Logement pratique et bien situé proche de l’aéroport

Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes de l’aéroport. Également situé à quelques mètres du centre avec restaurant et pizzeria. Place de parking La communication et l’organisation était très facile (message avec instructions, boîte à clefs etc) Logement équipé (cuisine, couverts, machine à laver..) et look moderne Petit chauffage efficace dans la salle de bain Pratique pour une nuit avant de prendre un vol

La chambre double est au second étage, accessible par un escalier pentu (pas recommandé avec de jeunes enfants). Un peu froid la nuit (le chauffage fonctionnait bien en bas, on l’a moins ressenti dans la chambre) Quelques cheveux dans la douche mais sinon c’était propre

I don’t recommend this property

close to the airport, not so expensive (100 € 3 persons), nice living room, private parking.

I usually do not write reviews but this time I have taken my time to write one because of the dissatisfaction caused by this booking. Since we have arrived around 23.00 o clock it would have been complicated to go elsewhere for that night. The main problems with this property: cleanliness: stains on the bed and hairs on the sheets (Most likely the sheets have not been been changed... I covered the pillow with a T shirt...) the height of the main bedroom: less than 150 cm one the sides when you get out of the bed... So you will probably kick your head on the deck ifyou are not a really small person ... the very steep and dangerous steps from the bedroom to the lower floor where the the bathroom is... Going down from the bedroom requires being very careful which is a little bit more complicated at night. From my point of view, this property is to be avoided by regular or older people. But of course if you don't care about the cleaning, if you love to sleep in a tent where the height above the head is not a problem and if you enjoy climbing the mountains then you may like this property. I have asked the owner for a refund for this total unpleasant experience which he refused. So at least you know what to expect if you go there.

Logement parfait pour un départ en avion tôt le matin

Vaste logement (rdc+2 étages) très bien équipé, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, cuisine, télévision etc. Bien chauffé également (radiateurs électrique + poële à pellets), style moderne. Et surtout situé au plus près de l'aéroport de Charleroi (CRL), sans cependant que l'on entende le bruit d'un avion. Vraiment idéal pour prendre un avion tôt le matin. Pour les familles avec enfants il est pratique que leur chambre soit au premier étage, ce qui permet de se faire une soirée télé sans les réveiller. Il y a également une place de parking prévue. Les clés sont disponible à n'importe quelle heure via une petite box sécurisée par code, ce qui permet d'arriver à n'importe quelle heure. Très agréable impression !

Perfect airport location for early morning flight

Perfect location close to the airport. Having free parking was great. Owner is very responsive and there was an easy check in.

We were traveling with 6 people, however, there were only 4 pillows in the apartment. Owner was notified and was apologetic.

Great place in a great location

Nice spacious accommodation in a great location, there was even a few Italian restaurants within walking distance. As close as you’ll get to the airport without actually sleeping in the airport, for anybody looking to book it to use the airport it’s about 25/30 minute walk. Good facilities as well and nice and clean. Also for other users if your travelling from Brussels you can get the direct airport bus (Flibco National) from Brussels MIDI station for £17, journey takes about 55 minutes subject to traffic, from the airport to the accommodation definitely 30 minutes.

The accomodation was really clean and comfy. We appreciate the location and the nice house.

Just the stairs is little narrow - for older people it should be problem. And the bathroom is small.

Very close to CRL airport (only 3 min drive to parking). Well equipped spacious appartment. Clean. The owner is responding quickly.

One very small thing: We don’t speak french and all information and regulations are in the French language only.

It's a good place to stay near the airport. It is suitable for an enitre family.

The location is nice - close to the airport. The value is also good for the price. The host is friendly and communicative, the handover hassle free.

The stairs to the top floor gave me the creeps so I slept in the bunk bed which was less comfortable.

Changed After 1 Night

Nearby restaurants & city center. Bathroom was clean.

Room does not match photos. Dirty entrance. Elevator doesn’t line up with floor; black mold in frig; dirty floor; mattress on bed has no pad & can feel metal coils. Cloth chair dirty. Weekends nearby street blocked to cars allowing people to stroll; later in evening brawl & screaming drunks will keep you awake.

Excellent stay near the airport

The property is conveniently located next to the airport and a couple of stores are within a walking distance. The host was really responsive as I had a question regarding the door's lock.

Very close to Charleroi airport, it was warm and lit when we came, so easy to spot since we arrived late, it was quiet so we slept well

Nice triplex close to Charleroi for younger travelers

The apartment is nicely renovated, very clean and have all facilities one can need. It is very well situated if you wish to take a plan from the Charleroi airport — it is exactly 4 min. by car to reach it ! Moreover, even staying so close we did not hear planes ! amazingly.

The only bathroom is on the 1st floor and there is only a bunk bed on the same floor. No problem for young travellers — there is a big double bed on the 2nd floor and a big sofa-bed on the ground floor ! However, I travelled with my senior parents, so going to the bathroom, especially at night, was quite a challenge for one of them.

The correct address: 18 Rue Albert Premier, Ransart ! The taxi driver asked me which 18 Rue Albert Premier I want to get to? There are more than two addresses like this. I couldn't tell him. Finally with Google Maps I got there.
