Newly renovated, wonderfully bright second floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and a shared garden. This apartment is in an amazing location right next to the Capitol Building and the mall, in the heart of Capitol Hill neighborhood and 8 min walk to metro! Accessible to families with babies.

Two bedrooms with queen beds and a brand new queen sized sofa bed in the living room can comfortably sleep six adults - perfect for family or friends looking to get a taste of what DC has to offer!

Full chef’s kitchen, perfect for those hoping to whip up a meal. There are a TON of fantastic restaurants in walking distance for those who prefer to experience DC’s award winning grub hubs!
Gorgeous shared patio is also available, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city resting just outside your door!
~ While we can’t guarantee parking, some guests have had luck getting temporary permits from neighboring police stations. Guests would need to bring their trip itinerary with their full name, dates of stay, and street address of the residence.
This is at the discretion of the police stations however, and cannot be guaranteed.
We also provide excellent resources and coupon codes for finding nearby garages at the cheapest rates.
We are very family friendly and are happy to offer an umbrella stroller, infant carseat, high chair and bassinet for use during your stay. Available upon request, please send us a note!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
There is a family living upstairs. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, stairs, kids playing, etc.) can be heard in both directions. You will undoubtedly hear them (and they will hear you) as they go about their everyday life.

Capitol Hill is the place to be for sight seeing!
Excellent walkability to the major sites, museums and monuments.
Excellent dining and shopping options surround the area including being a short stroll from Union Station!
Getting Around:
You are a short stroll from Union Station, which has access to DC’s hub of historic activity!
