Well appointed & clean. Owner on site to help check our group in & answer any questions. Nice/large yard. Home was smallish, but sufficient for our needs.

5 Stars - We stayed for our annual fishing trip. Both of us adored this place. It was just what we were looking for. The property owner was fabulous to work with and he reponed immediately to any of our requests. I would recommend this to everyone we know. In fact, I would love to own this property :) It's that good!!

The home is adorned beautifully. The grounds offer solitude as you commune with nature. All appliance are upgrades. Very impressive property. The property mgr/owner extremely responsive to any of our inquiries. Looking to come up to Leech Lake this is the place to stay

Clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the things we needed, and then some. Brought our own coffee maker, as the one listed was a Keurig (and we don't use k-cups) but the kitchen even had some k-cups for us to use. Used the cornhole game and would have had a campfire if we'd had more time. Convenient location to Walker. Thank you!

This property was selected based on size and location to an event. The property was updated. The beds were comfortable. The property manager kept me posted and responded quickly to questions. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway in the area.

We stayed here with our 5 kids and another adult pair; it was perfect! Such attention to details, things like a first aid kit, fireplace blankets, basic toiletries and kitchen pantry items. Blow up mattresses for the attic beds prevented us from worrying about kid potty accidents; it’s brilliant! Also, there were a few games and toys in the attic room; kids loved it up there and described the whole house style as “preppy.” That’s a good thing. It’s such a neat old farmhouse, in a great location, with just the right renovations. Cleanup expectations were reasonable. Linens and towels were very nice quality and plentiful! We would definitely stay again and recommend this home. We had a great time!

The farmhouse is adorable. Well kept, very clean, and a wonderful place to rest. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and if you have children there is plenty of room to play outside (bring their scooters/bikes because it is a long paved driveway). The Paul Bunyan trail is directly outside of the property for biking, running, and snowmobiling. Jon (the owner) has excellent communication and is easily accessible if needed. He contacted us as we were there for a very toasty week. Jon made sure the upstairs was comfortable and the temp in the house good during the unusually hot week. We highly recommend staying at the Farmhouse!

We stayed at Jon's for 3 nights for our annual girls' weekend trip. The house is beautifully decorated, and stocked very well. The beds were comfortable, the towels big and fluffy, and the house is in a very quiet location, but still close enough to Walker. Check-in was simple, and Jon was very nice. We would definitely stay here again! It was a great experience.

The property was exactly as shown! Quiet, clean, everything we needed and then some! Fire pit was a bonus! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again when in the area!

We recommend this property heartily. Comfy beds, clean, everything works well, firepit and firewood stocked, and very quiet. The host communication was great. Single car garage to store our bikes. More than we expected.

This is a true gem in the Northwoods! Close to town for shopping, dining, but far enough to enjoy private time, bonfire, yard games, bbq, picnics etc. It is quaint, cozy, comfortable, charming and was loved by all members of our party! Jon was excellent at communication and very accommodating to our needs. A+ rating
