Ottima struttura

Siamo stati da Maksim 7 giorni cortesia , disponibilità e gentilezza non mancano.. La camera con terrazzo e bagno pulitissimi .. Colazione abbondantissima e sempre con prodotti freschi e/o cucinati al momento.. La posizione è fronte mare, un po' distante dal centro ma ottima per raggiungere con facilità tutte le altre località della Costa Smeralda..Un particolare apprezzamento e un grazie alla Sig.ra Cinzia, cordiale, socievole e disponibile, brava...

Forse, solo la posizione dal centro.. Avevo la macchina e non ne ho risentito

Super hôtel les pieds dans l’eau

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre court séjour. Notre chambre (la 5) était très spacieuse et moderne. La salle de bain super également. Et la vue magnifique. Hôtel très calme et reposant grâce à la climatisation (heureusement !) et une excellent literie. Le jeune homme à l’accueil a été très attentionné.

Peut-être la douche un peu petite.

We warmly recommend the place!

The place exceeded all our expectations! The whole place is clean and very nicely styled. The area is peaceful, rooms are silent. Maksim's breakfast is incredibly good (the owners also listened to all our wishes - ricotta and focaccia were to die for!) with a lot of variety, and staff is very friendly and kind. The location is also the best - by the beach (much closer than the advertised 500 meters!) with clear water and white sand, and many restaurants, cafes and gelaterias nearby. We only moved by feet. Grazie mille!

Sulla colazione non posso lasciare recensione come richiesto da Booking, perchè non l'abbiamo fatta. In realtà il locale era chiuso ma il proprietario è stato gentile e, per non farci perdere la prenotazione, visto che era capodanno, è venuto a pulire la stanza e l'ha resa disponibile. E' stato molto gentile. La camera era pulita, confortevole, silenziosa (anche perchè eravamo gli unici in tutto lo stabile), con una vista pazzesca.

Spacious, nice and newly renovated rooms, just as depicted in the photos. 20 meters to the absolutely lovely beach.

The entrance to the complex is lined up with litter boxes. Must be fixed immediately.

+ The size of the room surprised us, it was really big + Newly renovated, super fresh + Great breakfast + Kind owner + Close to a good beach

- Did not have a pool at the time - A bit of a walk to centre Golfo Aranci (10-15 minutes) - No parking, but very easy to find free parking across the street in peak season

There are bars, beaches and supermarkets close by. The room view is great.

The room is really poor furnished, is way too expensive for what it offers.

Excellent place to stay, every good value and spotlessly clean and extremely close to the beach.

The room was a great size and was spotlessly clean. We had a brilliant view of the beach. We used the cafe for our breakfast every morning which was really lovely and very reasonable. Maksim and his brother were more than helpful and extremely friendly - they really made our stay. They also let us stay in the room all day as our flight was a very late one, they didn't charge us, which we really appreciated.

We didn't like the fact that there is a pool advertised (which you can see outside our balcony) but we didn't have access to it, just the beach. We didn't know that until the day after we arrived. We didn't get a change of towels or our room cleaned for the 5 days we stayed. The rooms have nothing to do with the hotel but they are attached to it, this is misleading from the website but that's down to Booking.com as opposed to the owners.

Exceptional

We were warmly welcomed by Maxime and Anna. The room is very new and modern (furniture, bathroom, air conditioner). The size of the room is quite big so we had no problems with two big luggages (which is not so usual in Sardinia). The bed was very comfortable. The room looks exactly pretty as it is mentioned on the pictures. We had a great view to the sea. The beach can be reached within a 5 minutes walk. Thank you for the pleasent stay. We highly recommend this accommodation.
