About this apartment rental

Relax and unwind, while enjoying gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton from every room at this newly updated centrally located condo just a few steps from the water. Only minutes from Central Ave, Oaklawn, numerous restaurants, and historic downtown you’ll never have to go far for a delicious meal or for something fun to do. This unit features 2 full bathrooms, which makes getting ready quickly a breeze. Enjoy sitting on your personal patio and looking at the gorgeous lake views, cooking on the furnished electric grill, swimming/relaxing on the huge swim dock, and watching the many geese/ducks roam and interact up close. High speed Wi-Fi provided free. This unit has one bedroom with a king sized bed and new Serta sleeper mattress. The guest bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower, while the master en suite bathroom features a deep tub/shower combo. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, basic cookware and utensils, coffee pot, and microwave. We also provide essential spices/seasonings, Folgers coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer. Also included is a brand new full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry area. 2 ROKU equipped TVs, and Philo streaming TV w/60 channels is provided. The large swim dock is wonderful…tie a float up to it…lay back and relax…or just sit and enjoy the view and wildlife. There are also picnic tables just a few steps from the water so guests can have their meal “on the water”. The picnic tables are located down the boardwalk towards the bridge and are available for guest use.

***Please be aware that the living room sofa is NOT a sleeper sofa and does NOT pull out into a bed. It is a full sized 3 cushion sofa that will sleep one person comfortably.***

***An electric twin sized blow up mattress is available upon request and can be left in the condo for use during your stay. Please let the owner know when booking if you will need this item.***

***Please be aware when booking that the annual Lake Hamilton drawdown starts on November 1, 2024. The water view is affected after this date and remains affected until the refill in March 2025. The lake is scheduled to be lowered 3ft.*** This property will still have a very nice water view. It will just be lower than usual.
***Please be aware there is one flight of stairs (12 steps) leading from the parking lot to the condo—see listing photos for visual of steps. ***. ***Sunday thru Thursday night can be booked for one night. Friday and Saturday require a two night minimum reservation. Certain holidays may require a 3 night minimum reservation.***.

This condo was so accommodating. The decorations and furniture made it feel cozy, and all the essentials were provided. The lake view was so perfect with minimal traffic. Fishing steps away from your condo was so convenient. Definitely will stay here again.

My wife and I were in Hot Springs for a pickleball tournament at the Convention Center. We chose to stay away from the downtown crowds and looked for a relaxing property on the water. This condo was exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures. It was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was about a 10 minute drive from the Convention center. We enjoyed it very much and will likely return for next year’s tournament.

The condo was very comfortable and clean. There are stairs to get to your door that the pictures don't show, but other than that the pictures are spot on. The little details like the coffee bar and toiletries that are provided were a welcome bonus. We cooked breakfast most mornings and we had everything we needed and then some. Vacation rentals right on the water can be quite expensive, so it was really nice getting a place this lovely without breaking the bank.

This was a last minute decision to get out of town. We found & booked this weekend the Sunday before Memorial weekend. It was affordable, CLEAN, perfect location on the water & easy to get everywhere! Communicating with homeowner was easy & she was quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again & would recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The driveway is a little hard to see especially at night. Once we figured out where it was we knew what to look for. This unit is down some stairs so if you have problems with stairs this would not be the property for you. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It was perfect for the two of us!

A cute little apartment on the ground floor on the lake. It's right off the highway so it's not a nature getaway but the lake is very peaceful to look on. Clean, well furnished, easy to find, easy to talk to the host. No toaster - breakfast eaters be aware. Probably so we don't set anything on fire. Would definitely rent again.

This udated little condo was perfect!! Location was great and lake was beautiful. We spent some time swimming right out the back door. The hosts had EVERYTHING we needed. Just the perfect long weekend stay. Would definitely book again! Thanks so much for providing such great memories.

Everything was super clean and the location was so very nice in a little cove of Lake Hamilton. I loved the views from the living room and bedroom window. It had a deep soaker tub which I really enjoyed as well. The bed was comfortable. This is the perfect alternative to hotel rooms.

Good location and great place if you’ve got a boat or water toys. We did not and envied neighbors that had access to kayaks. I had hoped that, based on pictures, there would be walking paths to access from condo, but we couldn’t find anything. The condo is clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and relaxing. We loved the dock and wildlife. My only suggestion would be to provide games or cards for guests usage. Access or links for water toy rentals would be awesome too.

When we walked in, the place smelled freshly cleaned and sanitized. That is a huge relief for me because I cannot rest well if I think the cleaning has been rushed or skimped over. The bed smelled like Gain and so did everything else… I was in heaven! It was SPOTLESS! The view of the lake was beautiful and I love how quiet it is… we were often the only ones at the lake! Would definitely return!

The property unit itself was ideal. Newly remodeled, all appliances are nice and new. Clean and fresh feel. Unit is right on the water, very convenient. Only negative is that the place is one of 10-12 units in a row and seems to be surrounded by smokers. Sitting outside just smelled like smoke blowing at us whenever we were out there. Not a huge deal but worth noting. Otherwise this place itself was ideal. We enjoyed it.

This property was perfect for my teenage son and I to have a quick get away weekend to Hot Springs. Super clean and well appointed, close to hwy 270 that took us everywhere we wanted to go, and the water is literally right out the back door. Amy and staff quick to respond when I had a question. Highly recommend! Would definitely go back.

We stayed here for our second wedding anniversary and had a fantastic time! The condo was so cute and nice! We slept great every night and loved the location on the lake.. it was peaceful and quiet even though it's next to the highway. We had a minor issue that the owners were able to quickly help us with. Everything was clean, and they had all the amenities we needed. They even had everything labeled and organized. Would definitely stay here again!
