We had a fantastic trip at a fantastic place. We also had a great view of the July 4th fireworks. Our ages were 5-77. Everyone had a great time.

Beautiful place, comfortable beds and bathrooms. Problems with room keys working all trip, hot tub only worked one day, grill took some time to get working but overall I would recommend as long as those problems are solved. We were not too worried because we stayed down at the beach majority of time.

Loved everything about it. It appeared that it was recently painted. The walls has NO scuffs or dents and looked so clean. The only things missing were towel holders in the bathrooms and there were no hairdryers. Other friends in other condos in the same tower had a hairdryer in every bathroom. Furniture was different than in the pictures so I assume the new paint/new furniture was very recent. All very nice!

The place is conveniently located right on the beach next to lots of restaurants. The condo is spacious and nice, we had a wonderful time!

Many amentities not listed were closed. Room was dirty, walls terribly scuffed and multiple wires hanging out of wall from TV. No staff at desk in building D as it was closed and C building staff leave by 6 pm. Maintenance issue with AC and confusion over who was to come fix it. Wrong phone numbers for help per the security staff at The Caribe which is the nunbwe we were given

Lamps in master did not work, other outlets throughout condo did not work, freezer and refrigerator door was stuck and we couldn’t always open, some furniture was broken (bench in middle room), no running water Sunday morning when everyone needed a shower.

We loved this unit in Orange Beach. The best was the heated lazy river, indoor pools, well stocked kitchen, and outdoor pools and beach toys and chairs that were left in the closet. Kids enjoyed the tennis courts and being walking distance to the fishing boardwalk near the inlet. The minor negatives included zero hooks to hang towels up and zero places to put soap or shampoo anywhere but the floor of showers. We also had the unfortunate timing of the hot tubs being closed during our stay do to a break out of some kind. We would have liked 3 parking passes, but the church option worked well. The appliances were somewhat temperamental, as it took the over forever to heat, but we managed without incident. Overall, we hope to return and would definitely try to return to this unit!

Going to the beach on Labor Day weekend has become a tradition for my family. This rental was above and beyond all other places we have stayed. It's hard to find somewhere that fits 11 people, but this one was perfect.

At check in we went up to the room and cleaning ladies were still cleaning. We had to wait 45 mins in the hallway with all our luggage and 2 kids under 5. Walked in and humidifiers and shop fans were in the hall and bathroom. A flood happened and to prevent mold they had these going the entire time of our stay. Boards with nails were exposed in the bathroom and pantry it was a mess. All they offered me back was $700 off my stay which wasn’t even the cost of 1 night, I fought the front desk at both places the entire time of my stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS CONDO OR FROM CARIBE - BOOK THROUGH SPECTRUM. Worst condo I’ve stayed at and we visit Turquoise Place yearly! Horrible beyond Horrible !

For the amount of money being charged for this rental, it should be in pristine condition. Decorations need to be hung on the walls and not stacked up in the master closet. Lightbulbs need to be changed and working and light switches for fans need to work. (Obviously the lightbulbs haven’t worked since July 2021 via another review.) The dining room table and benches are broken and need to be replaced as well as broken furniture on balcony and a bar stool. Under the couch looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Missing TV remote in bunk room. The property is beautiful. Very convenient to the beach. Pool gets shaded mid afternoon but lazy river stays sunny most of day. Also, there is no designated parking spot for 2401D. We had to park in the free spaces. Master bath jacuzzi tub randomly turns on, sometimes in the middle of the night. Despite the issues, we had a great family vacation and will be back, just not in this rental.

We rented this place for six of us to celebrate our 25th college reunion on a recent long weekend. There was space aplenty for everyone. OMG the views! Gorgeous! Seems to be one of the top condo properties in the area. Hot tubs and the lazy river on property are a great bonus, too. Super easy beach access as well. Reflecting other recent reviews, yes there are burnt out lightbulbs, random hooks throughout, the bathrooms lack hooks, and paint needs to be touched up in some areas where there’s been damage. Didn’t detract from our experience but FYI.

This was a great trip, and I would stay at this property again. That said, there were several wireless networks, none of which worked, the remote to the TV in the main room would not change the channels and the couch smelled like old Chinese food.

Overall this is a great property and we would want to go back. However, it does show signs of being on the rental market in the furniture was missing and/or misplaced from the listing online. Also there are pictures missing from the walls with just hooks on the wall. These things shouldn't happen when paying this much for a penthouse property. Just a lack of attention to some details. The management company for the listing was very responsive, however, where they could. This is not the same company as the onsite company so you do lose some benefits by it not being a spectrum managed property.

Great property with gulf view and bay view!! All 4 bedrooms had a water view, and the breeze on the balcony was incredible as it wrapped around this corner unit. Kitchen was well-equipped with a couple of dozen spoons, forks, knives, etc., which made for less washing of utensils with this group of 11. Master bedroom and bath were very large with a tv in the bathroom to enjoy while in the jacuzzi. We will definitely consider booking this unit again.
