Newly renovated 2 bed / 1 bath lake house with modern elegance & incredible views of Lake Livingston! Whether you want to relax or play, this is the perfect spot.

Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning breeze from the balcony. A neighborhood boat ramp is available for quick access to water sports & fishing! Wind down with a glass of wine next to the fire pit while enjoying the sunset over the lake. A cowboy pool is ready for cooling down on hot summer days.

We can't wait to host you in our peaceful and conveniently-located cottage at the lake!

Please note that there is no direct lake access from the property.

Offering huge, beautiful views of Lake Livingston and a boat ramp in the neighborhood, the home is located just minutes away from Lake Livingston State Park, antique stores, restaurants, trails, the Alabama Coushatta’s Naskila Gaming casino, fishing, boating and more!

Our lake cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the upper floor. BOTH bedrooms contain spacious king size beds while the living room has a huge pull out sofa that turns into a queen size bed! Both bedrooms have dedicated work areas in case you need to take care of business. One bedroom contains a 43" 4K smart TV as well as nightstands with built-in USB chargers.

Natural light flows throughout the house, providing gorgeous views of the lake from the living room, dining area, and kitchen! The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, coffee machine, cookware, utensils, instant pot, crock pot, hand blender, cutting board, and more. The living room has a 65" 4K smart TV while the dining area has comfortable seating for the entire family.

Step outside into the balcony, where multiple seating areas provide a picturesque view of the lake. Downstairs, the property also contains an oversized deck with a cowboy pool and bench seating around the fire pit. Both the deck and the balcony contain beautiful lighting to create a charming atmosphere.

Please note there are three security cameras on the property. Two point towards the driveway and one points towards the deck / side of the house. All are on and set to record.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house is updated and decorated well and everything you need is supplied (towels, linens, trash bags, full kitchen dishes and pans) Our only complaint was that the lower deck was not what we thought it would be. It wasn't as welcoming as the photos showed. A lot of debris/dirt to clean off the chairs and swings before being able to use them and after a long hot day in the Texas heat we didn't have the energy to do that. The owners were great, communication was great. We had an issues getting one TV to work and they followed up immediately to help. Overall I would recommend staying here.

The home is beautiful and really nothing is needed when you stay here. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, toiletries, pots, pans, silverware. We all loved the swing and cowboy pool. The host is FANTASTIC! They checked in with us just to see if there was anything we needed. This meant so much to us. The area is nice and quiet. We would love to stay here again.

The place is just like the pictures. The house was clean and comfy and the view was spectacular! Sunset view is breathing taking. Perfect place for riding bikes and taking a walk. Thanks for sharing an awesome place!

We had a short stay but the house was great! Communication with the host was super easy and they are very friendly. The house is in good shape and the only complaint would possibly be that there is no dishwasher (who wants to hand wash dishes on a vacation 😂). But it really wasn't bad. Overall it was all a great time.

We absolutely loved this property! House was clean.. stocked with everything we needed. Really enjoyed the porch and view of the lake! Check in was easy and hosts checked on us via message just to make sure we didn’t need anything! Our week at The Lake House was a perfect fit. We spent the Christmas holiday there and it exceeded our expectations. We found it to be well stocked with all the essentials, as well as thoughtful extras throughout. It is beautifully renovated, even nicer than depicted in the photos! We esp loved the wide open kitch/LR combo facing a gorgeous view of Lake Livingston. We planned most evenings around watching the sunset from the balcony. We travel with our pups whenever possible, and the owners even had dog bowls and a feeding area for them, and wine for us! The neighborhood is perfect for walks with the pups and the deep lot and lower deck was great for activities outdoors. We had no kids on this trip but anyone traveling with kids would love the layout. The hosts were lovely, and, easy to contact when we had to delay our arrival due to bad weather. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful waterfront getaway. In fact I have been a host myself, so my expectations are high, and pretty specific. I can say this was exactly what we were looking for, and more! We have family nearby and have stayed at different places on LL, but, this is the one we will be returning to!

Myself and my two business partners booked this lake house for a New Years team building/business planning getaway. It could not have been better! The furnishings are great, the little extras provided were so thoughtful and deliberate. The view over the lake was amazing. And the outdoor deck and fire pit area was perfect. I did not want to ever leave. Cleanup after the trip was super easy! Amazing house, amazing trip! I can’t wait for another excuse to go back.

Comfortable and clean. Good view of the lake and surroundings. Desired to watch the World Series games but with NO cable, had to work hard to accomplish the task (missed the first game completely). I don’t mind cleaning up after myself, but considering the $100+ cleaning fee, I thought all the checkout requirements were somewhat overboard! We enjoyed our visit but not to the extent that we would return any time soon!
