaceful getaway.

This cabin is so cute! Perfect for couples or a family of 4-5! We came up to see our kids at NSU. The upstairs bunk bed is not too stable for someone over 100 pounds. Might have felt more comfortable in a regular full/Queen sized bed or daybed with a trundle. The bunk bed issue wasn’t too big of a deal for us, our son just went back to campus to sleep. Overall great stay and would highly recommend! Super easy check in and check out!!

This place checked all the spots, the upstairs bunk bed and spiral staircase was our five year olds favorite parts. We checked out the Sequoyah national wildlife refuge and robbers cave was a bit over an hours drive but a beautiful drive at that.,
4.7
Great cabin for our little fall getaway!!! Very clean and cozy, yet plenty of room for the 5 of us and our dog. Absolutely perfect!!

Loved it! Plan on staying there again!!!
