About this apartment rental

We believe this is one of the best located condos at Vista Cay; 3rd floor, both pool and lakeview, located directly by the main pool area at Vista Cay. With two bedrooms, two bathroom, you have all the space you need for a great stay. Why stay in a crowded hotel when you can be in a spacious condo ?

Note: The pool area right, and tiki bar, outside our condo will be closed for refurbishment between September 13th, and planned mid/late January 2025. (Delays might happen of course.). The clubhouse with 24/7 front desk, fitness center will remain open.
The Isles pool and bar, which is recently refurbished, is open all time. It's about 500 yards to walk to that pool, a nice stroll along Lake Cay. Or you can take your car, there are lots of parking spaces there.

Vista Cay is very centrally located in Orlando between Universal Blvd and I-Drive. (so not Kissimmee). We have everything within 5 to 15 minutes drive : Disney, Universal, Sea World, Waterparks, the airport, outlet malls and malls and golf courses. Several restaurants at Vista Cay, and even more at I-Drive less than a mile away. Convention or event at Orange County Convention Center? OCCC is just 0.5 Mile away from Vista Cay.

Pool heated during winter. View to the Sea World fireworks from the pool area. Play area for the kids, basket ball court and grill sites outside our building. Paved walkway around Lake Cay, nice for jogging or a relaxing walk.

Many restaurants on the resort (2xPizza restaurants, Burger Bar, The Diner, Venezuelan, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, a café and cupcake bakery). Large Publix supermarket.

Owner have three great condos in this building. All 3rd or top floor with lakeview, two also with pool view. Great if multiple groups are travelling together. Link to other units:

We stayed at Vista Cay for our anniversary weekend. The rental was great. Very clean and has everything we needed. Loved the balcony and had fun at the pool. The location was perfect and a short drive to great restaurants.

Everything we needed was there. The location is perfect. Just next door to the clubhouse and swimming pool. Stores and restaurants were within a mile or so. We will definitely look for this place first when we come back to the area.

Stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. The condo/resort is beautiful and within walking distance to the convention center as well as shopping for all conveniences necessary for the stay. Our host communicated well, and we enjoyed our time here very much!!

This property is beautiful!! The condo is nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. The property and grounds are immaculate. There’s a beautiful walking path around the lake with birds. The pool and on site bar/food is open late which was really nice. Walgreens pizza, coffee shop, cup cake and ice cream store are all in walking distance. The location is very easy to get around Orlando. Communication with the owner was awesome. check in/check out was simple. The property is a gated community with ample parking and an elevator. I can only come up with very positive things to say about this property!! I want to go back!!!

The amenities were perfect for my family to use while I was attending a conference nearby. The heated pool was wonderful in January. All the rooms were a good size and having a kitchen helped keep our travel costs down. Would definitely be returning.

Very clean and organized. We had an issue with the refrigerator, called the maintenance number they gave us at check in and the maintenance person was there in no time to fix the problem. Lots of restaurants nearby and a Walgreens right at the entrance.

The property management was amazing. We stayed the weekend for my daughters birthday with her friends and the staff was so accommodating! I asked if someone was able to put some decorations up in the room for us and Jessica totally blew us away, thank you so much! The property was clean and inviting and everything we needed for a weekend getaway. It did have a hotel feel but all in all it was pleasant.

We were in the area for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center, then a few days in Disney/Universal Studios. This condo was super close to the convention center, and also close to so many things (very convenient). Parking was very easy, and the access to the pool was nice. The condo itself had very comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were very spacious. The kitchen had the basic items we needed. We also got groceries at the Publix which was within walking distance (less than 5min walk). Overall very pleased with the condo and would definitely stay again!

we had only a couple issues. they should have an extra blanket for sleeping on couch for extra person and maybe a pillow. the door lock was really tricky, locked us out late one night and had to call security to get us in. my husband moved door and handle and it opened for entrance.

Fantastic place right in the heart of Orlando. Less then 2 miles away from the Orange County Convention Center. Great pool, space, and facility. You can even see fireworks on some nights. Highly recommended!

The location, space and amenities were fantastic. Staff on-site were helpful and friendly! Communication with owner was superb. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star is the condo could definitely use a few updates and we did have a small issue with tiny ants in the kitchen as well.

The communication from the owner was good but there were issues with how clean the condo was. There is a faint smell when you walk in which might be mildew. The refrigerator had an inch of dust on it. As for the master bathroom the shower itself had mold in it. I communicated this and was reassured it would be done. Never happened as a day passed and I finally called the front desk. They said they came in but the bathroom was not cleaned. The owner seemed very helpful during our stay but when it was over and I sent him an email he tried to say we were blackmailing him. Not so! We only wanted a clean unit which he failed to provide.

The condo is nice and is as described. The couch blocks the balcony which made it unusable. Their were not enough towels for our family. There was a note that said they could be rented from Vista Cay, but they no longer offer that option. All paper supplies had to be purchased. Vista Cay resort is not very nice or family-friendly. There is only one pool area that was crowded and the crowd was rough with cussing, smoking, and loud music. The resort keeps adding more buildings including residential apartments which make the common areas very crowded.

This Condo is pretty good and I will go back again. We had a little issue with washer but it was almost immediately fixed and great communication w/owner. Spring break is a bit crowded especially the hot tub at the Condo so I probably won't go again during Spring break just b/c Orlando in general is packed! Off season for sure tho! Overall it was a good lodging choice and located close to Walmart and alot of the theme parks as well...

This was a really great stay. Good location, nice property, easy commute to disney and universal. Unit was just what we expected. The only thing I'd change would be the furniture placed in front of the balcony door which prohibited us from accessing the balcony.

Our view was amazing just as described. Owner kept in contact with me since my booking in March. My only concern was the bed. Mattress needs to be replaced. But otherwise I would most definitely book from this owner again.

We got there late, and were still able to check in with no problems. Everything was perfect. The place is close to literally everywhere. It was clean, there were enough towels, just everything was perfect, Harvard was contacted and responded very quickly. Thank you so much, im looking forward to staying amthere again next year. The space was sparkling clean! We enjoyed having some extra space to spread out. The balcony was an added treat, we enjoyed a few meals there and appreciated the view. I was disappointed to see the ice/water from the fridge wasn't functioning. We also would've enjoyed a long soak after many miles walked at the theme parks...the tub stopper was nonfunctional. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. Thank you very much for the opportunity to stay in your space!
