About this house rental
Reconnect with friends and family in both sides of this oceanfront duplex, perfect for beachfront reunions. Enjoy plenty of personal space in these two separate 4BED/3BATH units, connected by a large furnished oceanfront deck. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main floor, and another bedroom and bath on the top floor, along with an open living/dining space and fully equipped kitchen. There are two fully furnished oceanfront decks in each unit, and the top deck connects the two spaces.

🐶 We would love to host your dogs! We allow up to 2 well-trained dogs per side (a total of 4) for a $75 (+tax) flat pet fee per dog. Sorry, no cats due to allergies.

Twin Landings is an oceanfront duplex that is connected by a large upper deck. Each unit has an inverted floor plan designed to take advantage of ocean views. The lower levels offer four oceanfront bedrooms leading out to furnished lower decks, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and chat with the deck next door. Each of these lower decks has a swing and rocking chairs. Each side has an oceanfront master that features a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a bathtub. Each also has an oceanfront king bedroom, which shares a bathroom with the third bedroom on the main floor. The third bedroom on the A side has two twin beds, and the B side's third bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4).
Upstairs, each side has its own large living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all under vaulted ceilings with incredible ocean views. Both sides offer a fourth (queen) bedroom is on this floor, along with another full bathroom.
Outside, the furnished top deck spans the entire property, and features eight bar height patio chairs with tables and four rocking chairs. When you are not renting both sides, this deck can be gated for privacy. A private stairway on each side leads directly down to the beach, and each lower deck has a shower head and hose for rinsing off after enjoying the beach.
Ample parking is available in the two large driveways, plus a total of four garage parking spots. Beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs are available in the garages. All linens and towels provided.
Please note that check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. We unfortunately cannot make exceptions, as the housekeeper and linens service need the full time to prepare the home.
Minimum renter age: 25; No parties, pets, smoking/vaping, or excessive noise; Do not go on the dunes, which have been re-nourished to protect our home, this is a town law punishable by $500 fine; Leave doors and windows closed when not in use as the humid air causes damage to the interior and electronics; If you use the charcoal grill, pull it into the driveway at least 20 feet from the house and clean it after/no grilling or fire of any kind is permitted on decks; Air conditioner should not be operated below 72 degrees as the humidity+overuse will cause air conditioners in this environment to freeze and break; No commercial photography/videography without prior agreement; Please wash sand off before coming into the house; Please report any loss or damage that happens to property during your stay
We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy NOTE THAT THE HOME SLEEPS 10 PEOPLE COMFORTABLY IN BEDS, BUT WE ALLOW NO MORE THAN 8 ADULTS, THANK YOU! Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night, unless approved.
Note that we cannot offer refunds for reasons outside of our control, outside of our cancellation policy. This includes family emergencies, illness, weather, etc. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance, which can be an affordable way of protecting your investment should an unforeseen situation disrupt your plans.
