This unit is on the first floor of this Duplex.
You will have to climb 2 steps to get to the front entrance, but once inside the rest of the home is on 1 level.
• When you enter the home you will be welcomed to a spacious Living room!
• We have a Smart TV. You can log in with your credentials into applications like Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc.
• Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances & lovely backsplash.
• Kitchen island also serves as a high top table for gathering & eating!
• 1/2 bath and laundry unit
• Bedroom 1 with King bed and drawers
• Bedroom 2 with Full bed Bunk & drawer space.
• 1 Full bathroom
OUTDOOR SPACE
• Front deck has 2 lounge chairs
• Back deck has 2 lounge chairs & extra high top chairs.
• There is an enclosed shower at the back of the house that is shared with the upstairs unit.
Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
Please remember that this unit is on the 1st floor of a Duplex. There are common spaces like the driveway and shared outdoor shower.

This home is located in the desirable South End of Brigantine.
The south-end is known for its very popular and convenient drive-on beaches, The Cove and The Jetty! This area is also close to the ACME shopping center, the Community Center, miniature golf course, hockey & tennis courts, dog park & more!
Brigantine, New Jersey, features just one way on and off the island—
New Jersey Route 87, which crosses the Justice Vincent S. Haneman Memorial Bridge from nearby Atlantic City and then becomes Brigantine Boulevard.
New Jersey Transit buses reach the island, and visitors and residents alike can connect through larger terminals in Atlantic City to reach both Philadelphia and New York City.
PARKING
There is only 1 parking spot for each unit and it is behind the house. Additional parking is allowed on the street without a permit needed. Please be sure to read all street signs.
TV
We have Smart TV in our living room. There is NO CABLE.
You will be able to log into applications like Netflix, Hulu or Disney. You will need to log in with your own credentials.
COMMON AREAS
There are some common areas with the Unit above of this Duplex.
The outdoor shower is enclosed & is a shared amenity.
The parking spaces are in a common space. Please be respectful and only use 1 spot.
TRASH
Trash day is Friday. Please make sure to put all trash in trash bins outside no earlier than 4pm on Thursday, or by 7am on Friday. There are multiple bins behind the building.
The maintenance person pulls the cans to the curb on trash day.
Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
- No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.
- No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected.
- Please remove shoes when entering the home.

- Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels).
- Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
- If anyone is 18 yrs old or younger, the primary renter MUST be 25 yrs or older, and must be on premise at all times.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
- Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
