price like for a hotel but standard of an apartment, the room was not clean, you have to constantly press the code to the door, elevator and room - which is inconvenient, there is no room cleaning, the main plus is a comfortable bed, there was a fridge, a safe, the room was quite large, nicely decorated

This is a self service hotel without any cozyness or nice vibe. Cold and unpersonal. It was a complicated check-in where you have to scan passport and send verification codes and use What's App to do things. I hated it! There is a front door without a window and then you get in to the stairs case or elevator. But you get nowhere without completing the digital check in. No personal at the hotel to ask or get help from. We got a room without any windows where you could look outside, instead there were in the cealing. The bed was way too soft and the double bed had a joint in the middle, hurting the back if you slept in the middle of the bed. Not nice for a couple. The hair dryer did not work and it smelled from burned plastic. It took 10-15 minutes of constant flushing to get hot water in the shower. It was a circulation outside the hotel where people were racing with screaming tires the first night and people shouting loud for several hours the second night. Not such a nice neigbourhood. And the breakfast were served at another address. And it was not even a good one. Terrible hotel experience! But the rooms looked clean and the bathroom as big. That was the only positive things with the hotel. I would never go back.

Awful. I was supposed to get a code sent the day before with how to check in (I didn't know this). I couldn't get in to the hotel and they don't have anyone on sight, so I had to figure it out with them over whatsapp - this took at least 45 minutes. Your code to get into the hotel, use the elevator and get into your room is the same code, which means anyone standing behind you who is even slightly paying attention, knows exactly how to get into your room. Additionally, the room has no interior lock, so if someone does get your code, your safety is at risk. Lastly, their luggage lockers werent working, and again, they only converse over whatsapp, so after 2 hours of bad directions and bad communication, and two different locker locks from their staff since the first ones didnt work, I finally got my luggage. Poor, poor experience. Would never use this hotel or affliliated hotel again. So mucch of my vacation and data went to sitting seound on a whatsapp chat.

Everything was perfect. The place is beautiful

Rooms are nice; cleaning staff is really efficient. But no onsite representatives make it frustrating. 8 day stay with no service to room. Communication with Numa was robotic and texting was a nightmare. I believe you can find much better options for the price point and better location.

Terrible digital check-in experience. numa brags about it only taking a few minutes; we spent 45 trying to get a hold of customer service, getting them to find the hotels.com reservations and give us pins for the door. Would not recommend booking -- at least not through hotels.com if you'd like to even get through the front door and out of the rain when you arrive at your hotel
Room was clean enough. No cleaning during stay.

This is a digital only hotel. If you book through Hotels.com the check in process is horrendous because you need a number from the hotel to get in and Hotels.com doesn’t give it to you. You have to call up a call centre in India to get the check in link and then fiddle around on outside the hotel trying to photograph your passport in order to get in. If you have any other issues the only way to resolve them is through engaging with a completely useless chatbot

Great location.

Place Rouppe is a nice area.

Starting with the good - the hotel was lovely and the check in process was seemless. There were complementary snacks and drinks in the room and good quality teas and coffees. Due to the lack of reception desk, you could help yourself to provisions from the laundry room if you ran out. If it hadn’t been for our bad experience, I would have given the hotel 10/10.
Our room had bed bugs and I was bitten about 50 times over 2 nights (we saw about 5 in total so not an infestation but enough). We were moved to a new room for our third and final night, and thankfully this room did not have bed bugs.
I can appreciate that getting bed bugs is outside of a hotels control as anyone could bring them in, but trying to deal with all of this through an automated WhatsApp service and email due to there not being a reception desk was painful.
I was offered a 50% discount on one night and managed to get this for the second night too, but the stay should have been refunded in full in my opinion as it ruined my holiday and has caused me days of suffering. I’ve also spent a lot on medicines and will likely have to spend more over the next week as bed bug bites are torturous. And not to mention how I am having to clean everything (inc bags, shoes etc) to ensure I’ve not brought any into my house.
It is a shame this happened as the hotel was lovely but I have to be honest about the bad experience I had. Hopefully the room will be treated and no one else will have to suffer like I am.

For an American the coffee portions are small, but makes sense for Belgium as everything is smaller. Excellent area with easy access to some beautiful historical areas.

Great stay. Location good and the bed is so comfortable.

Professionally run and seemless service even with no staff on site. Everything seems new; it is spotless.
Communication was excellent.
If I'm back in Brussels this is where I will stay.

Really nice room. The check in was a but clumsy (there is no reception and I had a couple of gliches) but I forgive them because the room was very nice and welcoming, simple but full of small personal touches and comfortable.

It was really great! Ignore the Karen's who can't use the online check-in, I thought it was really easy. Room was clean and the beds are so comfy. There's even a free minibar!

Stayed for one night, easy to find, access and communication was excellent although no staff. The only issue - no hot water in the morning due to maintenance, so would have been nice to know this in advance.

Great location, lovely hotel. Only issue was the bathroom/shower was poorly set up - the water from the shower sprayed out of the shower even with the door closed. There was no way to prevent this. The whole bathroom would be wet

The rooms are a good size. Bed very comfortable and linen clean. Bathrooms also very good size. The location is very convenient.
Check in was a little bit of a nightmare, as its all digital and no front desk at actual hotel. Fortunately their online team were responsive, and we were able to rectify the issue. But i had spent about 30 mins in the waiting area.
There was no cutlery in the room to make tea / coffee.
I also did not realise that there is no housekeeping service. So i had to make my own bed. I may have missed this detail when i booked so i was a little surprised.
The hotel has a no smoking policy, but it was very clear other guests were smoking in their rooms. So the corridors smell of cigarette smoke.

We put our luggage in the lockers after check out and when we returned we couldn't get it open. We called the number in the email for help and someone was there to help us in minutes. The location was excellent! The room was clean and very nice.

Super comfy beds, quiet. They have free laundry. Loved the remote check in process.
Walking distance to both train stations, square and tons of restaurants nearby
Get carpets that are not black- they all look like they haven’t been vacuumed in weeks.
The rest of my room- sparkling clean
3.8
Accessable and easy to walk to local attractions. Rooms look nothing like images provided. No check in desk or employees to speak with. Maintenance issues with the building 5 of the 6 days we stayed
