Hotel is neat and clean and at the great location. Staff is amazing and breakfast is awesome. However, only thing made me disappointed is one of the staff member Erjon, asked is to pay 40€ right before our leave. Even though hotel charged is for the transfer(uber from town to hotel), we can see we were charged in our summary of uber trips but still this person made us pay him by cash. It made us girls very uncomfortable, we didn’t want any drama on our last day and we had ferry to catch so we paid. We asked for receipt or at least let hotel handle the charges and he wouldn’t let us leave. Very disappointed by him.

The property and rooms were great! The only negative experience we had was the night before our checkout. We were approached by a staff member (non management) to pay in cash for a transfer that was already charged to our room. The night before checkout, we asked for a breakdown of charges for review prior to checkout. We looked at each transfer on the list and everything had been accounted for. When the staff member demanded a cash payment at checkout, we tried our best to communicate that nothing was missing and paying 40 euro in cash would, in fact, be a double payment since we had already been charged for it in our room charges. When we requested to speak with management, the staff member said it was not possible and became increasingly more agitated towards us. Not only was this unprofessional but left a very bad impression of the hotel. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of and this was more about principle than it was about the money itself.
If you are staying here, please be mindful of room charges and make sure you are not being double charged for transfers!

Very nice hotel with attentive staff

This was definitely one of the best vacation stays I have experienced in my life. From the pick up to the airport to the drop off, all the experiences with the hotel as a facility and the staff was beyond exceptional. They welcomed us the minute we arrived, and helped us arrange for all our activities and needs in Mykonos (restaurant recommendations and bookings, renting an ATV, finding and reserving activities, tourist visit recommendations, transportation with the hotel driver). This is a small hotel so we felt that we got the full attention of the staff as if we are the only guests. The facility is modern and just exquisite in every way you can think. I really have no negative reviews whatsoever. I can already see myself coming back just to stay at the hotel. Just perfect.

Had a great time at Noima Mykonos. Hotel itself is in a quiet location, most you will hear is noise from a local beach club/bar until around midnight, very faint though. The staff are all amazing, Aphrodite and her team make every effort to ensure you have an amazing stay. The breakfast is lovely, one small point is that I would prefer if the hotel had a policy where you can only order a maximum of two dishes per person, and then if you finish this you can order more. I appreciate they want guests to feel looked after, but I saw so much food go to waste it’s just irresponsible. This is a person thing, has no reflection on the experience in summation. The room is very modern with a large shower, bluetooth speaker, heated plunge pool, large patio, sofa, sun loungers, stocked minibar, all the things you need. It would be a nice touch to include ear plugs in each room, as the walls are a little thin and we could hear our neighbours TV late at night. When we called reception they phoned and had them turn the TV down.

A very nice hotel, decorated to the smallest detail, very clean. The staff is very kind and responds to every request, the owner is always there for the customers, an extremely humble guy, the food is delicious, only a small thing was missing, to order food or snacks after 24:00.

Hardly any common areas, no common pool, my suite was right below the restaurant, I had noise all day from the restaurant and from guests below me who could not behave - when I complained, the front desk staff almost made fun of me - I have never experienced anything like this - its a shame because the property is beautiful - staff at restaurant was super nice, also the food. Rooms are well appointed and high quality.

When I say 5 star I mean it. The hotel has a very relaxed high end feeling. From the minute I stepped on the property I was greeted and treated above and beyond. The concierge was always there to help me with any questions I had. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offers an incredible selection of breakfast lunch and dinner options. Room service was impeccably done. Highly recommend getting a suite with a in room pool. The views are simply stunning.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Mykonos. The staff were super friendly and attentive especially Aphrodite and our driver, whose name I forgot. The staff overall were great but those 2 individuals stood out. My wife and I are already planning a return trip

The staff were attentive and very friendly. The lady who I think is the assistant general manager made some great suggestions for dining and the general manager was very personable! Our room was great too, very clean and we loved it. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely be back!

Amazing new hotel very close to Mykonos town, but away from all the craziness on a beautiful beach! We came without expectations and ended up staying longer we loved it so much. The private pool room was lovely and a nice complimentary upgrade from the very gracious and kind staff. They also had very nice transport to pick us up or drop us off anywhere we wanted to go anytime we wanted to go.
Overall all I can say is exceptional. Lovely all around.

From the moment you are picked up from the port/airport you realize that Noima truly is looking after giving you an exceptional experience.
Upon arriving to the property, we were blown away with the architecture. The staff were all waiting for us full of smiles and genuinely looked like they were happy to see us.
Thanks to the team, we got an upgrade, and what an upgrade that was! We had initially booked a premium suite with a private pool and ended up in an Executive Suite. Once we entered the room, we were simply blown away with the size, furniture, and the incredible attention to detail.
Step out on your private terrace/swimming pool and suddenly you've forgotten the beautiful interior. A nice sparkling bottle of wine was waiting for us (complimentary) along a small bowl of fruits!
Details inside the room were very carefully thought after. From the puffy slippers, the plush towels, the beach towels for your private pool, the incredible blow dryer to the little music speaker which is already available in your room. The showers (we had double showers) were incredible and the soaps/conditioners smelled like heaven!
As for the breakfast, the menu is preset but the choices are plenty for a few days stay. The presentation was that of a top restaurant and the taste was wonderful too! The service at the restaurant was second to none. Food was excellent and the service was also top notch.
Thanks for making our stay a memorable one. Looking forward to our next stay!
