In short, it was exquisite.

My stay was excellent. everything was in order. and we enjoyed our stay there. at first the one we wanted we couldn't get it because the person wanted to extend his stay. but we got a different room and it was way better than the one we wanted, so yeah that was a good thing.

there was not to dislike and everything to like.

Not bad, but not the best.

The lack of communication, I reserved the room, but i ended up paying for another room that was above my budget on arrival. After being assured that there was a mix up and I’ll get my reserved room the next day, that still didn’t happen so I payed more and stayed less than I originally planned to.

Very secured and beautiful environment and the guest was very polite as well. Electricity was 24 hours and they also provided me with unlimited Wi-Fi.

The host is mean and quite unprofessional. I was frustrated and pissed yesterday. After my reservation, I contacted the host to inform that I’ve booked this place for my wife, the time she will be arriving and also requested to make a payment before her arrival. He responded,” that he wasn’t in town, that his staff will attend to my wife and receive the pay for the room I’ve when she gets there”. I requested for the staff number since he wasn’t around, so my wife can easily communicate, but he refused. My wife got to the place and the staff said to her that the host didn’t inform him about the reservation and the expected guest. The staff told my wife that someone is in the room already. She was told to pay double of the price of the room I initially reserved. I declined because that wasn’t my budget. They intentionally do things like this to customers. They will lure customers to their apartment and with the motive to persuade you to pay out of your budget or double what you have initially picked.

Very Serene Environment with value for Money

The Apartment exceeded my expectations, as i skeptical at first because of some reviews i saw here, but after arriving my doubts were cleared. The security of the estate was superb and location was in a high brew area in Abuja, very very serene, will definitely be staying with them whenever i am in Abuja

Location & Room size was great

The AC in my room was not cooling and need fixing. The bedspread was poor quality ( like rubber fabric this generate heat)as against the picture displayed online. There was no tissue and basic bathroom add-on The kitchen was locked and I didn't have access to basics like cup, plates and cutleries. When I couldn't cope with the heat I had to leave the apartment same day less than 5 hours of arrival to get another comfortable hotel. Lastly When I booked the room rate was 18,650 but when I arrived the staff told me it was 20,000 flat rate so I had no option but to pay.
