Have fun with the whole family in this newly renovated 2 bed 2 bath first level condo with private access. It has vinyl plank floor throughout and tile floors in the bathroom. Kitchen has new backsplash, new stove, and new hardware. Living room has a cozy fireplace for relaxing. Living room and bedrooms have smart TV’s and there’s a desk for working in the unit. Condo is close to the Palladium shopping center where there’s a movie theater and lots of shops and restaurants. Condo is 20 minutes from downtown Greensboro and downtown High Point. We’re 15 minutes from most colleges in the triad.

We cook, so the kitchen was bare minimum, would have been nice to have a coffee maker and not the pod coffee machine, pods are very unhealthy,also no hair dryer, and would be nice to have shampoo and soap, 2 bars of soap were dropped off the2 nd day with garbage bags without us saying anything. This is not complaining it’s suggestions.

We were in turn to visit my MIL that lives in High Point. I also have a brother that lives in Greensboro. The location was perfect and so were the accommodations. We felt right at home upon entering and that made it easy for us to relax. This place looks exactly like the pictures. It was spacious, nicely decorated and privided some touches that make a difference. For example having clothes baskets in each room was a big deal. My kids are always asking where to put their dirty clothes when we travel because they expect all the same things that they have at home. We did not cook but if we wanted to the kitchen was sticker with dishes for cooking. When back in town, we would stay here again.

Very clean and easily accessible to everything and highpoint. Only suggestion would be softer pillows on bed.

I was very happy with this condo. It was clean, spacious and had all of the amenities we needed for our family of four for our four night stay. I would definitely recommend it.

This property is adorable and a great location...as a designer I needed to head back and forth to High Point. This is perfect for business and pleasure.

We enjoyed our trip to High Point and Greensboro. The condo is beautiful, clean and spacious. The location was very convenient and close to all we needed. Thank you again for having us!
