A pleasant stay on a charming island

The location was very convenient, being on the edge of Sainte Marie de Ré and having a boulangerie very close by. The property was spotlessly clean and the hosts very helpful and pleasant. It was equipped with all the facilities one would want.

The only downside to this property was the bedroom, which was very small, but OK for a short stay of a few days. Also, I found the large continental style pillows very uncomfortable and had to resort to using a cushion from the sofa as a pillow.

Superb

Excellent hosts. Good location. Private, Comfortable, good quality accommodation. Ease of arrival / departure. Free pick up and drop off at airport. Close to Amenities, bus stop, local shops, bar and restaurants. Cycle track adjacent, beaches within walking distance. Areas of outstanding natural beauty near by.

Gorgeous modern gite, very clean, good hospitality

Gorgeous interior, everything was spotless.

If you want a view, this isn't the place as only a small courtyard... however you can always hire bikes and find one.

Relaxing week in a charming house

For us was a last minute call and we found a very cosy and charming place, nicely decorated in the local island style. All necessary amenities, a huge (120cm?!) TV, fully equipped kitchen, terrace with grill, garage to store the bicycles, WiFi, parking place in front of the window. We loved the shower design. A warm host, we got all the local recommendations from the island, where to go and what to see, the best beaches and markets, also daily recommendation by sms - all of good value. Location is 1 min from the main cycling paths of the island and 1 min from a local boulangerie/sandwicherie/rotisserie. The beach is 10 min walk or 3 min by bicycle. The local market is 5 min walk, there is a fish store there and other local stores, restaurants, kids playground, etc. We had a great week there, highly recommended.

Nothing really, the place and the hosts exceeded or expectations.
