Really appreciate the hosting of Michele.I will highly recommend his place with below reason! the room is better than showing in the pic. 1/The Host ;He is very nice talkative person who is willing to help for making you have a nice stay in the city.If you don’t know where to go and where to cat or you have any special requirements you can ask him .He is a master as local. We ask a lot of thing like the where to get the spirit,where to rent the motorbike and cheap seafood and even the history of the city. 2/Location; The place we were staying closed to local area where you re able to reach markets and restaurants easily .On the other hand, it just 10 mins walking distance from Go-bus station.if your next destination is Dahab or Cairo ,it is place for you to stay.In addition,there is a church next to his place opening till late. 3/Conditions inside the room ;The house was decorated and refurnished in Retro style ,I feel very comfortable for the bed condition and mattress. 4/Other;You can book the trip through Michele without hesitate,the price is the same as we checked in other place.He will be happy to help you for doing needful.

The place was comfortable and had everything I needed, the neighborhood was pleasant, and Michele is a fantastic host. He even picked me up at the bus for free. It was an easy and smooth stay.

Highly recommend!

I had such a good time at this Guest house! From the beginning I felt very much at home just like staying with friends. Mishel and his friends are so nice and it was a pleasure to hang out with them. They showed me around the city and helped me out with anything. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Mishel, Olivia, Marcus and Alex for making my stay in Sharm special!

A gem in Sharm el Sheikh

Absolutely loved my stay here. So welcoming and friendly. Michele was the best host. Went out of his way to help me with everything. The guesthouse was clean, comfortable and had a super nice feeling. 🥰 Great location, only a few minutes walk to the go bus station and shops. Highly recommend staying here, i can’t thank Michele and family enough for having me.

Michele is such an amazing guy. So friendly and helpful, he goes out of his way for his guests! Met other travellers there and we all hung out with Michelle and his mate one afternoon.

Incredible place

I stayed just one night but it was really great. Michele and your wife was really helpful. He took me to the airport at 3am to catch my flight. There is a little cute dog that make me company.

Guess the very high ratings aren't from nothing!

Michele was as every bit of a friendly and attentive of a host as all those other reviews have stated. He is a very courteous person, he was very patient with me as my flight got delayed 2 full hours and i had to check in super late. He was also very happy to help me navigate the city. Next time I'm visiting Sharm i know exactly where I'd be booking no need to look further! :)

This little guesthouse is a real morning star ;-). Michele and Marcos, this two guys who are running this place, doing everything to do the time you will stay in Sharm it greatful. I came as a guest and left with two more friends.

Egypt should be proud of such an excellent host as Michel.

Breakfast was fresh and healthy. Michel gave us a lift to the bus station and helped us negotiate the buying of a ticket. Marcus gave us a lift to the public beach and introduced us to Egyptian culture, the Coptic tradition and the custom of shisha smoking. The use of bicycles more than compensated for the location which was some distance from the historic centre of Sharm.

The saddle on my bike needed tightening.

excellent budget aware stay with working wifi

The bikes let us easily travel to any point within the city, and it was great. The owner let us use his snorkeling gear, and it was nice. Breakfast in the morning was convenient to have. The owner maintained wifi in a good working condition and vpn worked which was important for my online work. The owner and his friend are great people.

toilet paper was not always provided. no water cleaning filter, we had to buy bottled water all the time.

Amazing experience

We stay with Michele for 4 days. We had the barbecue, beer night talking, local tour, ect. We already very good friends now. For many things so impressed me,l just mention few of them: 1. Every morning he will provide us breakfast, delicious. 2. The point 9.4 , unbelievable high, and I believe the point should higher. 3. The last day we plan to Dahab, but the clock not work, he waked us up and drove us to the station, and helped us to take the luggage, he is so sweet. 4. We took our friends's passport, and for saving time, he drove and gave the passport to my friend. 5. For Safari, he saved us a lot money, like local people, 400 Eygpt pound each, we had a very good time there. In all, Michele and his two lovely friends, Alex and Marcus are humorous people and we had the best 4 days in Egypt. I like his taste about music. food, habit(fitness),etc. I am looking forward to the next meet

The location for us was excellent - the shops, food court, bus station - everything is close. The owner was helpful - offered us lift from the airport and bought us water. We spend there just one night en route to Cairo. It is a cheep accommodation, so I didn't expect it to be luxurious.

Offered airport transfer was quite expensive, return taxi was 300 pounds (10 USD - but it was still above fixed prices than you can see inside the taxi). There was no hot water and a pressure was low. So for one night was ok, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than one day.

It's a house has 3 rooms. So it's possible to have it quiet but also to have some company and meet others. The kitchen and living area is great, we could bring our bikes and the room was big and also very clean. I would recommend to go there again.

Quiet and good location. Smart and helpful local host Michelle. Good value for price for an online booked accomodation in Sharm.

It was cold in the night due to thin bed sheet, I had to put on my fleece jacket during the night/early morning.

A nice place for holiday

Nice and useful welcome set (water, juice and croissant), friendly and helpful host, quiet and safe location, good breakfast, large fridge, kitchen well equipped, nice yard, bicycle for free, efficient airport transfer.

Bedding was good, but could be a little better. Wi-Fi was fast, but Skype couldn't send any files and generally performed poorly during conversations. Other apps worked great.

Michel was a very good host. My wife is coeliac (allergic to gluten) and he provided us with a very good alternative for her breakfast. He also was very helpful with essential information for traveling around Egypt. He was keen to give us an insight of some cultural aspects of Egypt. The atmosphere in the guesthouse was very peaceful. The location is also good, near the bus station. We would warmly recommend Morning Star Guest House.

The water flow in the shower was a bit weak when we were there.

Big room and house clean and everything in it. Michele was very kind and gave us welcome snacks and brought us fresh cooked breakfast every morning. He even dropped us to the bus station. Super kind. Good English and can sort anything you need. Location is out of the way but super easy to get into town with bus and taxi cheap. Walk also nice. Sharm is super touristy and busy so we liked this location to have more chill local vibes. Resturaunts was nicer and more local so cheap and good food.

It was a little hard to find but it was because we had no sim so couldn't message. The address is correct in Google maps

Very nice staff

The owner helped us a lot, even when we stayed for just one night. He was there for a late check in, gave us snacks when we arrived, breakfast in the morning, and helped us along with questions of onward travel. The place is very clean and in a nice quiet neighbourhood, close to the bus station.

Host was very nice and helpful, he gave us a warm welcomea and provided a snack and a juice when we check in. The house and the room were spacious and there also was a private courtyard

Hygienic conditions of the apartment were unacceptable. The bathroom in particular was very dirty. We can't trust the water to have a shower or even brush our teeth since it came out yellow

It's not very close to the "city center", but you always use bike or taxi to get there if you need it

Thank you very much for the hospitality!!

Michele brings everyday delicious falafels and offers a bike, and is always attentive at the WhatsApp to solve any problem. Marcos offers a SIM card for a fair price. I felt very welcomed.

I’d recommend to don’t allow the wifi stop and increase the size of the shower space.
