The house is very spacious and cozy. There's a large open space on the 2nd floor with a balcony that overlooks the living room, which became a wonderful place for the children to play. The wood fireplace in the living room created nice ambiance and added warmth. We would recommend this house to any family with young kids!

We loved the house, great layout, especially liked the eat-in kitchen set up with the high ceiling and windows. We were up in Waterville in the winter so the mud room and garage were much appreciated. Location is great. Access to a trail leading to the cross country is walkable but can also drive to the parking lot. Can drive or take the bus to the mountain (or town square). And the manager was very responsive and helpful. We're planning on coming back :-). Amanda

nice house but pretty dated in areas like the kitchen and bath. Had a good amount of room with 3 bedrooms with queens and a large loft that didn’t have much in it. Seemed like a waste of space. Had an issue checking in, as the door handle was locked but I only had the code to the dead bolt. Contacted the property manager who was readily available and helped get me into the home. Had issue with the pellet stove missing the power cord so unable to use it for a couple days until the property manager dropped off the plug. Property manager was very responsive but it was a pain to deal with while on vacation. Kitchen and second dining room were very cold without the stove. The shuttle bus goes by at the end of the driveway (75 feet away) but they claimed it wasn’t an official stop. Looking at the shuttle bus map it looked like a major stop called “high country”. The bus did pick us up when we tried to use it.

My own fault but I didn't focus on that there is only 1 full bath. We managed but it would be tough for any extended stay. The house has the potential to be very nice but it needs updating. Great location -- short walk to the town square and a very nice setting.

This house is set in a welcoming grove of native trees. Birch, pines and maples adjourn the perimeter and smell good! The house has a huge kitchen with plenty of space and two sinks! There is a wonderful dining area surrounded by windows and a fireplace! The living room has another fireplace and two well lived in couches for TV watching , reading etc… this is a good location to saunter down to the river and walk the trails. Overall a nice place to “live” 😊😊😊
