Wow! We are first timers to Crystal Beach . We brought our side by sides and had a grand time at Summer Lovin —it was like walking into your home away from home - move in ready . Great layout , FULLY STOCKED + plus , plenty of room for us to hang out in the kitchen /living room . Loved the 3 bedroom 3 bath so nobody had to share a bathroom. Lots of extras for sure ! Laundry room had an extra refrigerator to keep the drinks cold . Jaclyn the host was quick to respond and allowed an early check in ! Our next trip Will definitely be booked through Jaclyn . Thank you for sharing your home with us ❣️

Don’t hesitate, book now! The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. Communication with owner was superb. I’m an avid VRBO user and am accustomed to having to pack everything from hand soap to toilet paper to garbage bags, but she supplied just about everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals at the house - the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a blast.

We didn’t want to leave. Accommodations were clean, amenities were thoughtful, decor was beautiful and inviting. We were enamored with this location. The graciousness and consideration of the host was palpable throughout. 10/10 hands down. And ps I’m insanely picky. :)

I've been visiting Crystal Beach for about 10 years now, and this host offered the most generous amenities. That stood out the most. The place was immaculate. The kitchen was stocked far beyond expectations (including an ample number of dishwasher pods), the bathrooms had bottles of hand soap, and the showers had shampoo and conditioner. More than enough beach towels and places to sit on the deck. Throw blanket for inside. Alexa for music, a record player and a stack of records added extra fun. Plenty of books from a wide variety of genres. Games, if you bring kids. I can't sing enough praises. There's a short walk required to access the beach, and the beach was less busy than I'm accustomed to, which was nice. (Perhaps there's more activity further west.) the view from the deck was spectacular, and our neighbors were quiet. The check-out process was the easiest ever, with few expectations or requirements.

The house was exactly as described in the listing, but it had more then we expected. The kitchen has multiple island areas, so plenty of room to prep for meals. There is lots of seating at the counter and at the large dining table. The beds are very good quality and super comforable. The big surprise was the master bedroom's bed is adjustable on both sides. I'm even thinking of purchasing this type of bed, plus, the grandkids just loved the bunk style built in beds. The view from gulf facing windows and porch are amazing. The walkway to the beach is very close and the beach cart access is at the end of the street. The owner checked on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Overall, everything was perfectly comfortable and we will be returning.

Everything was great at the house. It was very well updated with high end appliances, a huge amount of cabinets that were fully stocked with anything you could possibly imagine. There was a small gated dog run. The balcony was so big and fantastic. The kids loved the 6 bed-bunk rooms. The AC was very cold and wonderful after coming in from the hundred degree heat. I would definitely recommend staying here and I give this place five stars.

The house is perfect!!! It has everything that you need for a great week. It is decorated absolutely adorable! The location is perfect, no traffic, so it's perfect for small children. We were able to bring our little dog, which was definitely a plus. The kids loved the bunk room! There was plenty of room for our family. The owner was so helpful, especially at check out time. Our car battery was dead, and she was kind enough to send someone to give us a jump. We appreciated so much. We will definitely be back. This is by far the best beach cabin that we have stayed at.

Had a great time and the house was perfect. House had everything we needed, and kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Really happy that the deck had plenty of gates and locks to keep the kids from going downstairs without us. Definitely recommend this house.

The unit was nice. However we lost some of our food due to an ant infestation. The faucet in the master bathroom leaked and was ruining the cabinet. Otherwise quite happy with the unit. We were not happy with the beach as people were extremely rude and lots of political signs. Definitely not a good place for a low key family, won’t come back to that area again.

We feel fortunate to find Summer Lovin' and had a great time staying here! This house is beautiful and offers a direct oceanfront view, which is peaceful and mesmerizing. You can see the movement and hear the sounds of the ocean from the large deck, and access to the beach is a very short walk from the driveway. We enjoyed time on the beach and also watching the numerous pelicans, gulls and other seabirds from the deck. The host has added personal touches throughout the house in its classic coastal decor, and we appreciated the level of comfort and quality she provides to help you relax and feel pampered. You can listen to your favorite music and utilize the well provisioned kitchen for preparing meals at home while there, or enjoy a number of restaurants located conveniently nearby. Summer Lovin' has it all and I gladly recommend this property to families and friends for a pleasant and memorable stay at the beach. Cheers!

This property is located in a phenomenal place with several beach accesses with in short walking distance (less then 2 blocks). The views were phenomenal with a panoramic deck we were able to take in all the gulf breeze and views. The host was amazing the house is spectacular. Would highly recommend staying here we will definitely be back.

Jaclyn's VRBO might be the best we've ever stayed at. The location is perfect, and it did not disappoint. The back porch has an incredible view of the Gulf and was the perfect environment for being next to the waves. Everything was there for us. The kitchen was fantastic! We will definitely be staying with Jaclyn again as she was so hospitable and kind.

The property was double booked. Our rental was not honored after we drove over two hours to get there. Just sorry! Still don’t have my refund. I had been communicating with the owner for two days prior, no mention of another booking. Owner confirmed to me the renters would be out the day we were checking in. So me and my family were left with no place to stay.

We had a pleasure to stay on the property for 12 days. My wife, our cat and I had a wonderful time there. First of all the location is great if you want to have a calm and peaceful vacation. The beach is about 2 min of waking distance form the house. The beach is great, all sand. The water is ok, but I guess this is the water in all Galveston area. You can't compare water with to FL, but still nice and clean water. Cars are allowed to drive on the beach. I was a bit cautious about it, but there was no slightest issue with that. People were friendly and they waved all the time they drove by. The house is just great, there is literally everything there for a living. I really mean that. All clean, new appliances, furniture. So we felt home there. There is a restaurant there, Stingarey, there is waiting time, but the sea food was ok. We were not impressed. We bought fresh sea food in Galveston and grilled home. It was great food. Ferry to Galveston is not a problem and free. It goes fast, almost no waiting time. Also there was a supermarket, liquor store and a fresh bakery there. Home owner, Jaclyn, was great, very fast responses if there were questions and also helpful. Our cat load the house, he was busy all the time waking on a huge the balcony and enjoying the nature and birds. Neighbors were great, nice, polite people. So if you are planing to go Galveston area and want to enjoy the water and ocean, I would strongly recommend this house.

I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. It’s always nice getting to a place and finding it’s better than the pictures. This is the best beach house we have ever stayed in, bar none. It has everything you want. It’s clean and stylish just like the pictures with high-end everything. Incredible views and you’re right at the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and private. Jaclyn was a responsive host the whole way through. Definitely not your ordinary beach house.
