The room was terribly smoky and the windows cannot open to allow a cross breeze. All the airfreshners i used, I was still unable to get rid of the smell. It was difficult and very stifling to breathe as smoke has permeated all the bedding, bed, curtains and even the floors. there was no safe space to escape the smell of smoke. And the front desk lady was aware of the state of the room as when i return to the desk after checking in, she was quick to ask if i was going to check out. as i really didnt have much option for accommodation, i did what i could to make it work, but it was indeed a struggle. Thank you to the front desk worker for giving me a can of airfresher which i completely depleted plus additional 3 cans i purchased myself to try and kill the smell to make the room somewhat bearable. If all the rooms are like this, i wont be staying again. Non-smoking rooms should be just that, and heavy fines imposed if guest dont adhere to that policy. If there is no consequence for smoking in a non-smoking rooms, it will deter fellow non-smoking guests such as me to not consider this property for future stays.

Tv, shower and the tub

The area was not a good area, I couldn't warm up our food, we were there for days no one knocked to see if we needed, tissue or towels, the front desk were rude and unhelpful

Everything. As soon as we walked into our room it smelled like cigarettes. The smell never went away. The sheets were stained. The people who were staying upstairs were being loud all night, and kids running around. They didn’t let us sleep all night. You can also hear people fighting in the parking lot and I believe people use this hotel for prostitution and selling drugs. That’s what my Uber driver told me who is a resident of Cicero. Two blocks away from the hotel I saw prostitutes.

We did not stay there. Uber driver and airport personnel said very bad part of town. Called hotel and cancelled. Told we would not be charged

Everything, especially the guest service

the sink it was clogged the bathroom door didn’t lock the shower to small they don’t offer to clean the rooms

they didn’t have a non-smoking room, we have to choose that one smell less

this is the worst experience ever , very dangerous neighbors, and the hotel is made for the prostitution activities in the neighborhood, dangerous, dangerous, don’t go there,

I like the fact that there was no carpet

They didn't give me my security deposit back they said they gave it to the friend that I was staying with and they were supposed to give it to me there is no TV TV with busted like somebody had hit it and they were supposed to give me a discount and a better room the next day and then they said there were no more rooms I had the most horrible time of my life they told me after I packed my stuff up they would give me another room I packed my stuff up didn't you tell me there was no rooms
