Amazing host, kept in contact to make sure we didn't need anything. The upstairs AC went out and they immediately had someone out there and fixed it. We are working in the area and have stayed here several times, Always a great experience.

Employees stayed here for a job we were doing in the area. We stayed for 2 weeks. Great home for bigger group. Host was awesome. We needed to extend our stay one extra day and they responded right away when I sent in request. Would definitely stay again.

This was a last minute trip and the space was functional for our party. Location was 20 minutes to town and 30 minutes from the beach so not awful but not entirely convenient. The home itself is aged and has the bare minimum. Sleeps 10 and I think there were exactly 10 forks, for example. If we were ten adults, there would not have been enough seating in the small couch and loveseat. We had AC problems which were addressed but with delay. There was sand in the beds. Mold in the shower and on the shower curtains. I saw a negative review before booking but saw that the host responded that the person never stayed there. Looking back- that review was entirely accurate. Hole in the deck, neighbor property in an entire eyesore. Place didn’t feel clean or vacation-y. Served the purpose but was definitely disappointed.

This was our first visit to Charleston. 5 of us came from Seattle for a 6 night stay to visit my nephew who is attending college there. The house was reasonably priced, clean, has comfortable beds, is easy to find and the setting was quite peaceful. Our host communicated with us before, during and after our stay to ensure that we were comfortable and well informed. We did a considerable amount of sightseeing all around Charlston and found that this location provides easy freeway access and is only a 20 minute drive to the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is not kept up. The grass in the back needs cutting, you can see the next door neighbors JUNK. Broken down cars, old a/c, rusted lawn chairs, and JUNK! There needs to be a fence to hide the neighbors JUNK. The two loveseats smelled awful and had dirt spots on them. We took the cover off one loveseat and washed it. We went to buy a spread to cover the other loveseat. There was not enough living room seating for 6 let alone to accommodate 10 people. Very small. The front entrance to the porch needs some attention. I suggest a walk way instead of the uneven hill. The grill was not worth advertising. We didn't use after opening it. The hot water allowed us to take 2mins showers and we had to wait to 15-20 minutes for it to build up each time. I did contact the host and she replied promptly however her maintenance guy could only come Saturday and we didn't feel comfortable with him coming while we would be away at the Cooper Run. Our stay was Thursday‐Sunday. The beds were comfortable. There was knats flying throughout the house especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall, I enjoy Charleston but I WOULD NOT stay at this property again.
