This was our third year of "escape" from the long northern Michigan winter. This year we decided to try a couple of different routines: 1. go south instead of west. 2. split our 1 month stay into two parts. Always looking for warmer climates, we decided on Georgia for our initial 2 weeks. Mindful that our 12 year old dog, Coco, still needs some room to roam, we picked Escape on Eisenhower for their very large and fenced in backyard. My wife and I are both big history buffs, so we used this as our base of operations while we traveled throughout the state visiting sites such as Andersonville, the Mighty 8th Air Museum, FDR's Little White House, Camp Taccoa (from Band of Brothers) and Stone Mountain outside of Atlanta. All of these were within a 2-3 hour drive from Augusta. As retired USN, having the Exchange and Commissary at Fort Eisenhower (formerly Fort Gordon) was an added bonus! The property itself was very clean and well laid out. As we are getting a bit older, we appreciated the single story. It offered all of the conveniences, including a quiet neighborhood. Lisa was very accommodating and responded quickly to our queries. All-in-all, we thoroughly enjoyed our 15 day stay and would definitely book this property again! Thank you!

We stayed for two weeks with our dog.
We appreciated the updated features of the home and how it was decorated and loved the strong water pressure in the home and the space and layouts and room for a desk was wonderful. Love the updated bathrooms and the big backyard.
The beds were semi-comfortable - I enjoy a soft bed, so they were just a bit too firm for me, but overall pretty good. Linens were clean and updated.
The kitchen cupboards could've been updated as they were likely original, and tight and secure to make me feel that critters might not get into them from the backs/bottoms.
Light was an issue for us while sleeping as the lights from the elementary school next door shone in the master bedroom & bathroom all night long. We shut the bathroom door and hung a blanket in the window to allow us to sleep.
Overall we had a good experience, just a few things that could be improved upon.
Communication was spotty.

We stayed here while visiting our son at Fort Eisenhower. The house was beautiful and in a great location. Coffee bar was a great addition. Kitchen well stocked. Easy check in. If we return to the area we would likely choose this place again!

First time staying at a rental home instead of a hotel; a wonderful experience. It was obvious the owner put thought in to the process. It felt like a home away from home. It was better than advertised.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a simple, clean, inviting home. Quiet neighborhood. Great location to almost everything. Staging was subtle, simple & sweet tv's in every room . The golf game was such fun. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean.
There needs to be clarity that the room with the twin beds are for children. They look like dorm sized beds(in the photo angle). I think the mop head was in the dryer ( couldn't find it) But we cleaned the water spill.
Hosts welcomed us via email & responded to needs quickly. Supplied enough towels & toilet paper for 7 people!!!

This was the most beautiful home and my husband and our family truly enjoyed our stay. Lisa was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed and she also made sure that we understood the home by leaving a wonderful binder full of helpful information to disclose all of the amenities and external nearby resources. This home was just what we were looking for: a warm home away from home and if we return, we will definitely book here again! Thank you for your Amazon hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Our host Lisa was amazing! Very attentive, helpful and always responded right away! I have to say we could not had asked for a better place to stay. Even our dogs enjoyed themselves in the large fenced in backyard! The home was immaculate, welcoming, comfortable and very cozy! It had everything we needed and then some. Great location, close to stores and restaurants. We would definately love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Lisa’s house was a great home for 4 plus a dog while we visited Augusta. The established neighborhood is safe & quiet. There is a school near but don’t worry you can’t see or hear anything. The location is ideal and close to stores & restaurants & downtown is only about a 10 min drive. The house itself is nicely appointed with mostly new furniture and a few trendy upcycled furnishings. The bathrooms were tastefully remodeled & clean. The home decor was lovely from the coffee bar to all of the Augusta themed decor. If I find myself in Augusta again I would definitely stay here!
